I do not like this product at all. it creases really bad and it has a really bad yellow undertone.

About my skin: I have a lot of spots in my t-zone and I'm red on my nose and cheeks. My skin is also usually dry.
I think this is a great concealer for cover up spots & redness. It may feel a little thick to have under the eyes but it works there too. I've heard the product lasts forever as well.
The things I don't really like about this product is how the coverage doesn't really stay on through out the whole day. I'm a bit disappointed in that. It also crease easily around the eyes especially.
I've heard that people have gotten breakouts using this on spots but I can't be sure if that's happened to me. I get breakouts no matter what.
It's not fully what I expected it to be. I do like the coverage though.
(please note that I'm not a professional and that I haven't used loads of concealers.)

I so wanted to like this product! I had such high hopes and had heard great reviews from friends (who had dry skin).
I have oily skin, not specifically round my eyes but just a bit of info.
When I first applied this concealer, I thought it was gonna be HG because it is the first concealer that has completely covered and corrected my dark undereye circles. After years of trying different concealers, I'd found it! It literally erased the discolouration and I looked awake and lively! I set it with MAC Skinfinish Natural (which is fab powder) and within an hour, I had the worse undereye creases I've ever had. Concealer always creases with me regardless of any powders and I'd accepted that but I was so annoyed that MAC Studio Finish concealer gave me the best coverage with the worst creases. The creasing just ended up wearing off the concealer and ended up being pointless. I am still wearing this purely because I love the coverage but I won't be buying it again.
It's also very cakey which I think attributes to the coverage/creasing but I spoke to a MAC SA recently who said that MAC Pro Longwear concealer had all the same benefits as Studio Finish but was a different formulation so I'll definitely try that next or Estee Lauder DoubleWear concealer which I've heard doesn't really crease.
Also, the packaging is a bit naff for the formula as I really have to grind my concealer brush into the pot to get the thick formula onto the brush! A shallow and wider palette may have been a better idea.
I would recommend this to someone with drier skin who might not have the issue of creasing.

I am usually a Sephora Benefit girl, but i was looking for something cheaper than my 28 dollar erase paste that didn't settle into lines so much. This was 18 dollars and looks way better on me. I recommend!

I don't know what to without this concealer it's my life I love it! It's creamy but not so oily or cakey it is very rich and the coverage is amazing I do have blemish marks it covers that perfectly and my eye circles look great and make me look not tired at all I also use this on my eyelids because they are dark Aswel and do get oily and make my eyeshadow crease but this stops it all! This concealer is a life saver and it's the only one I purchase over and over again but I do miss the studio sculpt concealer for winter times but it is discontinued

I am NC40 in studio fix fluid but I use NW30 in studio finish for my under eyes and dark spots around my face. I love this concealer. It does the job and does it well. Under my eyes I do have to set it so it won't crease up. I use MUFE HD powder to set it under my eyes and it doesn't crease up! I was using MUFE HD invisible cover concealer which was awesome as well, but when I finished that I wanted to try something different and I'm glad I did :) Studio finish is very thick and one swipe of product on your finger goes a long way. Hope this helps!!!

Right now, this is the only concealer I will continue to use. I'm NC25 in Studio Fix powder, so I got this in NC15 to add a highlighting effect, plus my foundation darkens it a little.
I haven't had any blemishes to try this concealer on yet, but I have used it under my eyes for days. It works very well. I apply it over my foundation (L'Oreal Souffle - My HG) with a flat foundation brush in thin coats until I reach my desired coverage, then set my entire face with powder (Rimmel's Stay Matte - Also HG) and it looks awesome and lasts all day.
The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because I've noticed that it can crease if applied too heavily around the eye area. If they could fix that one issue, it would be HG for sure. Maybe I'll search for a different application technique.

I like this for heavy coverage of scars and acne - I think the colors can be a bit off sometimes compared to the foundation colors, but when used under foundation it's not really an issue :)

This product was my first MAC product/concealer I perchased!
I think the product itself isn't the best... It does cover pretty well, but it can seem fake or unnatural and even cakey. The packaging on the other hand is really cute! :) It's just like a MAC eyeshadow except it contains concealer! Also, they do have veriety of shades so you can probably find the perfect shade for your skin! Now, the price for this product I think is pretty expensive. I don't consider $18 for 7g/.24oz cheap... Overall, it is a pretty good product for special occasions when I need extra coverage, but for daily use, I'll have to find a new concealer! I do reccomend checking out Sonia Kashuk concealer palette though. It seems pretty similar but with more shades and with a cheaper price! :)

It's a bit thick and cakey for my liking. It covers really well on redness and scars but not for spots, it seems to make my spots look worse, so for the price you have to pay for it there are definitely better concealers out there. But I think maybe this is a personal thing as I really don't like heavy or thick makeup because I have sensitive skin.

I love Mac make up and again have used this for years. This concealer is a winner for me for a couple of reasons, its a good match for my complexion and its easy to apply. The consistency of the concealer is just right and I have tried many, which are either too gloopy & don't last or too hard, which makes them difficult to blend. The other aspect I like about Mac, is that if you save the make up containers (6 I think), you can get a free lipstick of your hoice

So disappointed in this product. I purchased it hoping the think consistency will be great to cover blemishes... It really isn't. However, I love the packaging. I use MAC's Studio Fix Fluid foundation along with their Mineralize Skin Finish Powder... I've tried applying this concealer before foundation, after foundation... It just doesn't work for me.

Pros
It's SPF 35 which is awesome because I use it for my under eye circles
Lots of product that can last a very long time
Cons
Too light for the rest of my face
Creases
Too heavy for my under eyes which causes them to crease as well:(
Dries my skin
Clearly the cons outnumber the pros so I won't be buying this again.

Consistency: Creamy, thick, not drying or moisturizing.
Color: I got nc20 (WHY isnt there an nc25 for MAC concealers yet???) So, like many others, nc20 is slightly too light, while nc30 is slightly too dark. I refuse to buy 2 of these to mix it. What a scam. Anyways, I wear the concealer over my foundation, and then put a lighter layer of foundation over the concealer again. This helps to correct the lightness of the nc20 color but let the concealer do its job and cover shit up. (I usually like to wear concealer AFTER my foundation. This prevents the thick concealer from clogging pores and breaking me out than if I apply concealer directly on my skin). Follow up with your normal finishing powder and voila! Perfection!
I cannot use this under my eyes because it's too light. For undereyes, I use Skinfood's dark circle salmon concealer (separate review over there).
Lasting power: I used this thru a 12-hr work day and it did fade a little, but not to the point that it was gone.
Overall, I do like this concealer. It's handy, portable, and really does cover everything and lasts all day from what I can tell. You don't need a lot to cover light scars or spots, but you CAN pack it on without looking cakey if you have areas that need serious coverage. I have dry skin, so if yours is oily, I don't know how this would work for you, as it really is very creamy.
Will I repurchase? Nah. Not until they get an actual nc25 color. Besides, there are other MAC concealers I'm dying to try. :)

Honestly had high expectations for this. It will cover anything if you put enough on, but it doesn't blend, at all. I've tried to use it under multiple foundations and you can still see where my concealer is even though it is in my color. This stays at the bottom of my makeup bag and I never reach for it. Skip it and go for the Pro Longwear Concealer!

EDIT: 4th March 2013: Unfortunately, this concealer gives me milia. I didn't want to believe it at first, because I like it so much, but there it is. The evidence is staring at me in the mirror and I don't use any eye cream. I'm not sure what it is exactly in the ingredients that gives me milia... maybe the shea butter?
My skin: 30 years old, starting to get fine lines (which my previous concealer from Everyday Minerals seem to highlight) with dark undereyes circles.
My skintone: Fair-medium. NW20. Shell Blanc in Everyday Minerals Jojoba base.
Before I bought this, I wanted to save money and bought two leading drugstore concealers that seem to receive good reviews: Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Concealer and Revlon PhotoReady Concealer SPF 20. The Maybelline is thick and goopy and did settle into aforementioned fine lines, and Revlon's consistency is great and easy to use but didn't offer much coverage. I have an old tube of Lancome Effacernes but it too, has less than the coverage I need.
Enter MAC. I'm generally not a beauty product snob. I buy both high end, low end and everything in between, as long as it gets high reviews and work for me. I saw that this received the highest amount of reviews, so I went to try it out. I love it!
I pat this on in the bathroom using my ring finger, utilizing natural sunlight (I don't want to pile on too much) and my undereye circles are 95% camouflaged. NICE! I looked closer. The fine lines showed, just barely. DOUBLE NICE!
Pretty great product, and it blew all the other concealers I have bought and tried. Will buy again.

This is a great concelar for your face - not for under the eye (it's drying and it will crease). It gets all the red out and lasts all day. Nice job MAC!

I have very dark under eye circles (hereditary). Since there is no fix for this, my only option is to find a good coverage concealer.
MAC Studio Finish is... okay. I don't have great things to say about it. I warm it up between my fingers and dab it under the eye area. Next and take a fluffy eye shadow brush and blend until it looks as natural and creaseless as possible. Looks decent but not for long. Even then I feel like it's too thick and cakey.
The color match is very good, though. I'm starting to think I need a corrector first but honestly I don't know how on earth I'd apply this concealer after. If you have fine lines I wouldn't say this is for you. It sits terribly after a while.
Still searching for the perfect concealer...

This has been the best concealer I have ever used. The coverage (medium to full) and consistency (firm yet creamy) are perfect for my skin and it's particular needs. The things that I really like about this product are:
1. I have the best color match. And while I have other concealers I like just as much as this one, none has ever matched my skin as well.
2. the SPF
3. Makes my (few) age spots fade away
4. Doesn't crease easily under my eyes
5. One jar can last me a looong time
6. Very portable
The color-match and SPF bring me back every time. Thank heavens I have this in my arsenal.
