This is a great moisturizer. I have oily skin, and it does not feel greasy at all. Very lightweight and sinks into skin :)

I really like this product, because it does exactly what it claims to do, it's super lightweight and moisturizing for a sunscreen (spf 15). I have moderate acne, so i don't know if this product is causing any flare ups in my skin, but i really love the cucumber fresh scent this product gives off and it gives your skin that dewy glowly look. Overall i really like this product!

I bought this after I ran out of Garnier Moisture Rescue Gel-Cream. This is definitely not like the gel-cream and tends to leave my face a bit oily by the end of the day. I really need something with great oil control, and sadly, this didn't do it for me. So if you have pretty oily skin, especially during the summer, I would not recommend this. I would also not recommend this for dry skin as it does not moisturize enough. I also do not love the pump because it doesn't seem like I can twist it to close it.
So what's great about it? It's a super light moisturizer and absorbs very quickly. I love the fact that there's SPF because I definitely notice that my face is tanning less. My face feels moisturized--not a lot though, which I like for day--and the scent is quite pleasant. I actually really like the smell! Also, I don't break out with this product (I break out when I use Aveeno; I have very annoyingly sensitive skin).

Overall, I don't find this to be that great of a moisturizer. But if you have combination skin, don't need great amount of moisturizing, and want SPF, I think this lotion may be for you.

I bought this because I was looking for a moisturizer that has SPF in it. I was previously using one from Neutrogena but it's a bit pricey and you don't get that much product. And to top that off, it made my skin look and feel greasy.
Anyways, I got this on sale for under $10 at SDM. You get so much product I won't be needing to repurchase for a while. It has a light scent to it that I absolutely can not get enough of. It smells so damn good I just wanna stay there sniffing it all day. My face does not feel greasy after using this -- a HUGE bonus. Most moisturizers tend to be oily and sit on top of my skin so that they exaggerate the look of my pores. This stuff sinks into my skin and keeps my pores looking tight and less visible. A lot of reviewers say they experienced breakouts from this product. I've been using it for a few weeks now and nothing has popped up. Perhaps those who are acne prone should steer clear of this because it doesn't say "non-comedonegenic" anywhere on the packaging. I'll repurchase but as stated before, this won't be for a long time...got lots of product!
Also, I knocked one lippy of because I wish it had 30 SPF or higher.
EDIT: I should have listened to all the reviews on here. This stuff broke me out with cystic pimples. I stopped using it now and my skin is back to normal, thank the lord! I don't want to be wasteful so I will be using this on my hands or on my legs. Hopefully it won't break me out there either. If you are acne prone, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

This is probably my HG moisturizer! I have tried so many of them and none of them feel comfortable and lightweight on my skin like this one by Garnier does. I have really dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin and this moisturizer has been treating my skin really good. I have been using this moisturizer for about 2 months. I have not had any allergic reactions to it, and I feel like my skin is more moisturized and doesn't get dry much anymore. My foundation-both liquid and mineral, glides right over this moisturizer and my face looks superb!
The Garnier Moisture Rescue lotion does have a light scent to it, but it is not bothersome at all, and it dissipates after a few minutes.

I love the pump packaging, and the price of $8.00 makes it a pretty reasonable buy. I like that it contains an SPF of 15, but my only qualm with this moisturizer is that I wish it had a higher SPF content.

Overall, lovely moisturizer and I will repurchase! :)

Really really oily...it makes your skin look pretty shiny. I don't think it works too well with acne prone skin. Not my favorite at all...

I've been using this along with the other Moisture Rescue products. I use this under another anti-aging day cream. What I like about this is that it's lightweight, but is able to boost the moisture content of my skin, without irritating my allergy eyes. It's also really nice it has an SPF; I'll take all I can get. Plus you get a lot of product a a very reasonable price.

Generally favorable. I like the feel of the moisturizer - it goes on smoothly and feels light. I really like the SPF - I'm always looking for moisturizers that contain sunblock without being too oily. As far as greasiness/oiliness, I would say that this product is pretty similar to other products I've used. I tend to slightly oily skin, and despite developing some shine over several hours this moisturizer does not exacerbate the issue the way some I've used have. I like the dispenser very much as well and I love the smell! I am usually pleased with Garnier products and this is no exception.

I bought this on sale for 50% off. It was really inexpensive so I decided to give it a try because it has SPF. It wasn't as light weight as I thought it would be and it was a bit sticky after the application. It made my face look shiny .. especially around my Tzone area.
I will continue using it though, but i won't be repurchasing it.

Like a few others have mentioned, I also broke out terribly with this product. I had previously used another moisturizer by Garnier (can't recall the name now) that I loved, and this seemed to work great for about a week. Let me start by saying that I haven't had a single pimple in over a year. Now, after using this product (the only new item in my regimen), I have very painful, cystic pimples along my chin and around my mouth, and a few appearing on my forehead. I even had to buy new concealer to cover them because I hadn't had to use concealer or wear much makeup in a long time. Congrats if this worked for you, but steer clear if you have sensitive or somewhat breakout-prone skin!!

I love the smell of this product and how it goes on. Unfortunately if you haven't noticed the rating is slow and that's because... It broke me out completely.

I have a couple blemishes here and there but never so much that it takes up a good part of my face. I would say on average my skin has maybe 1-4 pimples normally on the chin sometimes on the cheek and forehead. It's not terrible but definitely not the best. With that said when I used this product my pimples which normally was at the maximum of 4 went up to 12. I wasn't sure what the problem was. My diet the same and drinking more water than usual.

It must be the fragrance? I'm not definitely sure but for the price it's a great! If it was works for you, you'll be saving plenty of dollars. Though the payback if it doesn't really isn't worth it. If you're allergic or have sensitive skin I wouldn't really recommend buying it. Just a waste of money.

Even though this product is oil free, it left me more greasy than any other moisturizer I've tried. I'd put it on and then 2-3 hours later, my t-zone was an oil slick. The scent is light and unoffensive though, and the pump dispensed almost the perfect amount for me every time. I'm sad but I will not be repurchasing and I actually gave it away to a friend, simply because it turned my face into a greaseball.

There are certain days when this product works wonders for me, but some days it can tend to backfire. I have normal-to-oily skin, and on the days my skin is oily, this product only makes it worse. It's currently my only daytime moisturizer and I'm looking for something else that works better. When I first apply it in the morning it generally looks fine, but after a few hours, oil from my skin accumulates and I look like a greaseball. It's great for the days my skin is more normal, but I gave 4 stars for the slightly-excessive oiliness of this product.

I really wanted to like this facial lotion! The first time I used this moisturizer my skin felt great and the smell wasn't too strong, and I liked that it had built in SPF, but it felt a bit tacky after I applied it and made my T-zone look oily. The next day though I woke up and my skin was red, blotchy, itchy, and irritated along my jawline, patches of my cheeks, and areas of my forehead. I have sensative skin so I guess this just isn't for me. I'm going to switch to Cetaphil and hope that's better for my sensative skin.

Amazing product. My new HG! It's difficult to find a SPF moisturizer that does not smell like sunscreen (that was my problem with my old Neutrogena moisturizer). THis one has a nice, light cucumber smell. It keeps my face moisturized (even in this brutally cold winter) and does not break me out at all. The bottle is nice and skinny with a great pump.

I bought this looking for an alternative to Clean and Clean Soft Day lotion which was discontinued. This did not work out for me. I like the scent and it seemed light enough for my oily skin and had the added bonus of an spf 15 but for some reason I break out every time I use it. I have not been breakout prone for a while so I am not sure what is going on with this product but whenever I use it a get a few small pimples on my chin area. I tried numerous times and always get the same results. Oddly the much thicker and greasier Olay 7 effects cream does not break me out. Oh well, this one is out for me. Will not repurchase.

i bought this after running out of my more expensive lancome moisturizer, and needed something cheap to hold me over for a while. It was the least expensive SPF moisturizer I could find in my local grocery store, including in the organic section.

I didn't really know what to expect, but the lotion quality is not bad at all - it hydrates quite well upon applying and has enough slip to rub into skin well. I've had no problems wearing makeup over it, though I do use a foundation primer. The smell is cucumbery and light. I really like the pump top.

My pores have seemed a bit more clogged than normal, especially on my nose. I can't say this is because of the moisturizer, but it is something I will keep an eye on. No drastic breakouts or rashes, though I do not have very sensitive skin in this regard. Overall I'm impressed for my impulse $7 purchase, though I wouldn't keep using this in place of other products.

I've to admit that this product smells great, and the moment i apply it to my face, i feel good. but after 2 minutes, not so good any more. my face looks super oily and shining soon, i hate it. every time i use it, i have to put on makeup to cover the oily look up. also, it peels off soon, like damn dead skin peeling off. the price is attractive, but the quality is bad, boo.

HG HG HG!!!!! I saw the new moisture rescue line in magazines and was so happy that a new product from a drugstore did not cost $20 and Im so pleased with the quality this easily could sell for over 20 easily. It comes in a generous 4.5 with a pump for 7 bucks. I was more excited about trying the SPF formula cause I wear one everyday before I apply my makeup. This soaks in like a dream I already knew the first time I put this on my face that it was a very good one! It just felt different when putting it on. It did not feel heavy, my face just felt really good like as if I had given it a nice refreshing glass of water. It was like my face really needed it.It's hard to explain. And what I liked It is not a strong scent and I actually really like it a light cucumber scent. I love the pump bottle. I use about 2 small pumps to cover my whole face. It does not leave a white mask at all.I have tried Garnier products before a while ago and was dissapointed with them. This is a winner though!!! A new staple in my skincare routine >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>EDIT hmm idk Im not liking this as much as I though. This is to greasy for me and yucky so I have only been using one small pump of this idk how well this would keep up with me in the summer if this under my makeup.A few hours after my usual makeup application my face is more shiny and greasy with this.I'm not giving up on this yet I'm just going to use a smaller amount but I will be looking for something else for when the weather gets warmer.I wonder if the other one they have without the spf would be better suited for me.I can't belive they claim this is good under makeup. I would say if you have very dry skin maybe.I will continue using this occasonally if I get to dried out from my acne treatments since this didnt burn or sting my face. Im dropping this from a 5 overall rating to 3 now
