I have tried other highlighters before, but always in powder form. I love the glowy look of highlighters, but was never 100% satisfied with the ones I own. So when I read about this one, on MUA, I decided I had to give it a try, so picked it up at Target.
It's definitely fantastic, it gives a great dewy glow. The pump bottle is great, and dispenses just the right amount. It's especially great for cheekbones and divine on browbones. I've noticed that you really need to make sure you evenly distribute it or else it can look sort of patchy, but if done right it's really amazing. Super awesome over blush, dewy, as I said. I like to put it on my cupid's bow, as well, and sometimes on my nose. I used to put it on my chin, but noticed it just made my chin get oily quicker than usual, so I've pretty much stopped putting it there.
I prefer to apply this with my finger, as I felt I didn't have as much control as I'd like with the brush I was using. But I like the application more with my finger, anyway.
I'm so glad I discovered liquid highlighter, and that it was the Boots version, because I know I never would have bothered buying the Benefit one. Plus, I've seen videos on Youtube and read stuff on here where people compare this to the Benefit highlighter.
Finally, I have to say imo that this blows powder highlighters out of the water. Holy Grail worthy.

This is my everyday highlighter. LOVE it! I have Smashbox Artificial Light but much prefer Boots No. 7 Illuminating Lotion. It gives a subtle beautiful glow.

This is my second review of this product. I first reviewed in August. Two months later, I have to tell you that I'm just as pleased, if not moreso than at first. This No. 7 High Lights keeps delivering. I've used it every day for two months and I have over 3/4 of a bottle still left.
A word to the wise though--as I love this product, I thought I would purchase another bottle to keep on hand. Well, five Targets later, I FINALLY found another bottle (thanks to daughter who picked it up for me in her travels). It seems as though this is becoming hard to find.
So, if you see it--GRAB IT!!
Just thought I would give a "heads up" to those who already love this and to those who may be thinking of purchasing!

Great amount of product for the price, excellent, natural highlighter, smooth and blendable, can be used under or over foundation, inexpensive, nice packaging, adds subtle glow to the skin not OTT at all, also helps to brighten under eye area if used under good concealer, non-irritating, no detectable scent, has a pump which gives perfect amount of product and allows control for amount of product desired, fabulous product overall This is my favorite liquid highlighter, hands down.

My favorite liquid luminizer. The bottle looks pretty much like a foundation bottle with a nice pump (awesome), and you get so much product for the price, and it will last forever. No glitter, just a gorgeous, luminous sheen on your skin. Doesn't make my pores look like craters and doesn't settle in them. Great for ladies with dry skin who have problems with powder highlighters being ashy and too powdery.
A little goes a long way, and I squirt a little bit on the back of my hand and apply to my cheekbones with a skunk brush. I also mix 1 pump of this to foundations that have a matte, heavier finish (like Revlon CS or EL DW) to make it more luminous, sheer, and suitable for summer.

This is a review for No7 Skin Illuminator Radiance Boosting Beauty Fluid in peach. The 30mls of product is packaged in a plastic capped tube and has a built in brush applicator. You need to swivel the brush head round in order to release product.
The hole is massive which lets out globs of product rather than a controlled flow. Thus you get gobs of products not only on the brush but you (apply prior to wearing white clothing).
The liquid itself is a pleasing texture-not too runny and has a peachy gold sheen, in the tube you can streaks of colour. However it is near impossible to apply with the brush as it applies too much and gives a streaky finish.
The product is best for fairer skins and can look ashen on more tanned/ darker complexions. It is not a horrific product but in my opinion not the best. Imagine the centre white highlighting powder in a CD Quint. It gives that dewy yet noticeably glittery look. At a distance you get a satin sheen but in daylight and artificial light is an unmistakeably glittery effect.
The product works very well as a body highlighter and is very pleasing in that respect. I like my products to be weightless-this does not have that effect in so much I had to wipe it off.
I think the price was expensive but would implore cosmetic companies to make smaller tubes of highlighter. I would not buy this product again.

This is a great highlighting product, especially for the price ($12-14). I have tried many highlighting/illuminating products, and this is my favorite. I find it's most like Mac Strobe Cream (which is around $30). In the container, Strobe Cream has a slight blueish pink, whereas the Boots comes out as a very pearly pink. However once blended into skin, there's no difference, and it just leaves a very pretty sheen. No shimmer or glitter, just sheen. This is more milky and liquidy in texture than Stila Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer (which is also more warm beige than pink) and Benefit High Beam. The pump container is nice for keeping the product sanitary. I haven't noticed any breakouts or sensitivity since I started using this (my skin is slightly dry and slightly sensitive, for reference). There's also no fragrance. You get a lot of product in the container, but you really only need a little bit, so I can see this lasting me a very long time. I recommend this and would re-buy.

I just got introduced to this product after watching pixiwoo on youtube, she's a makeup artist in the UK. I bought this product at Target and I have to say that I really like it as an all over highlighter. I put it on over my foundation and it gives a nice glow that looks natural. I also put it above blush as well and it looks pretty like that. I got the pink one and I would definitley repurchase.

This is for the pump style tall glass bottle that only comes in one shade (pearly pink). Great BeneFit High Beam dupe, but better for several reasons:
1. Way cheaper and you get tons more product (around twice as much)
2. Comes in pump instead of stupid nail polish brush
3. Less 'glittery' (BeneFit High Beam isn't that glittery, but if you look very closely you can see the chunks of glittery)
4. More creamy and blendable
This is a shimmery pearly pink silver highlighting lotion. It looks lovely on browbones, temples, cheekbones, down the bridge of the nose, along the jawline, etc. I put it over liquid foundation and underneath powder. Returned my BeneFit High Beam!

A really good illuminator that's gentle on skin. Not much of a scent and it's smooth. It blends easily. It's not really a highlighter, but it gives a luminous glow under foundation or on cheekbones. 1 oz bottle, but the bottle looks bigger than the average foundation bottle. It comes with a nice pump. So far I'm loving it. I don't think it's great on very dark skin because it's not pink on skin, it comes off as a soft white. I have light skin and it shows that way. Update: Fantastic... amazing product. I use this over my Estee Lauder Double Wear and it makes the foundation look less dry/cakey throughout the day, and plus it doesn't change the lasting power of the foundation.

this is my HG. it gives me a natural, ethereal glow. i use it over my foundation, which because of its mattifying nature can make me look dull and two dimensional (u'll notice that on the caked face mac girls) but this makes it all better!
this is VERY similar to benefit high beam but BETTER because it gives you a lot more product for less, it's creamy and therefore easier to spread evenly (u don't have to hurry and worry about it drying in one spot like high beam), and it comes in a pump bottle so it's much more sanitary. BUY this is u want to make ur make up look natural and dewey :) it takes a bit to get the hang of to not overdue b/c a little def goes a long way, but i LOVE LOVE LOVE it. :)

I love, love this highlighter. It's nearly a perfect dupe of BeneFit High Beam, and much cheaper. High Beam is slightly thicker in consistency and a little pinker when you compare them straight out of the bottle. The Boots version has finer shimmer- a more luminous pearly sheen and smoother formula where as the High Beam is slightly more obvious shimmer. When you blend both side by side into skin, they both catch light equally as well but the Boots product is more subtle and it seems that the particle size of High Beam varies a bit more so it's more obvious.
But they look nearly identical immediately after application, and after 10 minutes, when the your makeup sets into your skin a bit more, they ARE identical. Both also seem to last equally long.
I like the packaging of the Boots High Lights too- it's a pump where as High Beam is in a nail polish style bottle. I find that a little unhygienic because the applicator goes back into the product- most people apply it directly to the skin with the brush so skin cells, oil and debris go back into the product and get to marinate for a while.
Now the best part: the price. Boots High Lights is around $12 for an ounce and BeneFit High Beam is $24 for 0.45 oz. You get more than twice the product for half the cost.
I think that for anyone who uses a highlighter every day (like adding a bit to foundation or tinted moisturizer) this is a fantastic deal and great quality product.
Edit: There are a few different products that seem to be clumped together in this one review. The product sold at Target is the High Lights Illuminating Lotion which comes in one shade. There's also Boots Skin Illuminator which comes in a built in brush applicator and comes in two shades, a peach and a pink. These are slightly different products- the picture is misleading.

I don't use this everyday, but I love how my skin glows when I do wear it. It's the first highlighting lotion I have ever used, so I don't have anything to compare. It's light, doesn't leave me oily, and doesn't break me out. Overall, a good product.

Hi. Ive just bought this in the new packaging with a brush attached. Very like the YSL foundation. I wear this just on top of my cheeks and gives a lovely glow as i wear matte foundation and my face can look a bit lifeless. For the price its great stuff and will definetly re-purchase.
I use colour Peach, and suits my pale skin tone perfect.

This lotion is great for pale, lifeless winter skin. I apply this after my primer, before my foundation, and it just brightens up my face! It's pretty thin, so I can see this being great in the summer to add a glow, without piling junk on your face! The bottle lasts a really long time too!

I've got this in the peachy shade rather than the pinky one. It does remind me a lot of my beloved Revlon Skinlights (which is discontinued) so I was pleased to find a replacement. I think this is just the thing for tired, pale, sallow Winter skin and can be used to highlight cheekbones or very finely all over the face. I think I have the new packaging which is a tube with a brush attached. The sa did warn me about not squeezing it too hard or too much comes out but i've not had any problems with that so far.
The peachy shade is just like Revlons peach shade - a warm-toned, pearlised liquid that gives just enough sheen without looking glittery. Shame it hasn't got the same amazing smell the Revlon one had.
I'm sure if I ever run out I would buy again.

I like this lotion as it gives my pale skin a much needed glow. I don't wear blusher as I have naturally flushed and sensitive cheeks so I dab a little of this on my cheekbones and under my brows.
I got this with a £5 off voucher but usually it would be a bit too expensive for me as I'm on a tight budget.

I bought this ages ago and at first I didnt really like it.I felt it was too glittery and slimy but I think I was simply applying too much.I tried it again not long ago but only used a tiny dab and used my fingers to thin it out before blending onto my skin.Used this way,my skin looked lovely and glowy and not at all glittery.I now like it so much that I swapped for a new full bottle :o) I feel it is a bit expensive for a drugstore brand but my second bottle will last forever now I have found the right application method for me.
