I am a sucker for hype so I bought this sight unseen! The packaging is gorgeous and the texture and feel were great, but the color was still too blackish and purple against my extremely fair skin. No lipliner or gloss could save it. Sigh.

I like this, especially with a gloss on top. However, the sheer CM lipsticks tend to break at the base! I have to use this very carefully. I also don't care much for the scent/taste of this, but it's not too obnoxious to prevent me from using it.

I love this color! It's a great sheer wine color on me. I don't care for the scent or the packaging though - it gets scratched up too easily!

This is a pretty neutral - the lipstick that launched a thousand rumors! My best friend and I both bought it and it looks great despite the fact that we have different coloring. Much like Clinique's black honey almost lipstick, it's my staple that I keep in my purse and goes with everything. The case gets pretty nicked up, but overall I think it's a good everyday lipstick.

Beautiful shade of lipstick. It looks deceivingly dark and purple in the tube, but it goes on sheer and natural. Looks like a light plum on me. Moisturizing, though I usually add a touch of gloss to soften things up even more. All in all a very sweet color, good quality.

I too had to have the infamous lipstick and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Club Monaco products. The lipstick has a faint scent, but nothing offensive. The color is a nice hint of plum with a glossy look to it. It is very moisturizing. It is perfect for a light and more natural look without the heaviness of some lippies.

I really like this lipstick. It is a great neutral color for me adding a touch more color than just lips. It adds a nice gloss as well.

This is the lipstick that goes with me everywhere! Very moisturizing, and a nice, neutral plummy-brown color that blends well with the natural color of one's lips, enhancing the color. A must-have!

This is a great cool lipstick. It's a sheer plum on my lips that is not too intense for daytime or summer. I also love this with Sugar gloss over it. A must for ladies who wear cool colors.

Iabsolutely love this lipstick when paired with Sugar Gloss, it turns into a beautiful shimmery lavender color. Without the gloss it's a little too sheer, but still very nice.
The packaging is nice, but if you keep it in the make-up bag it will get really scratched up

I actually like the texture and moisturizing feel to this lipstick. It gives a really nice berryish colour and it's not heavy feeling at all. I also like the silver metal packaging.
