This eyeliner reminds me why I'm not an eyeliner fan.
Even with a primer it wears off into raccooney little smudges literally within minutes of putting it on. My lids aren't even that oily.

On the waterline it doesn't sting but it's not terribly comfortable either...it faded very soon after applying there too.

one lippie only because that's the minimum. I did like the retractable tip but that's about it.

Boo Jordana!

This eyeliner is not the best, (cheap) it comes right off the eyes and don't even think of putting it on the waterline!
The only thing I like about this product is that its retractable.

Good liner for its price. I only use it to line my lower lashes, but it works just as well as the Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. I've purchased the black and one or two browns, and all of them are creamy and long lasting (they don't smudge too much, but I'd probably still have to touch up once or twice throughout the day). Would repurchase.

I got this for 1.50 at Walgreen's not expecting much at all, but it is a pretty decent eyeliner even if you disregard the price/value issue. It isn't a "forever" liner, but it also isn't dry and hard to apply like they can be. You get very smooth easy application, and then, once it dries--which takes a few minutes--you're pretty well set. I have watery allergy eyes, and this lasts me 8 to 10 hours easy. Sometimes it might smudge slightly, but it does so pretty elegantly. It also doesn't bother my sensitive eyes which is almost a miracle.

Decent for tight lining and on the waterline. It's better as a base though, because it has a weak staying power on your waterline.

Whenever I used this, I applied it on top of my black eyeshadow. The powder from the shadow helped make this eyeliner last for about 2 or 3 hours, tops. Pretty soon, throughout my school day, my eyeliner was smudged horribly. I feel as it's not the worst eyeliner in the world because it gets the job done, however it doesn't get its job done correctly.

I have used this eyeliner everyday for the past 2 years and I love it (:

It's great for thick eyeliner or thin.

It gets kinda smudgey on the waterline throughout the day,
but it you touch it up every 4 or 5 hours, then that doesn't really happen.

It sucks as a top liner though.
Only water line (:

But, for $1.99, it's FABULOUS !

Does not stay on even with powder. Color fades within an hour. Will never buy again.

I have this in a medium brown, Coffee Bean. The color and texture are nothing special, pretty typical liner. I do find that this smears pretty quickly... nice for a smokey line... but not so great when it drifts and fades during the course of the day. Its nice that its a cheap retractable liner, but I won't buy again because I want to find something better.

I love this eyeliner but because I use it for my eyebrows and it works incredible not all thing are made for only one use.

I really like this eyeliner as a on the run eyeliner.
It is sooo cheap and I sometimes add it on to my other eyeliners for a darker line. I have it in Lavish Brown and it is really brown and dark.
It is perfect just to go out for a little bit.
It smudges a little bit and doesn't stay on for a long time.
For an eight hour day, you would need to reapply about three times.
Still love it though!

Good product, very creamy, reminds me of my NYX jumbo pencils but smaller. It does smudge, but that is I'm sure because of the creaminess. Very inexpensive I found at Walgreen's counter. I have it in a deep navy blue and smokey black. It is strange that those two color has different staying power. The navy blue is way better than the black. I guess it depends on how good the batch is.

I actually really like this product. I am such a cheapo, and this eyeliner really is as cheap as it gets. At one point I really hated it because it was hard to get it going. It wouldn't give me a lot of color. However, once I started to use a primer it glided on perfectly. Obviously, it isn't as soft and pigmented as a nice brand, but I don't find that necessary all of the time. It is really useful when trying out new colors because you don't have to pay a lot of money to decide a color doesn't work for you. I have and will buy it again.

Color: Obviously not as opaque as Revlon ColorStay or Almay, but the price difference is quite a bit.
Texture: Nothing special, just your regular pencil liner
Packaging: Very similar to L'Oreals but at a fraction of the price
Lasting power: Since I have a semi-monolid, it smudges on me, and on the waterline, it fades easily
Overall: I like a $2 retractable pencil liner, but I can't really use it much when I have my Revlon ColorStay around; I'll keep it for experimenting with different looks.

Total crap, you get what you pay for in this instance, tried out because everyone appears to think they are great... Its like wax essentially the color isn't that great and wears very quickly. Of course beginners thinks this is great ... they don't know any better. Apparently I've been spoiled by department store liner.

Great super cheap eyeliner. Better than most drug store brands, even better than many designer brands. I use it every day.

This is a great eyeliner for newbies. Its creamy and smooth and you dont even need to pull your lid to get it on. It doesn't stay on your water line to long, but im ok with that :) . It great and it cost a little bit less than $2 (US). My favorite color at the moment is coffee bean, it a deep brown for everyday use. I'm planning on getting the navy and purple now too!

I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to makeup so I wanted something that was really easy to apply. I found this really easy to apply but it gets quite smudgy and the staying power isn't that great. However, I thought the price and the packaging was great, I paid $5AU and good for beginners.
