I was expecting a lot more out of this foundation then it delivered but overall I still like this. The fact that it has all natural ingredients is a plus, but not that important to my list of "must haves" which are color match, coverage, staying power and oil control. This foundation was not by any means full coverage. It does have a med coverage which I found a little difficult to build since this does dry to a satiny/matte finish pretty quickly, and once I applied a second layer, I felt it took some of the first layer off making it a little streaky so I'll stick to one med coverage layer from now on. I applied both with my fingers and with a stipple brush and results were better with my fingers surprisingly. I also moisturize right before applying, which may take away from how matte it really is. The colors however are great! I bought both white peach and peach bisque based on the reviews I found here. White peach looked more like my skin tone from the website, but I read to buy a darker shade since it dries lighter. I am very picky about color match since I tend to use more full coverage foundations to cover my acne prone/scared skin. Peach bisque looked perfect indoors (almost a bit too light in my bathroom) but once out in daylight, it looked a bit dark, kinda on the orange side but still passable. White peach was perfect in daylight. My skin runs in the warm/slightly yellow toned/neutral shade range. Still waiting to see what I look like in pics ....hopefully no "ghostly" cast but I will update. Staying power was good, not as great as ELDW, but more on the natural side. I can't say it was transfer resistant since it ended up on my phone, but it did not slide off my face like most foundations do on my oily skin and I still look presentable after a 9 hour day at the office. This however is the best foundation for adding concealer over. My Erase Paste (which was a so/so concealer for me before this) looks amazing on top of this foundation (underneath it just gets wiped away). Without concealer this would not cover my acne and dark circles. Overall, this is my foundation of choice for now, but oh how I wish Double Wear had more shade options to match my skin!

I am loving this foundation. The coverage is fantastic. I don’t need any concealers or primers with this. The application is easy and it blends well. My skin looks lovely after applying. I feel good knowing it doesn’t have any synthetic chemicals or contribute to the suffering of animals. I do have acne prone skin and many foundations make it worse. I have been using this for two weeks with no new acne. But I think a full test will require at least another two weeks to say with total confidence that it will not cause trouble for acne prone skin.

i might be overly excited at the moment as i just received this foundation yesterday in white peach... and today is my first day wearing it.. but I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS FOUNDATION! I have been wearing foundation since i was 14 (I am 24 now). My skin is slightly dry with rosea and acne and brown acne marks/scars. I have a asian skin tone. and it matches perfectly and gives a beautifully natural matte finish! plus it didn't even feel like i was wearing anything! and the ingredients are to die for! I didn't have any trouble blending.. i mixed it with an organic moisturizer (hemp hemp hooray skin soothe) and it blended perfectly. I will update after wearing it for a longer time.. but as of right now HG for sure =))

This was my first purchase of 100 Percent Pure line. I was so pleasantly surprise of how good this foundation is! The key is to let it dry and set it with any of your loose powder, then, voila - you'll have a flawless skin. The matteness power is also pretty awesome. I have an oily skin, and this foundation holds up much better than some name brands foundations I've ever tried. It dries up pretty fast, so you need to apply this quickly. I'm not a big brush person, so I usually just apply this with my fingers. The heat from your fingers actually helps in blending this foundation, in my opinion. From time to time I use the beauty blender sponge in stippling motion to help me blend the foundation. I'm an AAB with medium cool toned (in the winter), and the shade Golden Peach matches my skin tone perfectly. I'm more tan in the summer, so - I'm not sure if I still could use the same shade. I'll update if necessary.

I'm so happy to have found this, it's now my HG foundation. I have a problem with other chemically based foundations where at the end of the day, when taken off, my skin looks very splotchy red and almost purple with a grey tint. Whatever chemicals I was exposed to with other foundations seemed to cook my skin and enhance my face with whiteheads and cystic acne. However--There's NO problem with this 100% Pure foundation! At the end of the day after taking it off (with Shu Uemura Skin Purifier), my skin looks almost radiant and rosy. In addition, this looks great on, it has a velvet finish and makes my skin look 100% naturally near perfect. I have oily/combo skin and my face doesn't look like an oil slick hit it at the end of the day, even if I forget to apply powder throughout the day. The shade white peach seems to be a perfect match for my hard to match color as well. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

*THE PACKAGING*- Perfect packaging, has a pump w/ a cap and is air tight so its hygienic and non messy. The pump isnt difficult either, the product comes out each time.
*FORMULA*- Creamy but light. SPF 20. Applies silky smooth, seriously it feels like velvet on your skin. Easy to blend. Entirely made of skin friendly ingredients so i dont feel bad leaving it on all day or accidently falling asleep in it :) Also easy to remove.
*COLOR*- i got Peach Bisque and on the pictures of the girls on the web site Peach Bisque look a bit too dark for me and i prob. would have originally picked White Peach, looks more like it would match me. But i was watching a video of 100% Pure and the lady said that their foundations and TMs run light so go a shade to a few shades darker. And its true Peach Bisque is lighter than i thought it would be and lighter that the lady for the Peach Bisque picture. So over all it matches my skin well. In certain lighting it can look a lil yellow but its not bad. So on coloring keep in mind that the shades run light and to go a shade darker.
*COVERAGE*- Is full coverage but doesn't have thick stage makeup like coverage to the point where no imperfections are showing. Which is fine for me cuz i dont like heavy looking makeup. So this is great, covers enough but still looks light and natural, but you still need a concealer for imperfections slightly peeking through here and there.
*FINISH*- Satin to matte finish. Leaves skin looking very radiant and smooth.
*STAYING POWER*- I guess you could say my skin is combo but more on the oily side, but sometimes its normal/matte throughout the day. So on day when my skin is normal/matte it stays on quite nicely but for days when my skins more on the oily side i need to powder, i use cornstarch and it keeps me matte all day. Also if your moisturizer is too rich this wont stay on well. Oh another thing, it can get a lil splotchy throughout the day.. :/
*APPLICATION*- I find that it applies better w/ a fnd. brush and tend to stay on longer that way too. When applied with the fingers it can get a lil splotchy and i find that it doesnt stay on that long when applied w/ fingers for some odd reason.
*PRICE*- its $32 bucks plus shipping and handling so about $40 all together. So it is very expensive.
I think i covered it all, its an awesome fnd. truly 100% pure/all organic. i think this my finally be my HG foundation.

Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with this foundation sucking all the moisture out of your face? By the end of the day, my face is so dry from it, I look years beyond my age because it sits in every fine line and wrinkle I didn't even know I had. It feels so good just to get the foundation off! I gave it a 3 star because I like the idea of all natural ingredients, it doesn't have an odd scent, and the coverage/color seem alright. I had no problem blending it but I do have to apply 2 coats to get more of a "full coverage" look.
BTW I do wear moisturizer under it and I do have to wear a powder on top to set it otherwise it comes off too easily.

I LOVE this foundation--especially once I figured out the best way to apply it. You can't have dry skin underneath or it looks flakey, so moisturize first. I blend small areas with a make up sponge and it looks great. Light coverage if minimally applied, Medium coverage with "regular application", I'd say, and for more coverage of problem areas apply a little more, then add even a bit more to a stiffer concealer brush and pat over area/blemish/whatever. Pretty decent coverage if you do this. Staying power is OK--face looks decent after tough 12 hour night shift. Otherwise, the best ingredients EVER--my skin seems like it has been looking better since using 100% Pure products (check out ingredient list!!). Only complaint--and it's getting to be a big one--is that my shade, white peach, is out of stock and has been for a couple months. Grrrrrrrr.....Will definately repurchase when available.

Well, this isnt bad - it was hard to blend. You def have to do a small area at a time. I think this would be really good for oily skin. But for dry skin it seemed a little "flat" to me. However, I have been mixing in my palm with Alma TLC 16 hr foundation and that is a fantasitic combo. A really pretty velvet finish with great coverage. I like the Almay since it is great for my super sensative skin and I like the pretty natural finish, but I LOVE the coverage when you mix the two together. I think it is best when it is equal parts but I am not positive. When I get that worked out I will probably mix it up in a sep container since I usually mix too much in my hand. this combo lasts all day - it looks the same at the very end of the day as when I started! LOVE IT!

Best foundation I have used! Definitely REAL full coverage, a very natural finish, oil-controlling, and unlike most full coverage foundations I find it very easy to blend and take your time with (it doesn't set right away). It's very true that you don't need to set this with powder at all, because it has a nearly-matte kind of powder-like finish. This is the first foundation that makes that claim that I've found to be honest!
However I have very acne-prone skin and I feel it has been clogging my pores a bit. No big breakouts or zits but tiny milia-like bumps. I think this is probably because my cleanser and moisturizer are all-natural too so I probably have too much oil in my routine (this foundation has pomegranate and acai oil). I've been using this for over a month now and when I noticed it might be clogging my pores I started removing all the foundation with a makeup wipe before cleansing at night. This has helped a lot! I think I was maybe just not getting it off well enough (because it is very long wearing and difficult to remove with just a cleanser, even a good cleanser. Sadly I think it may still be too much for my clog-prone skin to use on a daily basis (though I'm struggling to stop because it is the best looking makeup I've ever used!) I think I may just reserve it for special occasions when I want to look my best. Or see if changing my skincare routine will help. That is how good this stuff is, I'm willing to go to that trouble to keep using it!
I love that it has a pump, though the packaging seems a little cheap... the plastic bottle top on one of my bottles got a small crack in it when I put the cap back on because it seems to be the kind of plastic that cracks easily.
A tip on shades --- I got Golden Peach first, then Peach Bisque which is my real match. Oddly, Golden Peach is more of a cool/neutral medium shade and Peach Bisque is a much more yellow/warm fair-to-light/light-medium shade. Oddly named... but they accept returns/exchanges within 30 days!
EDIT 11/13/10--- I have no problems with blending/application, using the Sonia Kashuk flat top brush to apply the foundation, by picking it up from the back of my hand. I need 2 pumps for complete coverage.
Also... OMG I found a store by my work that carries all of 100% Pure's makeup and skin care! It's Beauty 360 -- part of some CVS stores. It's like a separate little beauty boutique connected to the CVS! I was able to see all the shades in person and I think White Peach, a lighter shade, may be an even better match for me. They even do facials at Beauty 360... so you may want to find out if any CVS stores in your area have a Beauty 360 :) My local store also gives you $25 for each $100 you spend, and $25 when you buy a facial! Facials are typically priced, around $60-70. There goes my pay check... ;)

I really, really wanted to love this product based on all the positive reviews I've read. My skin is fair-medium and Peach Bisque is a good match. It is very difficult to spread evenly on the skin, and I feel like I have to tug and pull to distribute it evenly. It definitely is NOT user friendly...it needs more slip. Its nice that it has SPF 20, but you have to use it so sparingly to avoid it looking cakey I don't know if the SPF 20 does much good anyway. I'm happy it works so well for some, but I won't be repurchasing.

The color shade (I'm NC25) Peach Bisque was a perfect match for me. It left a wonderful matte finish and covered up my acne scars. And best of all---awesome ingredients! I was so happy thinking I have found the perfect foundation but after a week of use, it broke me out giving me little bumps all over my face . Give it a week and see whether it the product agrees with your skin. In all honesty, I envy those who are able to wear this foundation...back to Revlon Colorstay I go.

I've had this foundation for a month and have tried *everything* to make it work. It just doesn't. No matter the application process, the amount of product used, moisturizer, primer, etc., it still ends up so dry and cakey on my skin. I could have gone a shade up, since it dries much lighter and makes my face look like it's been dusted in flour *ick*. But even if I tried a darker shade, the texture is still way too cakey, even in my oily spots! I guess with my aging skin, this stuff just doesn't cut it.

I.Am.In.LOVE!!!! I bought this foundation because the reviews were featured on my MUA front page one day. I have been searching for years for a foundation I can use on my break-out prone skin. YEARS, with no success. So when I read the glowing reviews, I rushed over to 100 Percent Pure's website and purchased this in White Peach. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. I am going to hoard this stuff. I'm serious. My skin stays matte all day long, and this makes me look absolutely flawless. I now have velvety looking skin from dawn til dusk. It is a nearly perfect color match for my skin usually NC 15-20, but in the summer more like a NC 20-25 and looks seamless. I apply it like this: I pump (YES a PUMP!!) a little on to the back of my hand and use my finger to dot some on each area of my face, then buff it in using circular motions using either my Sephora #55 airbrush or my Pretty Pretty kabuki brush. I do one area at a time because I heard this dries quickly and I want it to be blended and seamless. I only apply it to my forehead, nose, eye-area, and cheeks and I did have a few tiny little pimples the first week but now I don't. Usually I get tons of clogged pores, which is why I won't use any foundation near my mouth or chin, but this hasn't done that to me. Hundreds of foundations tried and this is a true winner. Finally I don't have to search any more. This was $32 for a single bottle, but worth every penny because it 1) makes me look fantastic and 2) doesn't break me out <3

I'm only on my third day of using this makeup but have to say I think I like it allot! I'm using the Golden Peach shade and wish it was a tad darker, but figure it'll be perfect for winter. I apply it with my Sephora #155 brush doing one side of my face at a time. It has a nice powder like finish and seems to endure. I think I might buy it again when I run out.

I bought this as a total impulse purchase;saw the reviews and then was off and running.
First of all, thank you so much to the reviewers who use the MAC shades-or other items universally known- to compare colors. That is incredibly helpful when buying something sight unseen! I got the White Peach shade; I am warm, fair skinned and BB Warm Ivory,MAC NC20,MUFE 020 in Face and Body.I have yellow undertones and this shade matched perfectly.I also took other reviewers' advice and exfoliated prior to application. It's true that you don't need powder over it if you're on the drier side (I have combination to dry skin.)While it is more of a matte finish,it didn't settle into my pores and look cakey-huge plus.It also doesn't feel tight/dry; it is described as "full coverage/satin finish" and it does feel very satiny on.It's not a full coverage that looks maskey either;my freckles are still visible but the redness is considerably toned down: that's exactly what I like foundation to do.
It is 100% vegan with an SPF of 20 (titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.)I can't get over what a great shade match it is-it takes a bit to settle in,so to speak, but once it does it really looks fabulous.
