To date, I own 5 MAC eye shadows: Quarry, Jest, Shroom, Nylon and Seedy Pearl. Seedy Pearl is one of the colors that I wear the least. In fact, I have probably worn it only once or twice. One thing's for sure: this color looked lots better at the store, perhaps due to lighting, I don't know. I have not yet totally given up on this shade, I think that I may just have to find a good color to go with Seedy Pearl and I'll be happier. I browsed the MAC counter today but did not make a decision on a color before they closed. Seedy Pearl is a pink/lavender shimmery combo. To me it appears that there's more pink than lavender. This shade reminds me of spring.

This is an opalscent pink, gray, lavendar, frosty colored e/s. I paired this w/Dove Feather for a nice sort of neutral eye color day that really made my hazel eyes pop. (I am a PPP MAC NW20 w/dark hair.) This e/s color makes it very versital due to it's opalscent nature. I found it to be finely milled, soft, blendable, & well pigmentated. The packaging and price once again are typical MAC. I would definitely purchase this product again. I am anxious to try it in more color combos.

This is a very pretty color. It used to be my favorite highlight color until I tried Phloof! Seedy Pearl is certainly not a boring color and is very easy to wear with brown, blue and purple shadows. It has a lovely iridescent quality about it that brings life to your eyes. I normally can't wear pinks around my eyes but this color is very subtle. It's has a brightening effect that doesn't scream "pink". I'm happy with the pigmentation in this, too. I'm happy with this color but I may not purchase again because Phloof is so much more versatile.

Seedy Pearl is more lavender than pink to me, but that may be why I like it so much- for a pink e/s, that is. I like that it reflects different colors, it is more of an iridescent pink than a flat, matte color. Pink eyeshadows usually make me look tired or as if I have been crying, so I try to avoid them like the plague! But Seedy Pearl is a pink e/s that I can use as a lid color OR a highlight and it doesn't make me look ill. I like this and will definitely repurchase if I run out!

This a lovely really versatile shadow. It basically gives a mother-of-pearl finish on a pale pinky base; layer it over darker colours to make them irridescent, wear wet as a lid colour, or dry as a highlighter. I love it and use it in every look.

Wonderful day color. It wakes up my eyes, works well by itself or as a highlighter. A very pretty opalescent sheer. A definite repurchase.

I love Seedy Pearl. The color is quite unique. It is such a special shade! It is a light, opalescent, milky pearly pink. This color is multidimensional and a bit hard to describe! It adds a lot of shine to my entire eye area. Does a great job as an highlighter too. Looks good paired with purple shades or darker shimmery pink shades.
One word: beautiful!

the flashy lights of the department store made this shade look better.. when i brought it home, it looks like a white/light powedery matte pink..unless u look at yourself in an odd angle, then you see the pink/purple sheen.
blech.
will not repurchase.

This is the most beautiful opalescent color and the texture is perfect. It is just edgy enough for a distinctive day look. I love it & will happily replace it when it's used up.

I'm in the process of revamping my e/s collection, moving away from bright and dark shades and toward shimmery highlighter shades, which I finally learned are more flattering to my deep-set eyes. When I told the MAC consultant I was looking for an "opalescent light lavender-pink," she immediately seized upon this shade and I couldn't be happier with it! It's become an everyday thing. Goes on as a soft, light rose with pinkish-lavender opalescence... so pretty, like putting mother-of-pearl on your eyes. It wakes mine right up! Lasts several hours with a good e/s base. I do wish it came in a mirrored container with an applicator.

This is such a pretty shade! A lovely medium/light duochrome lavender pink with a beautiful sheen but no shimmer or frost to it. Looks great with any purple or pink eyeshadows as a browbone highlighter or simply as a wash with purple, violet or plum eyeliners. Finally a pink that actually suits me!:) Took off one lippie as the texture is somewhat chalky, but it's such a pretty and unique colour that I'll get it again.

I wear a lot of purple eyeshadows, so this one was a must for me. Even though it is lavender, it goes with a lot of different eyeshadows that you wouldn't normally think to pair with it, you just have to experiment with it. My personal favorites are Trax and Moth Brown, they both work beautifully with this lovely eyeshadow. (NW20/20 Watts, blue-green eyes, cool toned)

This is a good light light lavender shimmery shadow that's great when you don't want a lot of color. I mix this color with golds and coppers, and I like the effect. I just wish you could use this wet.

One of the things I love about MAC eyeshadows is that they have such a huge array of colors to choose from. Seedy Pearl is a new find for me, but I can't believe I've made it this long without this eyeshadow. This is a lovely, opalescent, pinky-lavender-cream. I have blended it with lavender and with pink and it works equally well with both. As always, the texture is great. Another winnah from MAC!

I love this color. Seedy Pearl is a pink/lavender that flashes duochrome lavender. It's very pretty for my coloring and doesn't crease!

This color might look good on someone else, but it didn't look too hot on me. I'm MMM with a warm complexion and this color does not suit me. I can see this color working for cooler toned complexions. Its a pale pinkish purple color. Not too exciting, kind of blah.

I like this color a lot. It shows up on me as the sheerest pink with some purple and grey in it. I bought it soley as a highlighter; it looks particulary good with most pinks, purples and some greys. It has an ever so slight iridescent shimmer, but it is not nearly as shimmery on as it is in the pan.

Seedy Pearl is a shimmery pale lilac-pink which looks awful on me. The formula is great, but I wouldn't repurchase this colour. Me: N1/NC15, blue eyes, blonde hair.

Very cute pinkish/lavender frost! Looks really cute and girlie! I use it with shale, but looks great alone too if you want a delicate clean look!
