I'll start by saying I have this in intense black. I really like the packaging, and how it goes on. Why is it a glossy black color? I hate it. I have no idea why anyone would want a glossy black eyeliner. Yuck.

This is niiiiiiiiice. It glided on perfectly for that great balance of clean line, thickening lash line, but not too thin or too thick. If only I could learn to do a winged line! This would be the tool to do it with. I really didn't want to like it...too much money. But I really do. I only wear it on the top lash line, so I can't speak to waterline issues. Ugh, I really didn't want to like this so much. I have to go look up winged liner tutorials now.

The best liquid eyeliner. It lasts a very long time- been using it every day for 3 months and its still doing as good a job from when I bought it. You won't be disappointed!

It was my first time using Stila's products and I gotta say I'm pretty impressed! It is a top notch quality, the price says it all ($30)! It does last a very long time, even through harsh weathers! However just make sure you push the tip in and not just lightly apply it. I love how sharp the tip is too, most pens I've come across has tips that start to dull after a few applications. Last but not least it is very easy to put on, I think I'll only use eyeliner pens from now on!

My new holy grail eyeliner, stays all day on my oily lids! A tad more expensive than my other eyeliners, but definitely worth the splurge.

This product is really great! I was set out to find an eyeliner that would last throughout the school day for me (8 hours) and this works so well. The eyeliner that I had been using before on my lids did not stay at all and the winged parts i drew would start to come off. With this, that does not happen. I thought $20 was a little expensive at first, but this liner has lasted a while and I think it will continue to last me a very long time. The packaging is nice, but sometimes if I close the top too quickly, I feel like I'm damaging the felt tip. Overall the product is really great and if you want a long lasting product, buy it!

The color is very black, I can use it on the waterline, and it is easy to maneuver for a good even line. It has decent lasting power, but if I put it on a bare lid with no shadow I noticed it comes off a little on the top of my lid. If my eye waters at all then it doesn't stay (in the corners), so I don't know why they call it waterproof. Maybe water resistant. I miss the old Victoria's Secret liquid liner they had, it was magical. So I compare any liner to that old one, and this one just doesn't compare with lasting power. You could cry and probably go swimming and it wouldn't budge. However, I will keep buying Stila liquid liner because it has been the best so far I've tried since VS.

The applicator tip is really wonderful, making sharp dark lines as thin or thick as you want it. I haven't had it long enough to find out whether the tip frays over time. Does the eyeliner stay all day? NO. On my waterline and lower lash line, it fades and disappears like all my other eyeliners, but if i set it on top of another pencil liner, it stays a bit longer. On the upper lashline and anywhere else that stays dry, it stays REALLY well.

I've had this in the color black for about 3 weeks. I really like the packaging and the pen applicator but I don't like that when the liner dries, it looks really glossy. The liner is definitely smudge-proof but after about an hour, chunks of the line go missing. I have no idea where it goes but parts of the liner just disappear and it looks like I need to connect the dots or something. I won't repurchase and when I finish it off I will continue on in my search for my HG liquid liner.

Great pigment, above average staying power (I have monolids so it's difficult to find an eyeliner that doesn't smudge- this one held up the best out of all the liners I have tried, but still smudged a bit). My only complaint would be that the words on the label rubbed off fairly quickly. Also, I prefer a brush tip (like that of Kat Von D's Tattoo liner) as opposed to a felt one, but this formula is much better so the tradeoff was worth it.

Agree with previous poster. Best liquid I've ever tried and I'll continue buying it but is it drying out 2 weeks after purchase? Is there a way to fix this?

This is the best liquid liner I've ever used but it still isn't perfect. Is there a perfect that isn't a zillion dollars? Probably not. It's great til the tip gets dried out and haggard and can't get the pigment dark enough. Such a bummer. But I just shake it violently and that at least fixes it for the time being.

First time stepping away from UD's eyeliners and I really like his one. I haven't used a felt tip in years and I love the application, how long it lasts, and how black it is. I used the liner tons on mascara and red lips for dinner. I did my eyes early thinking I would have to fix them but this eyeliner was not budging and at dinner I was so hot and this stuff did not move.
When I got home my eyes looked great and they this stuff did not budge, flake, or make me tear. Really a great liner. I would invest in more as I like using the tip and I read how others trim theirs which, is great to know.
I do think Perversion is darker but it's not an issue of which one is darker it's which one suits my needs for the look I'm going for. When I want a sexy eye with not a lot of effort I'm going with my Stila pen without a doubt.

Found my new HG eyeliner. I'm a contact lens wearer and have always had issues with raccoon eyes (I even carry makeup remover and q-tips in my purse for this reason), but this has put a major stop to that. The only thing that shows up under my eyes hours into the day now is slight flecks of mascara (and I'm ok with that until I find a non-flaking mascara). Took off one lippie because unlike a lot of reviewers here, I'm not a fan of the tip. It's too long and too soft for my tastes (I prefer the short, sharp, hard felt tips that Prestige and Almay use for their liquid eyeliners). I fall asleep with this stuff on a lot and wake up with my eyeliner perfectly intact--a miracle considering I used to have to constantly reapply my eyeliner during the day. Kinda pricey but definitely worth it. I'll never stop using this stuff.

Hate this eyeliner, used it for about twice and threw it away.
Don't waste your money on it,especially when it's not cheap at all.

This is my first foray into high-end liquid liner. It's pretty expensive so I used a Collection 2000 one (reviewed on here) until I got the technique right. Once I got the winged eyeliner look down (thank heavens for Youtube!) I treated myself to this Stila pen. I've got to say, I am really impressed. OK, I know that a lot of reviewers on here have said that it flakes, that little hairs start to separate from the "nib" and that it runs out really quickly. And I agree. I noticed that if I used my eyelashes curlers AFTER applying the eyeliner, it would flake off in parts. So I curl my lashes BEFORE applying. And now, on me, it doesn't flake at all. When I go to the gym, afterwards it can fade a little, granted, but nothing that a fresh application can't fix. I have only had 1 hair that I had to snip off with nail scissors, and that was simple enough. And I've been using mine since mid-September (today's date is 2nd November) and it's still going strong. It does *feel* like it's going to run out about a month's worth of use, however, if you shake it vigorously after every stroke and keep the pen at a 45 degree angle (instead of horizontal which is usually what happens when doing a winged eye), you can eke it out longer. This stuff lasts all day as well and once it dries will not smudge. A good dose of baby oil followed swiftly by a good cleanser will remove it. I've already bought a back up of this I like it so much. You can't beat a neatly winged eye teamed with a sexy red lipgloss. Gorgeous.

It was lovely! This was my first higher-end eyeliner, and it visibly delivered when I put it on - the colour was dark and inky, didn't smudge, and it was gratifyingly easy to use. The real problem came at the end of the day - when I was faced with a mirror after returning home, I saw that there were patches of my skin showing through my eyeliner! It had flaked, but I was confident it was the exception rather than the rule, and wore it again the next day, only to have the same problem. I'm quite disappointed, as this seems to be a HG eyeliner for others.

THIS is one of the best eyeliners. It makes it easy for me to do a decent cat eye, stays all day and looks great. You will like this!
