I was lucky to find the Viva Glam Gaga 2 at my CCO. I was really surprised because it's still a fairly new product from MAC. Anyway, this is my first Amplified lipstick from MAC and I really like it. It's really creamy, and most-importantly, it doesn't have any glitter or shimmer. I'm about a NC30 and this lipstick is great at blanking out my naturally pigmented lips, so I can transform the color depending on what gloss I use over it. It doesn't settle into fine-lines like most of my nude lipsticks do. However, if I apply too much, it looks a little strange and unnatural. I just wish I bought a back-up of it.

nice nude lipstick, however, not for me. I tan quite a bit, especially in summer, and this makes my lips dissapear! This is better for light skin people, unless you want to go for the no lips look.

I LOVE nude lipstick. Nude lipstick is a love it or hate it type of thing. It works wonderfully on certain skintones, horrendously on others, washing them out. I loath red lipstick on me...disgusting...but other girls just love it. To each their own.
When it comes to nude lipstick THIS one is the HITTER. Before this shade, MAC's "creme d nude" was my go-to, but this one has proved better. It's has the nicest shade of nude, and the consistency is creamy and velvety. I wish this was a permanent fixture! I'm going to have to stock up before they get rid of it!
I love how it makes my eyes the focus of my look. Supppper sexy.

My favorite nude lipstick as of lately. It is more on the pink side than brown. My lips are not very pigmented at all and have more of a light brown so this lipstick only works best when I dab it lightly on instead of smearing it on. With my complexion by itself does not look great & gives off an ashy look, I love pairing this lipstick with dark lip liner, Revlon Mink lipstick & Revlon Nude Lustre Lipgloss. Not very long lasting apprx 4-6hrs if I don't disturb my lips with a drink or food. The lipstick can be drying, so its best to moisturize the lips first before applying the lipstick.

I really wanted to love this lippy but it just did not work for me. When I received it in the mail, it came broken :( Luckily I was able to fix it. When I first put it on, I was immediately taken back at how corpse-y I looked. I am of light-medium skin tone and this lipstick gave me the infamous "concealer lips" look..yuck! The formula is nice --moisturizing, creamy and decently long-wearing. However, I cannot wear this lipstick on its own and I usually pair it with a burgundy or brown lipliner as a base to darken the colour. I love ya gaga but this lipstick was a miss for me ;_;

I love this! I don't have that many Nude lipsticks in my collection so this is my default go-to nude lippie and it's so flattering on my NC 10-15 complexion.
I'm not that heavy handed with it and I just slick some gloss on and I'm ready to go out!
The smell is that gorgeous vanilla MAC scent that we all know and love.
I can understand how it may not work for all skin-tones and have that strange concealer on lip look but if you're a pale-skin madam then I can confidently recommend you this lipstick.

Got this over the weekend and I really enjoy it. Paired it with strong silver/navy eyes and it looked fab. It adds more drama than just applying a nude gloss, without being overpowering to the overall look.

I love MAC Viva Glam and think Lady Gaga is a total genius, but this is not a fav lipstick for me. A brown based nude, though not so concealer like as Creme d'Nude, this lipstick completely blanks out my lips. Not a great look on it's own but I use this lipstick to tone down my darker or brighter lipsticks to make them more wearable for spring/summer. The finish is very creamy without shimmer or gloss. Very comfortable on the lips. I think of it as underwear for my lips making it a good foundation for other products. I'll use it up, but don't plan on repurchasing.

I loveeee this nude lipstick! I have several nude MAC colors, Myth, hue, Fleshpot, Fresh Brew, these all wash me out and I can't wear them alone, Gaga 2 I can, its amazing. I don't YET have the lipglass, but I did wear Viva Glam 5 lipglass with it and it worked great :-) True love.

When I first got this lipstick, I wasn't sure how to work it, but it has become one of my favorites. It's a creamy bold nude that makes a statement without stealing the show. For example, I love to wear it with a copper or gold smokey eye - it doesn't compete with a dramatic eye, but it's more interesting than a standard neutral lip. I am very pale, so I'm not sure how well this color would work on other people, but I love it.

I'm liking the MAC VIVA GLAM GAGA 2 lipstick, but not loving it as much as last years release and I'm not going to buy any backups for it.
VIVA GLAM GAGA 2 is a light, beige based nude, that looks similar to the shade Hue on me. A light coat gives a polished nude look to my lips, whilst layering it gives a very light and milkier look that is great for pairing with strong eyes. It is suitable to wear all year round, but as it has a beige base rather then a pink one it can look a bit flat.
The finish to the lipstick is a creamy amplified, that hasn't had a drying effect on my lips. The lasting power is average for a lipstick; no less and no worse then other brands. I've had no problems with the packaging and I don't mind the price as 100% of the proceeds go to the MAC AIDS Fund and the VIVA GLAM program.

I thinks it is suitable for all skin tones but u need to know how to make it work, for example : wear a darker lipliner and dab instead of smearing it....im an NC42 and im inlove with it.

I love this lipstick! My friend go it for my birthday and it's absolutely gorgeous, I love how the color is so amplified and creamy. I would recommend dabbing some clear gloss or the matching lipglass over it so it won't look so matte. I really like the color, it's just that my lips are really dry so sometimes the lipstick gets into the cracks on my lips and doesn't look nice. Oh well, I guess I just have to exfoliate and put on lip balm before. Other than that B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L COLOR! (Mind the fact that if your skin is darker you may need a darker lip liner under the lipstick so it won't be such a bold contrast).

I LOVE THIS NUDE!!! ITS LIKE MY CURRENT FAVOURITE NUDE OF ALL TIME!! I was skeptical about it at first but when I tried it I fell in love :) It's like the perfect nude for me.. atleast in my opinion. I love that it's an amplified creme finish as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Will definitely buy a backup as it is limited edition :( So sad!

I have a fair/medium complexion and this nude lipstick does not wash me out or make me look dead. Of all nude lipsticks I've tried, this is by far the best one for me and thinking about taking Myth back to exchange for another Viva Glam Gaga 2 lipstick so I can have a back up.

I love this lipstick. Is the perfect nude not too beige or too pink.
Very flattering when paired with the gaga 2 lipgloss.

I hate that this is LE. I'm definitely stocking up on these because I love how it gives me a perfect nude lip without washing me out. I didn't get to buy the first Viva Glam Gaga but I think I like this one better since it's more warm toned and would look good on my skintone. I love the creamy texture and the color payoff which is why I only apply it in the middle of my lip and smudge it outwards with my fingers so that it doesn't look to packed on. But all in all, a helluva good product.

I'm NC15 and got it because an NC20 gal said it was the perfect nude for her, unfortunately it's a bit too dark for me.
The formula is nice, very creamy and moisturizing. I'm a big fan of the Viva Glam lipsticks and ran out for this one since I missed the first Gaga lipstick. I wish it worked for me!
I'll probably end up giving this to a friend or swapping it.

What a gorgeous nude - if you're looking for a nude that won't completely wash out your lips, give this a try! It has brown in it and really flatters my warm skintone. The scent is to die for and the tube is just so cute. Your money is going towards a good cause.. it's just all around awesome! Like most MAC lipsticks, the formula is long lasting and easy to work with. Why oh why do perfect shades ALWAYS have to be l/e?
