I saw the commercial for this and thought it would be an interesting product.(I should have picked up the hint that if Taylor Swift was endorsing it then it'd be less than satisfactory.) I originally bought it because I thought it would add a little colour what with the price being so high. It did not, add colour of course. After a while of using it I found it actually dried out my lips and made them feel oily while applied. The only part I enjoyed was the smell. That however is not enough to make me ever buy this again.

This feels, smells, tastes and looks exactly like a lip smacker, but it doesn't moisturize as well and costs twice as much. Not too happy with it.

i have this lip balm in sandstone. its a pink with shimmer. and you can feel it on your lips when you apply it, but when youre putting it on from the tube you can feel the shimmer/glitter in it. the one that i have is pigmented. my friend owns one too and it barely shows up unless you put on a few layers. i like them. to me sandstone is a lipstick thats moisturizing, i wouldnt call it a lip balm (: i would probably try another color without shimmer though next time!

I have this in Coral, and I really like it. It's a gorgeous apricot shade on my lips. The pigmentation is pretty good. It moisturizes my lips really well. I love how it makes my lips moisturized but still adds soft color. I'd love to try this is a different color.

I absolutely love this. I have this in the color Thistle, which is a soft pink shade. I originally wanted to try a few random colors but I have fair skin w/ blue undertones & Thistle really seemed like the only shade that could work actually work on me. The thing I love about this product is, I was expected a lipbalm w/ just a hint of color but these are really more like lipsticks that feel like a lip balm. They glide on smoothly & don't feel sticky at all. Thistle isn't even what I would describe as sheer, it goes on as a soft-medium pink shade. It's very pretty though & the color lasted a few hours while keeping my lips soft. I'd definitely recommend Thistle to all the pale ladies out there, you'll love it!

Honestly when I heard that Cover Girl came out with the Nature Luxe collection I was totally skeptical and didn't even want to try anything from the line. But I read some reviews and I decided to give it a shot, since I was looking for the perfect balm. First of all, these are great! I bought the balm in tulip and marble and they are just utterly amazing. Some people don't like the smell, but I do. It's like a light vanilla oil smell I guess. And it glides on really well and makes my lips feel super moisturized. (: There are a few things I don't like though. For example, when I bought it, there was no safety seal or anything. (I don't know if they even make it with them) I just don't like the thought of having someone else tamper with the product before I buy it, if that makes any sense. So, if Cover Girl put some sort of barrier on the product I would be more comfortable buying the product. Secondly it didn't keep my lips moisturized for that long. I found that I had to reapply 5 hours after I put it on. I don't mind, but if you need something to last longer, this may not live up to your expectations. Also, it was hard for me to find the shade I was looking for. The cap is clear, so you can see the color of the product itself, but then again you don't really know the outcome of the color unless you physically put it on. I wanted a light bubble gum pink, so I chose marble because it was the lightest pink I could find, but it just blended in with my lips. ): Thankfully I bought the tulip one as well (hooray for coupons!!!) because it resembled more of what I was looking for. But overall, they're great balms after you find your perfect color. Extremely satisfied. (((: Can't wait to repurchase!!! :D

These are just amazing. They are very moisturizing, taste nice and are actually pigmented for a change. My lips are pretty dark, and these show up clearly. I also love the finish, not too matt, not too glossy. I have two, hibiscus and pink sand. Love them both. I got these cause im tired of lipstick and stains. I noticed some of them have a bit of shimmer, wich is fine with me. Hibiscus has no shimmer but pink sand does. You can tell from looking at the tube ;)

I got one of these from Bzzagent.com in the shade anemone and I really like it so today I picked up a couple other colors. I would never pay full price for these but at Ulta I got two colors for 2 bucks with coupons I had. Can't beat that! I picked up peony, which is bright pink, and clove which reminds me of CG lipslicks in goddess. I love these and if I'm able to get them for a good price I'll try a couple others.

I have this product in 4 different shades. I bought so many because I had coupons, and they were pretty much free.
*Tulip~sheer pink with shimmer
*Marble~sheerer pink
*Thistle~Yet another sheer pink w/ shimmer.
*Hibiscus~a darker pink, more pigmentation than the others. Very smooth, my favorite!!

I like them for the price, but Hibiscus would be the only one out of these 4 I would repurchase. The other colors were just like "Oh, wow, another sheer pink lip balm" *Yawn*

They are very moisturizing, and I love that they are SPF 15.

Meh. I picked this up because I had a coupon and it was on sale at Rite-Aid. I heard these were not terribly pigmented so I chose anemone which seemed to be one of the more intense colors. I guess I really don't understand the point of these. It applied smoothly and very sheerly and was gone from my lips, without a trace, within two hours. I can get a better, longer-lasting effect using regular lipstick, blotting and applying a regular old lip balm on top. Is that really too many steps for most women? IMO this is really expensive for what it does. I returned it and picked up a (cheaper) Lip Perfection lipcolor.

I received a full size sample of this product and some coupons as a BzzAgent. The color I sampled was Pinot. It has a similar smell to the Lip Perfection Lip Colors--vanillaish. It goes on smoothly, and does have a moisturizing effect. I do like sheer color for my everyday look, but this color didn't quite seem to suit me. I liked the product enough to try a different color, so I went to the Cover Girl website and got color matched. I went out and bought the product in the Peony shade. In the tube it looked great, but I wasn't very impressed with the way this color looked on my skintone (NC35) either.

If you can find a shade that suits you, it's not a bad product if you like sheer balms. The staying power is what one would expect out of a balm: minimal. It doesn't dry your lips as it wears.

I got this in Spice and love it!! Great new summer color. Has definite color that looks very natural. Not too glossy and not too matte. Its lasting power is alright, though I have never minded reapplying. It is a great summer buy!!

I bought this in Anemone, Hibiscus, Peony, and Cabernet. I like all of them in different ways. Anemone has little color pay-off but it still had a pretty nice tint. Hibiscus has decent color pay-off but still looked relatively natural. Peony is a really nice reddish color that's bolder than Anemone and Hibiscus. Cabernet, which is probably my favorite, is a reddish berry color, and it's pretty much the bee's knees.

Overall, they smell kind of funny, but honestly it isn't too much of a problem for me personally.

Dude, I'm a little angry. Ok, medium coverage on the lips. You have to go over a few swipes to get something, but not bad. Kind of more like a tinted lip balm but more. Peony is pretty nice for a red, but I got sandstone and it had all this glitter in it. Umm, WTF?!!! I got glitter ALLLLLL over my lips and I had to scrub it off and even now I still have some. Never buying that one again. It's not that I'm not a fan of glittler (which I'm not but I can tolerate it), but like it's actual glitter and there's a TON. Be careful before you by. No glitter in peony, but there is in sandstone so you may want to swatch it before you buy it if you can.

I have this in Marble and Anemone. Marble was a disappoint because i was hoping for a baby pink color payoff but it came out clear on my lips. However the texture was very smooth and left my lips glossy without being sticky AND it has SPF15 so i still really liked it for that. Today i bought another color since it was on sale and I bought it in Anemone which looked bright red in the tube. I love this one much more since this was way more pigmented than Marble. This one would be my go-to lip balm since it provides color, shine and spf which is perfect!
I don't think I'll buy any more colors since I'm pretty happy with Anemone. I may buy this again if i ever run out.

fantastic product! i am always looking for a tinted balm with SPF and this is wonderful, not much scent which is nice, and the color payoff is subtle but still noticeable. they are moisturizing and last quite a while. i got this i 245 pinot and it is a pretty mauve-plum-my lips but a little deeper with a shimmer

I bought this in "sandstone". While I agree with all the other positive comments on this product (gloss, color payoff, feel, smell) I found this color actually has a definate glittery sparkle to it. After a time of wearing this, I ended up with a glittery ring around my mouth. Not a great look!

These slim tubes of lip gloss come in various colors, some with shimmer, some without; some are highly pigmented, some are quite sheer. They cost about $6.49 and have very little flavor or scent, but they do have spf 15 protection and they add just a hint of gloss. Marble looks like it would be quite coral/ orange, but it goes on very sheer with hardly any color with no shimmer. Hibiscus is a medium raspberry pink/ slighty purple with a fair amount of pigment (but still sheer) & no shimmer. Peony is bright red with bluish undertones & has a decent amount of pigment, almost too much, so I have to put on regular lip balm first or it looks too bright. Clove looks like it would be scary-1990s-brown-lipstick brown, but once applied, it's a sheer, brownish-pink with a hint of shimmer. Cabernet is a dark berry red with a hint of shimmer, but looks too dark and lip-sticky on me. Tulip is a sheer, light, slightly frosty pink. I wish they made a sheer berry red with no shimmer or frost.

i got this in peony, and i would buy it again but defintely in a different colour-peony was just too dark for me and everyone was noticing it looking like unnatural tinted lips while i wanted a more natural looking hue of colour. also, the colour that it is (a nice red with a cool undertone, i think) went on my lips not the same sheer colour, but rather with more of a hot pink tone which i didn't like.
however, the product smells nice, mosturizes and has spf 15 which is great. so i would buy again but in a different colour
