I've repurchased this product several times, I'm onto my 3rd bottle, it could be that my skin type has changed in the last few years (I have oily/combination skin) but when I first used this product I loved it, it was the right coverage, didn't make my skin look cakey (as the Tient Idol did) and it looked flawless when applied - I use 1 pump and that covers my whole face, it's what the girls used on me at the make up counter and found that was more than enough to cover the face. I use La Base underneath in my t-zone and powder. I use it as my everyday foundation and I tend to wear my foundation for 8-10 hours a day, longer if it's from morning to late night for the last year I've been quite happy with this foundation until lately. I've noticed that even after a 5 hours shift at work, I work in retail in air-conditioned setting and find that after 5 hours my face is super oily and the foundation fades and transfers rather easily. I blot after 5 hours and you can see the foundation colour on my blotting sheets, only for it to be oily again half an hour later. It could be the hot summer weather but standing in a cool environment I wouldn't expect my foundation to practically melt off my face! If it's done it in the past it obviously hasn't bothered me but now it does and I'm on a hunt to find a new perfect foundation... again.

I don't wear foundation on a daily basis but I bought this foundation based on a friend's recommendation for occasions where I wanted full coverage.
I like this foundation overall but there's something that makes me feel iffy about it.
PROS
-consistency is smooth and doesn't feel heavy
-gives me almost full coverage from acne/redness/scars/etc.
-large variety of colors
-blends well on my face
-you don't need a lot of it for full coverage
-it doesn't look matte nor shiny on your face...it looks pretty natural
-havn't really had any breakouts/acne from using it (i have combination skin)
-easy to remove
-lasts for most of my day...around 8 hours for me
CONS
-packaging is inconvenient because the tube comes with a pump and you can't really control how much product comes out meaning some product can go to waste
-it's pricey..around $60 where I live (Toronto/Canada)
-the smell...it's not unpleasant but it's noticeable

I like this foundation but I'm not madly in love with it. As far as the pros, I have very fair skin and the lightest shade works for me without creating a makeup line around my jaw. It i s medium-thick consistency for more coverage which is something I also prefer. I use a foundation brush to apply and only need one pump for a full face of coverage. It doesn't seem to lay in my crows feet nor look cakey, the finish is good. I imagine unless I find a better option I will continue to use this brand. The cons, it's easy to apply too much. Due to the thickness of the foundation you really need to apply a good coat of moisturizer and primer before hand. I recommend a foundation brush for this makeup and sometimes mix a pinch of moisturizer with it, to help it spread more evenly. Another con is it does nothing for my dark circles, I still need a concealer after my foundation under the eyes, but this may be one of the issues with aging that no makeup can address alone. All in all, this is one of the better options I've found. I've used Smashbox, Lorac, Revlon ColorStay, Bobbi Brown and Mac. I was in love with the Victorias Secret Foundation a couple years ago, but they stopped carrying it.

Don't like. The color was perfect on me but it didn;t cover up any marks, after about 3 hours it almost looked as if I had nothing on. After 6 hours it had all worn off. After strong foundations like Revlon Colorstay this is not good enough.
This is actually so much like Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation that you ma as well save $30 and buy that instead. Colorstay lasts longer too but neither one gives full coverage.

This was recommended to me by a SA at Sephora when I asked for a foundation with a dewy finish. I was surprised but took a sample home. I loved, loved the finish. It feels so light but looks so smooth on your face. She convinced me I was a cool undertone. I've been programed to always look for yellow based colors, how wrong I was. The cool based color Buff 4C brought out my skin's luminousity even more, My green eyes looked greener. Unfortunately, it was a shade too dark! I went back and was given a sample of Ivoire 4N. I think the N has a little too much yellow in it. I have yet to go back to get another sample, but the only one left to try is Ivoire 2C. Hopefully it won't be too light. If its a perfect match its mine!! It says its SPF 15 but I don't think it has UVA protecting ingredients, so I will wear a moisturizer with sunscreen under it in daylight. So not only did I find a great foundation, but I got color advise that may change the way I wear foundation from here on out. One note, I applied it with my fingers. I find that with sheer foundations, if I apply with my fingers as opposed to a sponge, I can get the coverage to be much better.

After all the reviews, I was expecting to be wowed by this foundation - but I found it to be quite average, and hardly deserving of its price or reputation. I did the usual try-on-the-hand in Sephora and thought it had a nice finish; but on my face, it was a different story. It just kind of left a so-so finish that was neither dewy nor matte, and didn't really provide much coverage. I say that as someone with pretty decent skin - no wrinkles, blemishes or marks - who doesn't even need heavy coverage. And it melted off my face (unevenly, I might add) rather quickly. Granted, I have combo-oily skin, but it was still disappointing.
The best thing about this foundation was the lightness - you truly don't feel like you're wearing foundation. However, I can't say that it bothers me to feel like I AM wearing foundation, so that isn't much of a selling point for me. All in all, I'll go back to Dior Nudeskin for a light, dewy finish; that's one foundation that always makes me look glowing and natural. Sorry, Lancome.

I didn't realised how good this foundation is until I tried a range of other foundations: Dior Forever Flawless, Chanel Perfection Lumiere, Revlon Photoready, Bourjois Healthy Mix, Giorgio Armani Luminious silk to name just a few. This foundation is very light, buildable and blends seamlessly. It feels like you haven't got anything on your skin. The SPF 15 is a bonus a well. I like that the packaging as well, very sleek and thumbs up for the pump action.

I do like this foundation, I was given a sample at my local David Jone's and was a bit skeptical as I do have oily skin. Much to my surprise, the foundation did actually look great when I tried it on at home. I have trouble with my skin looking "bumpy" as I do have quite a lot of Acne Scars, big pores, all those lovely things ;)
This foundation almost masked them completely, it applied effortlessly with my Chanel Foundation brush. I used it with a duo fibre the first time but found the flat foundation brush worked better.
With oily skin you must use powder or at least some form of setting spray, loose powder whatever you prefer. I opted for MAC's Mineralize Powder, using a Chanel All over face brush I applied it down the T-Zone and over the cheeks. I didn't want to ruin the effect this foundation had given my skin, it really looked flawless and natural.
I had to add more powder throughout the day though as it wasn't enough,
So although it is a lovely foundation it just doesn't work for my skin, I have to stick to Matte foundations but if you are dry skinned or combo, I would recommend it as it does give a lovely dewy finish and is quite a reasonable price.

I think I can now confidently say that this has become my holy grail foundation. I have been wearing this for around 3 months (which is very unusual for me, usually I find a foundation doesn't work for me within a week) and at first I really didn't like it but with some tweaking this has become my perfect foundation.
In the morning I cleanse, tone, and moisturize as normal then apply a primer. I was using the Hourglass Veil primer at first but that just wasn't working, so I switched to the Sephora silicone free primer which works the same for a quarter of the price. I let my primer settle for a couple minutes then apply this foundation.
I think the key to making this foundation REALLY shine is a good foundation brush. For thinner foundations you don't want a super dense brush or else it will just soak up all the product! I use my ELF powder brush to apply this and it just glides on and blends BEAUTIFULLY into my very uneven skin.
Then I let the foundation settle for a few minutes, just like the primer. I usually do all my eye makeup and then come back to my skin. When this sets it sets to a WONDERFUL natural satin/dewy finish on my skin. But having combo skin I was worried it would slide off, so I used my UD De-Slick (which is FABULOUS btw) to keep everything locked into place. I decided not to powder just because I didn't want to take away from the beautiful finish.
Fast forward to the end of my hectic day at work and I look in the mirror and I am SHOCKED. My skin looks WONDERFUL. It has rubbed off a bit near my jaw but I was wearing a scarf so that isn't the foundation's fault. But everywhere else my skin still looks flawless with a bit of glow, without looking greasy or overly "makeup-y"
I think that is what I love most about this foundation, it just looks like skin. People didn't say anything about my makeup the whole day, they only praised my skin. And being an acne prone teenager, that is a nice feeling.
I also love the design of the bottle, very timeless and classy. The pump is also the best I have ever used, completely controllable and never messy.
GAH thank you Lancome for making this wonderful foundation.
UPDATE: This foundation is nice but something in it just did not work for my skin. It probably has something to do with an alcohol being the second ingredient. The L'Oreal True Match LUMI is also almost exactly the same for a quarter of the price. L'Oreal also owns Lancome so it's no surprise they are simialer foundations.

The other day I was walking into work with my coworker, when suddenly she stopped and turned to me. "Your skin looks so amazing today," she said, "I keep looking at you, like, mesmerized."
I've gotten several comments like this since I first started using this foundation in February. Each time from women, and each time they weren't particularly close to me. And each time they told me my skin, not my foundation, was perfect. I've got good skin, granted, but it isn't perfect. But this stuff fools other makeup wearing ladies into thinking it is.
I am very fair, and this is the first foundation I found that matched my skin perfectly. Things usually look either too pink or too orange on my skin. My shade ended up being Buff 2w because I have neutral- warm undertones with a little redness on my cheeks and chin.
The coverage is medium-full, but you could probably dial it back to light if you wanted. I usually apply only where I get the most redness, on my chin, cheeks, and the sides of my nose. This takes me about half a pump. I blend it out with a fluffy foundation brush and spot conceal.
My skin is dry and this foundation gives a nice dewy, not shiny, finish. I don't get a ton of breakouts, but this does cover the pimples I get here and there. Best of all, it covers the pimple scars, which stick around on my fair skin forever after a pimple. I would recommend something more matte if you have oily skin because this might not stay on. It lasts me most of the day, though.
The price is a bit steep for me but I've got a quarter left of the bottle I bought in February and it works as well as it did then. Buying this once a year is well worth it. Packaging? Gorgeous, classy glass with a no mess pump. This is definitely my HG foundation.

I'm sorry to say, but I'm very disappointed in this product (just bought).. I love the way it applies and it feels beautiful to put on.. But midway through the day yesterday I peeked in the mirror and noticed it was basically melting off my face really patchily. Horrible! I work indoors at a comfortable temperature, so it wasn't like I was sweating or anything. This has never happened to me before. I tried setting with a bit of powder today, and same problem. Argh!! Would not buy again. Wish I could return it.

I absolutely love this foundation! It's so lightweight and easy to apply. It also offers a great coverage but if you have more rednesses than me, you might need a bit of concealer if you are looking for a full coverage foundation ( I have a few pale rednesses on my left cheek). It lasts all day. I apply it in the morning and it stays until I remove it at night. The finish is very natural, and it gives me a nice glow. The package is amazing I love the fact that it comes in a beautiful glass jar, it look very sophisticated. It comes in a lot a shades so I think everyone should find the right one. I have a pretty light skin with yellow undertones depending on the season and buff6w fits me great ! I use Bisque n1 to cover dark circles. Overall, it totally worth the price,

This is the BEST foundation I have ever owned and I've owned many. Normally I don't like dewy look foundations because I suffer from a really oily t-zone and wearing them just enhances this but this foundation here does not make my nose shine at all. It has great staying power and really does not need that much touching up throughout the day. I use this in conjunction with the La Base primer also by Lancome. I either use my Sigma Kabuki brush to apply it with or a stippling brush, it's not too runny and sets quite nicely.
For reference Im an NC45 and wear this in shade 10, it is slightly dark but not too noticeably as I don't pile it on and it doesn't oxidise like my Studio fix fluid by Mac does. Also I have golden yellow undertones and this is not reddish at all it has more yellow undertones in it.

I have middle aged skin in good condition. But aging is requiring changes. My skin is dry and I am developing dark circles and fine lines in the under eye area. For 2 years I tried everything from Maybelline to Dior.
This foundation is the only one that will not settle in the fine lines. The pigments are dense and color matching is important. This liquid glides on smooth, blends, absorbs and hydrates well. No offending fragrance and feather light on skin. I definately get a lovely glow and it lasts about 6 hours. The packaging is hygenic, prevents waste and is gorgeous to boot. Has been my HG for 5 months.

Amazing. Definitely my holy grail of daytime foundation. It provides just the right amount of coverage while still looking and feeling completely natural. It's the only foundation I've found that actually looks better in daylight than in dim light. It just glows! Beautiful! It does wear off towards the end of a long day but I haven't been using a finishing powder so that would probably help a lot. Also, this may get a bit greasy after a while on those with oily skin- just something to keep in mind. For me though, this is pretty much the perfect foundation, and looks even more amazing applied with a stippling brush.

Lancome Teint Miracle is a beautiful formulation. It has a glow to it unlike any foundation I've seen. I just wish the color selection were a little better for fair and medium skin tones. There are a lot of colors, that's not the issue...On HD Camera many of the lighter colors appeared yellowy/green so although I keep trying to get this to work for me I have to do too much color correcting with bronzers etc so i tend to set it aside when I find something else I want to try out. It doesn't have me quite hooked but I'm not ready to let it go quite yet either and here's why: I gave it a 3 because I do have a favorite color for fair skin tones: Buff 4C. I still use it occasionally on Alyson Hannigan in the wintertime when her summer color is faded. It has a pretty peachy tone to it and in using it on HIMYM with our continually upgrading HD technology 4C is a good choice that I feel safe with. Its one of my go-to's that's in the rotation. I like that its sheer enough and with a beautiful finish that can be used alone, or mixed in with a heavier coverage foundation, or on top of other foundations for a finishing touch. A few of the darker colors are very pretty on ethnic skin and are worth reconsidering so I'm not giving up on this one. It'll definitely stay in our foundation supply but I need to edit out quite a few of the colors and keep the gems only.

Took 30 years but I may have finally found my HG. I cant believe this isnt getting higher reviews. Those light reflecting particles, whatever that is, they are completely true. It makes your skin glow, like a baby's. I have tried every foundation on the market and nothing compares to this.....and I've tried chanel (not even close,) Laura mercier (horrible,) Mac (oxidizes to a nice warm orange...) and just every other high end or drugstore foundation. None of them give me that glow and reflect light like this one. The only one I am still going to try is nars sheer glow. I haven't tried it yet. If its not better, I am sticking with Lancôme teint miracle,
PS. I tried the teint ultra first and it oxidized terribly and didn't give that glow. I oxidize every single foundation out there and this is the only one that doesnt turn orange.

There are only two foundations I consistently return to; this and MUFE's Face and Body. This works really well applied on top of foundation that's been applied several hours ago to touch up, when i don't want to use a powder (on areas that aren't very oily, like my cheeks. The redness tends to come out after 5-6 hours). It's also what I used when I'm in a hurry, as it blends really easily, has a nice slightly-dewier-than-satin finish, and great medium coverage, while looking very natural.

I compared this product to Lancome's Idole Ultra (the 14 hour version), and its coverage is too light for me. Also, it doesn't last. After a few hours, I have to blot my face, and when I do, smudges of the makeup rub off onto the sheet. This doesn't happen with the Idole Ultra. I have to do a light retouch after blotting otherwise my skin's redness and dry spots appear in stark contrast.
