I have this is Fab fig, Mauve it over and Cocoa craving. All of them are great and I'm still vying to buy more, I hope they bring more colors. Its the most perfect lipstick I've ever tried. Its like this lipstick got misplaced from a high end brand and ended up in the drugstore(I do not feel sorry for it)
Pros:
No smell, no taste, no glitter, no gloss, not drying, last forever, fades really well(none of that left over lip liner look), the color is intense as the lipstick should be. feels natural on your lips, not heavy at all and creamy
Cons:
My lips are a dark tone, so I lean more towards darker lipsticks. Mauve it over is slightly lighter than my lip color, so I can't wear it alone without some gloss or balm with it. But the other lipsticks, I wear alone. Other than that, I wish they had even more colors and yeah for a drug store brand its pretty pricey, but so totally worth it. Trust the reviews!

I am very, very happy with this product. I have been searching for the perfect nude lipcolor for waaaaayyyy too long, and i've finally found it in this lipstick. I've tried everything from the horrible "Concealer on the lips" trick to mixing foundation with vaseline to using lemon juice to lighten my natural lip color. I bought this in "nude attitude" and it's perfect. However, i have found that it's extremely drying. If only they could have made this moisturizing!!

Amazing lipsticks! Fabulous fig is my new HG dark red brownish everyday lipcolour ( think Kate Winslet in titanic-stunning!) and Pink Pout is my HG pink lipstick that I've been looking for and finally found today! I've already bought back ups of both these shades, and I also have Wine Not. All are gorgeous :D
Texture is incredible as well, light and matte but NOT drying at all! Better than Matte MAC lipsticks to be honest. Fade evenly as well. Highly recommend!

I've always thought that matte lipstick is the only way to go, but the amount of money i have wasted on high-end brands to try and find a decent one is too painful to even think about. But... Revlon have really impressed me with this line, the formula is an absolute masterpiece. And like other reviewers I pray to God that they keep it...and expand on it. I have never, ever, ever, ever found a pale pink lipstick that suits me but 'Pink Pout' is really great...the hint of lilac is actually really wearable and kind of 60's mod. I also have 'Really Red' (how red should be!) and 'Strawberry Suede' (like a neon coral)...both are amazing...I feel like one of those chicks in a Robert Palmer video when I wear them! And they really do stay on for ages. Well done Revlon!

I love the Revlon's Matte Lipstick line! They are great. The lipsticks are really pigmented and the texture is really creamy and smooth. I moisturize my lips before applying this on and it is not drying at all. My favorite colors are Mauve it Over, Pink Pout, and Pink About It. I definitely recommend these and would purchase them again, especially during BOGO sales.

bought the reds in the range and my make up artist mate thought i was wearing the nars lip crayon and that was after 8 hours wear with only one slight re touch. Amazing staying power, and my lips still feel moisturised. Not a bit drying on the lips. Will definately re buy. Fantastic product!!

I love this lipstick!!! This is by far the best matte lipstick I have ever purchased. I bought the color Fabulous Fig and it is such a nice subtle reddish color. I really hope and pray that Revlon will make this part of their line forever. I don't think it is a bit drying. It really is a great lipstick. I never really liked the shiny glossy lipsticks and was very happy to find a great matte lipstick that wasn't drying and lasted a long time. I can't wait to try the other shades!

After doing some research here for a good lipstick.. (I found that the best way for me to buy makeup is to see what brand of coupons I have, and come here to find what kind of product I need, and go for the highest rated. I discovered this after some trials and errors where I bought makeup, came home, read the reviews, and returned a good percentage of my purchase :) )
When I read about this limited edition line coming out, I was pleased to read the reviews of the "Nude" lipstick. But I also heard great things about "In the Red" and "Wine Not?", so I got all three.
In my last photoshoot, this makeup allowed me to EASILY change my look. I started with nude on my lips, so the photo naturally drew attention to my eyes. I then did "In the Red", for a classic smoky eye and red lip, then the deeper "wine Not?". When I darkened my eye makeup and added a shot of blue to my eyes, this lipcolor was easy to wipe off, and reapplying the nude made it easy to start a new look without the residual redness you usually see after wiping off lip color. I was able to then do bright blue eyes with the nude, red, then deep wine lips again, once again easily changing lip color with a clean palette.
So, for MAs and models, I suggest this lipstick with HIGH ratings.
I love the fact that these colors are all matte, as it allows me to pair a slightly more flamboyant eye and still have some color on my lip, and I never look like a drag queen. You can then use brightening powder or a gloss on some other part of your face.
These lipsticks are wonderful and buildable. With a brush, I can go from a hint of color to full red lips with a few brushstrokes, and any mistakes I make are easily fixed with a swipe of my pinky finger. This color is very durable and wears well. It may need to be reapplied if you need a dramatic lip all day, but if you want to start the day with a rich lip and dont want to keep a tube in your purse, by the end of work, or your date, you will have a less dramatic, but still very pretty wash of color. The color does not degrade, so you will have the same color lip all night, even if it is less intense.
I am exceptionally fair skinned, and while the tube's color made me nervous at first, I knew I needed to try it after I had read such good reviews of the reds, and had liked the Nude. Start with a little bit of color, and see how it fits you. And with almost no taste or smell, its a GREAT find for those of us who are exceptionally smell sensitive.
I sincerely hope that Revlon keeps these wonderful matte shades around permanently, otherwise I will have to stock up now :)
Oh! And for those of you who are having flaky lips and cant carry off this color, I found GREAT success with a small bowl of honey and sugar mixed in a bowl that I take into the shower with me. The honey is a natural antibacterial, and the sugar is a really nice gentle exfoliator, as the water and heat as you rub it in to your lips cause the granules to shrink (giving you a finer exfoliation) and ultimately dizzolve. Its easy to wash off, you dont have to worry about getting chemicals in your mouth, its more accurate than a toothbrush (trust me, I have textured lips, I've been looking for something like this forever) and you can literally see results as soon as you step out of the shower.
I do this at night and layer on lip balm right after I get out of the shower, along with drinking a full glass of water. Since water escapes from your lips at night, this gives you softer lips in the morning, and soft skin flakes away, it literally peels right off, no more cracked lips, or flakes that make them bleed or take off too many layers at one time. Use a washcloth in the morning, and you're ready for bright red lips.
If you have dry or oily skin, or even if you just need a simple exfoliater, use this on your face, too! This also provides instantly visible results in the mirror. You can even use it under your arms to kill bacteria and exfoliate to prevent ingrown hairs.

Bought this in the Revlon Matte lipstick color Pink Pout. Wow, this color really looks like the matte runway shades I've been seeing lately. I was getting really tired of the glossy/shiny look, so I'm glad Revlon came up with this. The Nude Attitude shade was a little too light for me, but this one is a nice bare pink. Would recommend it. I'm a fair-medium neutral skin tone.

It's hard to believe this is a D/S lipstick. It's fantastic. It has a fantastic feel on the lips--moisturizing, nontacky, cushioning. I am tempted to try every single color. My only complaint is that there are so few colors!
I love the fact that you can see the actual lipstick color by looking thru the top of the tube. Excellent solution to "wth color is it anyway?" problem often encountered with d/s lipsticks.
It's not absolutely, completely matte. It has the barest amount of shine to it so that it doesn't look flat. I think it is a very modern, sophisticated matte finish.

So far I have the Fabolous Fig, In the Red, and Wine Not. they are all great! i really hope Revlon expands on this collection, I adore matte lipsticks and can't afford to spend to alot of money on MAC and Chanel right now.
Wine Not is extremely simillar to Black Cherry from the Super Lustrous collection so if you didn't like that color you won't like this shade, even though they look different in the tube.

Love these lipsticks! They are matte and glide right onto the lips. I didn't like Nude Attitude, but I love Mauve it Over and In the Red. They last a long time on the lips but can be a bit drying, so I would recommend a balm underneath and/or a gloss on top. The packaging feels so nice, it makes MAC"s plastic tube feel flimsy in comparison. At $7.99 they are a bit steep for drugstore makeup but they quality is excellent. I'd definitely repurchase the shades I have and hope that Revlon comes out with a full line of matte lipsticks in the future!

These are 12.50 here in Canada, which is a bit pricey for a drugstore lipstick. I will repurchase though, because I have not found another truly matte lipstick like this. If I apply over lipbalm, I don't have any problem with dryness. It lasts a few hours without touching up, wears off evenly, and doesn't give me a Ring effect as it wears. The only colour I have so far is Wine Not. It's a vampy, dark winey reddish purple. Can be built up to a deep dark purple, or applied lightly for a more redder wine tone. I really like this. According to the ingredients, this appears to be vegan as well. I can't wait to try the other colours.
EDIT: I now have Pink Pout and Really Red. I love the formula of these lipsticks. All can be applied lightly or layered for more drama. All seem to wear the same. I can't wait to see what colours they come out with as this line grows. I'd love a really super-cool toned red, and a light pinky nude, like MAC Blankety.

I have been searching for matte lipsticks and I was so excited to have finally found one. They seem to sell out quickly as walmart and target were both out of almost ever color! :(
I am SO excited about this though. I check almost daily to see when they will have my colors in stock. I now own Fabulous Fig, In The Red, Pink About It, and Nude Attitude.
I love them all! Nude is good for a casual, natural look. I like the Fig color to wear to work, red for evenings, and the pink color mainly to dress things up during the day or to wear when I'm out with a girls or on a daytime date. I love them all!!

I have to start by saying I love the matte lips look worn by the old time movie sirens back in the day. I'm so glad that Revlon came up with these. I go between lipstick and lipgloss, so these Revlon Matte lipsticks will be a nice addition. I picked up 3 in Nude Attitude, Pink Pout and In The Red. They are all really great shades, and I'm going back to get more. These last for such a long time, even through me eating and drinking. Some might think that since these are matte, that they are drying on the lips, but this isn't the case at all. My lips felt very nice after the lipstick was gone. Nude Attitude is the perfect shade of neutral nude with the tiniest bit of pink in it that I think it would fit a variety of skintones. I tend to go between a deeper light/medium. Pink Pout is the most gorgeous shade of pink with just a hint of lilac. My mom told me this was her favorite out of the 3. This is so wearable, you don't have to be afraid of barbie lips or pornstar lips when you're wearing this pretty pink lippie. The last one is In The Red and I have to say how much I adore it. I just bought my first true red lippie which is UD's Gash and I am trying to get more into deeps/reds. This is the most perfect shade of red for me. Since I have light to medium skintone with tons of freckles and deep dark brown hair, I seem to be able to effortlessly pull off any color, and this red was no exception. I paid full price for mine, and would definitely go back to get more!

i got this for free after rebate from walgreens so i figured why not.. i got the shade 'wine not' from the new matte collection, and while its a nice shade, its kind of dark... im a C4.. and i put a very little on and its plenty. i like how it applies, kind of dry but i guess its the matte quality.. i would probably repurchase this in another color

One of my favorite lipsticks colors is MAC's Snob, which on it's own is rather bright, so I tone it down with some lip balm on top. This color is rather similar, but not so bright and obvious as Pout. I really like it.
It also has a nicer texture than MAC, it's silkier. I already bought two more tubes that were on sale at Meijer this week at 50% off! $2.99! Yay!

I hate matte lipsticks, but they leave such a nice stain on the lips if you take an extra 30 seconds. I have nearly all of Revlon's new matte shades...I apply a couple coats of the color, then add a sheer gloss on the top, and I get the best color that money can buy. I think revlon's matte color perform just like Chanel and MAC, so at 7.99 these are a bargain!
