AMAZING! Simply amazing. I had so many sunspots, acne scars, acne marks, etc. My skin looked like someone took a pen and just dotted all over my face. This cream cleared not only my acne but faded all the spots. In a month you can barely tell i ever had any spots on my face. It is NOT greasy despite what others have said. It has a very faint pleasant scent. You put on very little but you must be consistent. I use it every day in the morning and at night under my sunscreen in the morning and under my wrinkle cream at night. Sometimes i use it just by itself. It's simply the best. 3% Hydroquinone cream is the highest i could find over the counter. And it actually works. Finally. I was considering spending a ton of money at the doctor's office to remove the spots with lasers and whatever else. This cream cost me $6 with tax at Walmart and it's the best $6 i ever spent in my life. Truly I cannot say enough about this cream. Buy it! Use it! Love it! Please God don't let them discontinue this cream ever! I've never loved a product so much and i can't tell you how upset i am i found this cream so late in my life! All my 20s and 30s were spent with ugly skin when this product could have given me perfect skin! UGH! But I'm happy i found it now! The rest of my life will be spent with clear, smooth, soft, blemish free skin! Thank you Nadinola!!!
UPDATE 5/6/2013 - Still liking this but it seems to be a little heavy on my face and breaks me out here and there.... Found other products that do the same thing and much better on myface - Like Reviva Labs Kojic Acid, Glycolic Acid, DMAE, and Hylauronic Acid serums. I won't throw this away but will use it mainly onmy shoulders or neck or back.... not on my face anymore.

I bought this product about a week ago at Wal-Mart for about $5.50, and had never used or even seen it before. I decided to try it instead of the Palmer's, which I did not like because of the smell and the texture. When I used it for the first time, I noticed that it's a little hard to rub in, but I think it's because of the sunscreen in it. It doesn't smell bad, and left my skin super soft and not greasy at all. I bought it to fade some hyperpigmentation that I have contracted due to sun and birth control pills. Within the week, I could see a definite difference. ONE WEEK! I love this product, and just hope that when I run out, I can find it again. I love it. Best fade cream, best price.

This is a great product. I'm getting age spots. I have fair skin which gets irritated easily. I've been using this about a week and the age spots are very noticeably reduced. Even the one that was raised and crusty (yuck!) is disappearing!

Best of all, no skin irritation.

Very reasonably priced and works well.

This didn't do anything for the dark brown spots on my face that I wanted to fade. They're still there & very irritating to look at. I gave this cream a shot for 2 months even though it smells unpleasant like Nair & for that reason I hated putting it on my face. The texture is pretty thick but spreadable. I think it helped a little w/mild patchy hyperpigmentation I had around my eye sockets, but I hated the smell so much I could only use it once a day instead of twice a day as directed. Just too smelly.

I’ve been using this consistently since the week before Christmas and I have seen results with it. I am on my second jar.

I have scars left from my pre mid-life acne crisis around the end of 2009. I stumbled on it by accident. I was watching a youtube review by MSLADY41 and she was reviewing the clairsonic face brush in which she was pointing out the problem areas of her skin. After that vid was over, more of her vids were displayed and I think the title was skin update or something like and I watched that one and I was SHOCKED. Her skin looked AMAZING. She said that she had been using Nadinola she was able to clear up all of the dark spots on her face and she now had to option to go without foundation.

I went and got some the next day. I am pleased with it. It does smell like rotten eggs, but that is a small price to pay to get your skin to the way that you want it. I will buy it again and again until the spots are all gone.

I just bought this cream after trying Murad's age spot and pigment lightning gel. Murad has 2% hydroxyquinone and Nadinola has 3%. I used Murad for a few weeks before I saw a noticeable difference in my age spots. After only 3 days, I can see a difference with Nadinola. In addition, Nadinola only costs about $5 whereas Murad costs about $65. I would definitely repurchase Nadinola. It works for me and didn't cause me to break out (and I have acne-prone skin).

Well, I bought this for some acne scars on my forehead. Did it fade them, kinda. Did it cause me to break out, yes. Even with the smallest amount, I was left with little pimples. What's the point of fading them if I'm going to get more? I'm sure for less acne prone people it does wonders, but for me, it was an oily mess that smelled like pure bleach:/

This is the best fade cream I have used and I have tried them all! It is the only product that has actually worked. I have been using it for about two weeks and already see an improvement! It does not irritate my oily acne prone skin. I only apply at night over my alpha hydroxy lotion and an especially difficult patch of pigmented skin is almost undetectable. Great product, I highly recommend giving it a try. You can find it at Walmart and Meijer stores for about $5.00. A real steal!

I am amazed to find a 3% Hydroquinone otc. 2% has never worked well for me (Avon Banishing, Esoterica, Porcelana, etc.).

Only complaint is packaging...need a pump for hygienic reasons. Smell is strong jasmine but dissipates quickly. Have been using for three days now, day and night -- spots looks better, I think. Will update...

I was going to go for the Palmer's Fade Cream but I ended up getting this because of the good reviews and I am so glad I did. It is definitely better than the Palmer's Skin Success. This does not make me break out and within a couple of days I was able to tell that this product is working. I can finally go out without applying a lot of makeup to cover up my flaws thanks to this product. The only bad thing is that this makes my face greasy and oil especially under makeup so I put this on when I am not going out or before bed time. Great product, will definitely buy again.

I woke up with about 10 small pimples on my face after applying this before bed! I am not happy. It's really thick and oily. However, it does effectively lighten my skin. I will continue to use it on my body, but never my face!

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had horrible freckles covering my cheeks, but NO WHERE ELSE so i bought this after reading some reviews. 90% of them are gone and ive used it about 2 weeks! i no longer have to wear globs of foundation! i used to use up to 10 pumps of l'oreal's infallible foundation, but now i use about 2 and a half! i put it on about 3 times a day, and i put a thick layer on before i go to sleep. it has worked MIRACLES!! the only issue i have is the jar it somes in, i would prefer it be in a pump, but it works so good i dont care! of and its dirt cheap too! about 4 dollars for a 2.25 oz jar! it smells sort of like jasmine and is moisturizing! you can get it in the ethinc hair care section of walmart

I was on the hunt for something to fade my darker patches on my face and to basically even everything out. I'm very pale, but 9 years of taking birth control pills gave me some ruddy areas. I have no idea why I didn't try to search for something earlier, but now that I've stopped taking them, I guess I thought it was time to reverse the damage. I looked at stores and poked around on MUA until I came across these reviews. The price was so cheap that it was worth the gamble, and I've been extremely pleased with the results! I've been using this cream almost nightly for close to a month, and my skin looks great! My ruddy areas and cheeks are very lightened and match with the rest of my face. When I get out of the shower in the morning and see the results in the mirror, I just can't believe it. I wish now that I'd taken before and after pictures.
The lotion itself it thick and white, and has a sort of perfumey scent, which I don't like, but it's not a deal breaker. When I first apply it (and I go over my entire face, eyes, chest and hands) it's extremely white, like I just rubbed in zinc all over, but if you pause for a moment and then then rub it in again, it completely disappears. I would never wear this during the day - it's quite greasy and wouldn't work for me under makeup. In fact, there's definitely residue left on my face in the morning - the skin on my face is slick when I first rinse it in the shower. I think this initially gave me some very teensy zits on either side of my nose, but they have since healed and have not returned. I will say that I exfoliate with Cetaphil and baking soda every morning, so I think that really helps to unclog my pores from this stuff. To maintain the evenness, I use spf 30 on my face and arms everyday.
My box came with no separate instructions, but from reading other reviews I learned that this cream is sensitive to light and can change color from white to tan. When I first got the jar, I noticed that that there were some brown streaks of dried lotion near the rim, but so far my jar has stayed bright white, and it lives on a shelf in the bathroom where no sunlight hits it. I've used maybe a third of the jar, so I'm sure one jar is plenty for 2 months of treatment. I would highly recommend this - I got great results.

hello there, I bought this cream, a week ago, I didn't used every day, but now I will try to use more often.. my skin is dark caramel loll and I have a very uneven skin tone on my face: Big dark circle aroud my eye and i am darker arond my mouth:/ it look I have a damn moustache lolll I've tried palmer skin success it didn't seem to work. But Nadinola seem okayy. I wash my face with black opal, then I applu Nadinola on the darker area, i rub it then let it sit on my dark spot, it will absorb in the skin in 10min. I am noticing some lighter area on my spot :D.. I'll keep updated ;)

*update*

the dark spot are much smoother, and lil bit lighter after less then 2 week of regular usage, I use it day & night ,I apply a lot before going to bed and scrub it hard on the dark spot!!

I was really surprised to find a 3% hydroquinone product on the shelves on my local CVS. I was there for the purpose of picking up either the Palmer's Fade Cream or Ambi and my eyes happened on this product. I immediately grabbed it when I saw 3% because I've used other 2% creams (Avon's Banishing Cream) with moderate success so I figured that 3% must be better (and it is for me). I just wished I read the reviews and went to Walmart because it was about $4 cheaper at Walmart.

I've been using this twice daily for one week. In the morning, I dot it on all my marks and in the evening, I apply it over my entire cheek and nose area. I had one residual acne mark that's been hanging around for a couple of months and in one week it's almost totally gone. My other hyperpigmentation marks have lightened about one shade. The smaller marks are taking a little longer to fade than the one or two larger marks I have which is strange. It does have a strong smell but it fades rather quickly. The formula is very think but absorbs well. I have noticed a few clogged pores that I believe are from using this on my face but it's not any real big deal. I can handle a few very small temporary bumps if this helps even out my skin tone and erase the blotches. However, I would prefer a tube or pump over the tub packaging though.

If your willing to try hydroquinone I highly recommend this. I am kindof concerned myself but plan on only using it for a couple months then taking a break and using kojic acid or maybe lemon juice or who knows. Anyway, this was a steal at Walmart found in the ethnic hair section and has been really working to lighten my sundamage. I have tried it on my face once or twice and no breakouts! Haven't worn it under MU but I imagine after it sinks in it will be fine. Just remember the high SPF. I have only been using for 2 wk and am seeing improvement and hope to see more!

Is this stuff legal? It's unusual to find 3% hydroquinnone otc.
I noticed results after one night application! Brighter overall, and fading of hyperpigmentation. I'm hoping it will help fade some old acne scars as well. I don't think you can get stronger bleaching w/out script. The base is non-irritating, mildly jasmine scented, in a huge glass jar, in the ethnic hair care section of walmart. Dirt cheap, too!
