I have been using this for years because it is the one that does not irritate my eyes, it has reasonable price and it takes off even waterproof makeup. This does leave an oily residue but that has never been an issue for me.

This eye makeup remover was incredible. I have extremely senstive eyes and it removed my eye makeup without any irritation. It will not remove waterproof makeup. It was inexpensive and gentle. You shake the bottle pour some on a Swisspers 100% Cotton Square a few times and it removes everything.
