This is a totally awesome shadow. I put Golden Retriever in the crease with Prestige Glitz on the lid. This combination really lights up my blue eyes. Perfect!
Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair, Cool Hair: Red, Straight, Fine Eyes: Blue
Wonderful es color! This is a warm gold color. It's highly pigmented, blends wonderfully, and it's quite soft in texture. Prestige is an amazing brand, and I will buy this again if I ever run out.

let's start with the basics. it's a beautiful metallic golden color, it's dirt cheap, and doesn't crease or wear away. I love this brand. It is my absolute favorite e/s brand. forget all of the expensive department store crap. I always check Prestige first because normally they have very similar colors to popular dept. store colors. this is a warmer golden color. not too yellow, but a true gold. reminds me of 18K Italian gold. I love it.
Age: 19-24 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Black, Straight, Medium Eyes: Brown
This is a wonderful color--it is a burnished, warm-toned gold (slightly more copper than yellow) that definitely reminds me of a Golden Retriever's coat. It's really bright (with a shimmering, nearly-metallic finish) and pigmented so a little swipe on the lid brightened up my dark eyes so much. I'm really happy I managed to get a hold of this one as Prestige shadows are kinda hard to find in my city. They are inexpensive and the 'good' ones are very high quality. They're also really easy to depot and fit into the larger Japonesque palettes (they're slightly too big for the Stila ones).

Just as the name sounds, it's a pure golden shade with lots of shimmer. Applies true to the pan & costs only around 4$USD. Smooth application but could be more pigmented. Similar to Milani's Sun Goddess except it has more gold and less copper/red tones.

I wanted this shade for so long, but always talked myself out of it because I own several of the same family/shade. Well, I caved....and WOW, just as the other reviewers have described!!! Highly pigmented, so start very softly and build if you want truly gilded-bronze eyes! A beautiful shade for summer or fall; wearing it today with Glisten to highlight browbone (light sparkly gold) and MAC Dark Soul V'd and in crease, peach cheeks and shiny coral lips (black smudgey liner and mascara, of course)! Golden Retriever has a lovely sheen, the pan holds a huge amount of product, very high quality all around. I love this on my brown eyes, but I think this would look even better on BLUE eyes. Another wonderful Prestige eyeshadow, easily worth twice the price - a real treasure at a BOGOF sale at Ulta or Walgreens!!!

This is probably one of the greatest drugstore finds in eyeshadows. The packaging is very sleek,it has a high-end look. The colour is the most beautiful deep gold. This shadow is highly pigmented so you only need a little. It goes on a nice deep gold with paler gold sparkles. The more you put on it turns to a golden bronze. It works well with my caramel complexion and it brings out my red-brown eyes really well. Every brown-eyed, green-eyed, blue-eyed person should own this.

This is great! It's a medium, almost rusty gold that's very shimmery and very pigmented. The intensity can be sheer or built up -I like it applied softly to the lid for a "gilded" look or packed on more intensely for night with some black liquid liner. Really sexy shade that looks great with my coloring. I'm a medium brunette with lots of blond highlights, hazel eyes, and a medium neutral skin tone.

This is shimmery golden color, very pretty. It looks gorgeous on a tan, but when i put it on a friend of mine, who has a beige skin, it didn't look as great. but for the price, its not a big deal, plus its a larger pot. its pigmented, the packaging is good. so overall its a great product.

I love this eyeshadow. Prestige makes great eyeshadows. This color is beautiful, especially for medium to golden toned to brown skin. I wear bronzy/golden browns mostly on my eyes because i am medium toned, and this is perfect. The texture is smooth and silky, and will not flake. 3.00 is a great bargain on a drugstore brand. Prestige sticks to their name, because of their quality! Pair this shade with a bronzer, and a bronzy red or shimmery pink gloss such as revlon super lustrous lipgloss in pink afterglow. You will look oh so beautiful!

this is another great e/s from Prestige. a really pretty gold w/ a little bronze. a very, very, very pigmented e/s! great find.

I luv luv luv this product. I have light honey colored eyes and medium beige skin ( I am african american) This goes perfectly with my skin tone. I have women all the time complimenting me on my makeup and eyeshadow and asking where I got my eyeshadow from and telling me it's beautiful. Women I don't even know. This a very soft golden if you use a little bit and then a more gold if you use a little more. It turns into a copperish-bronzy gold if you pile more of it on. Either way it's exceptionally beautiful. I always have to have it and I wear it everyday, even using a little here and there as a highlighter. If prestige ever stopped making this I'd cry. It's highly pigmented so a little goes a loooong way. I had to give a three in packaging though because it's so easy to break. I know that when you drop makeup it usually does shatter but a lot of my other eyeshadows don't. Maybe the reason I get so upset when it breaks is because I love it so much. I strongly suggest this product.

I just HAD to get this one because we have a Golden Retriever =) I really like this e/s though, it's a shimmery gold on me and I love how it looks once applied. I like to use it with plums or bronzes, great for the price too! =)

I picked this up because the color was awesome, gold & shimmery. Then I saw the name and had buy it. Golden retriever just happens to be my favorite dog, I have 1, had 2, want more, lol. I collect everything & anything golden retriever, lol. Back to the shadow...this color is great, it lasts, doesn't crease on my oily eye lids and for the price and how much is in the little compact you can't get much better! I am having a love affair with prestige!
Age: 30-35 Skin: Dry, Fair Hair: Brown, Wavy, Medium Eyes: Brown
I have to say that I have just discovered the Prestige line and I am very impressed. Golden Retriever is an absolutely beautiful golden bronze color, but very subtle with a touch of shimmer. I have worn it everyday since I bought it - formal or casual. It

Using the terms from the viewers below since I'm horrible at describing colors.... a "goldy bronze" is how I would describe it too. It's a very unique, rich color and the quality of the eyeshadow is excellent. Minimal creasing, and fading.

Lovely golden shimmery colour when used with a light hand. Brash gold when applied heavy. What a great find - cheap and very good quality. Fun, expensive looking packaging, which I ripped apart and added pan to my own custom palette with my Armani shadows - good company!

This is a great, rich, shiny gold. SUPER pigmented and soft, and very, very blendable. Also, the pans pop out and fit in a palette, which is great. I use my Prestige shadows right along with my MAC and Stila, and I consider them just as high-quality. If only the color selection was as huge!
