I received this product as a gift from my cousin and couldn't use it for a few months because the pump was broken. I finally popped it open and started using it this past month. The color I have is in no.23 overall I like this bb cream, it is definitely a legitimate bb cream unlike a lot of the western drug store ones. It is thick in consistency, grayish in tone but once applied the color obvious changes to suit your skin tone. For me, it gives me enough coverage so that I can skip a concealer, if I do need more I just concentrate more of the product on the problem area. Overall it does feel nice on the skin but it doesn't last too long for me. Within 3 hours I need to blot of reapply powder over it. I don't like that my pump doesn't work but I'm sure it's very convenient for those that do work.

I am very pleased with this BB cream.. I have worn it every day (except some weekends) under my foundation. I moisturize, let that sit, then apply the Missha by putting it on my fingers and dabbing it on the skin (not rubbing) just patting it all over kind of like you would do with a beauty blender but with my fingers... I let that sit while fixing me a cup of coffee and letting it set (dries to a beautiful finish) then I stipple whatever foundation I'm wearing that day on top of it... It is awesome for primer use and for giving your skin a flawless finish with a foundation on top or not.. I think alot of people do not realize this product needs to be patted in to the skin, not rubbed like a foundation... It is fabulous.. My skin is hydrated, clear, soft.. I just love it! I've ordered the Rachel K only because I want to try it but this Missha will always be a staple product for me and I will always wear it under foundation. The SPF is very high. 42 I believe, so you get many skin benefits on top of the SPF... I have normal to dry skin and this works perfect for me... As cheap as you can get it on Amazon, it's worth a try! :-)

I really wanted to love this product! bought it in japan, sadly- i am not asian- i bought number 23 and the colour does not match european skin colours,,, also- the cover is not that good, it feels sticky and i really had some better BB creams...(this did not make my skin soft or prevent spots...) the only good thing about it is the high SPF....

DESCRIPTION
Blemish Balm, also called BB Cream, is known to have been formulated as an after-treatment cream to help patients who have gone through laser skin surgery to soothe and regenerate the skin.

The M Perfect Cover BB Cream gives an even and natural-looking coverage with the soothing, moisturising properties of a cream. It is suitable for all skin types including acne-prone skin, and can be used as a makeup base or foundation.

Whitening + Anti-Wrinkle + UV Protection (SPF 42 PA+++)

PROS
-natural look
-matte almost claylike finish (looks smooth)
-blends well
-feels light on skin
-no breakouts or irritation
-does not clog my pores

CONS
-not good for full coverage (light-medium)
-does not control oily skin all day (lasts for about 5-6 hours)
-does not cover red acne marks
-does not cover acne scars
-it is build-able...but not easily build-able
-the whitening and anti-wrinkle are not really testable so it could just be words (i haven't noticed anything and I"ve been using it for about a month)

OVERALL
Do not buy this if you want full coverage. This is more meant for skin that is clear and brightens up their complexion giving it a nice healthy glow that is even. It's a nice "no makeup" look.

I bought my BB cream from the Missha store when I visited Seoul last year and about a month after continuous use I saw big improvements. I've been using this BB cream for over a year now and I love it. I have oily acne prone skin and with most foundations, after 3 hours the foundation melts off my face and I get cakiness around my nose area. This BB cream lasts longer than the foundations but I still do get the oiliness after about 5 hours. With an oil control primer I stretch that out to 6-7 hours. I don't break out as often as I used to and I've noticed a slight lightening of my skin (maybe it's the sunscreen). The coverage is a medium coverage. If I need a little more, I just dab a little more on the places that need more coverage. In the winter, I don't use powder on top of it, but I need powder in the summer to keep the shininess at bay. I agree with the other reviewers in that if you have dry, flaky skin, this BB cream tends to enhance that so applying a primer or moisturizer beforehand will help if you have dry skin. It does have a slight scent which I find pleasing and it goes on so smoothly you only have to use a small amount (1 pump is enough). You really get a lot of value here. I paid about $18 US for my BB Cream (it was on sale) and I've used up maybe 1/3 of the tube after almost 1 year of use.

I use the shade #27 and I am tan (NC40) and have acne-prone skin with large pores. I think the color matches me. I didn't get the darker shade #31 because it looks orange.
I love this stuff. I don't like the feeling of foundation on my face so I really love the weightless feeling of this BB cream. I also love that it minimizes my pores and evens out my face. It really gives a natural flawless finish. My face looks even better if I use the BB boomer prior to applying the BB cream. I've been using this for a few months now and it is my go to favorite "foundation" and it hasn't broken me out. It does have a floral scent but it fades out quickly. I don't even notice the smell anymore. I got this for 40% off at the Missha US website so check them out from time to time because they always go on sale throughout the year.

Misssha BB cream has wreaked havoc on my skin! Painful cystic acne all over my chin and bumps on my forehead. I didn't even have this bad of acne as a teenager when I was prone to acne. I'm discontinuing use today and hopefully my skin will get back to normal within a week. Though I may be stuck with red marks left behind for a while. I'm sorry I ever tried this. The one positive thing about this was the color, #27, which was perfect match for my olive complexion. I wish Dr. Jart would make darker colors because that one didn't break me out. I twas just too light for me which is why I decided to give Missa a try.

I do like this!! The coverage is great! Really smoothes out my skin. No.21 is good for my NC 20 skin. Though I have to be careful about using this product when I have a cold/during allergy season when my nose is flaky and not properly moisturized because the pigments in this thing will cling on and emphasize the dryness :(

Age: 19-24   Skin: Dry, Fair, Neutral   Hair: Brunette, Curly, Coarse   Eyes: Green

I'm an NC20 with neutral tones and use the shade #21 which is a pretty good match for my skin. It doesn't leave a grey cast and doesn't come off pink on me. I have tried shade #23 but it was very pink and grey, leaving my skin looking dull. #21 brightens my skin and after about 20 minutes matches my skintone very well.

I have dry skin and this BB cream leaves a bit of a dewy finish on me. Despite that, it doesn't get oily or greasy on me throughout the day, even when I don't set with a powder. It remains looking glowy all day and still looks good after 8+ hours of wear. I never have to touch-up or reapply. The lasting power is really great for me.

Coverage is light-medium depending on how I apply. I don't need lots of coverage as my only real problem is uneven skintone, and I like to use 1 pump for my face. My skin and freckles still show through but I look very polished. It doesn't look cakey or heavy on me. A lot of people actually don't even know I'm wearing face makeup with this on.

Other things I like are the SPF of 45+++, the hygienic pump packaging, the affordability. I don't like how strong it smells. This is my favourite BB cream (and I have tried many, mainly Korean and some Japanese ones too) and I won't hesitate to repurchase.

Wanted to love this so badly. Loved the coverage, and I got a good match by mixing #21 and #27. #21 was a free gift with purchase. The deal breaker for me was that I got big, painful pimples when I used it. When I discontinued, the breakouts stopped.

Jumped on the bandwagon yet again! I purchased based on soooo many youtubers raving about this product. I am 46 with pale, dry skin. My hopes were for this to even out my skintone (slight areas of hyperpigmentation) as well as providing a natural finish. I have yet to find anything that can provide a natural, dewey finish on my skin. This was no exception :(. The color is strange (#21). A light, yellowy grayish tone. I don't take issue with the color however. Somehow it works on my skin tone. What I do have a problem with is how thick and powdery it is! My first grade teacher in 1970 was the queen of "foundation/powder mask". This is what my skin looks lioke wearing Perfect Cover!!! I look like I've used about 5 pumps of the most heavy duty 70's Max Factor cake makeup on my face!!!! I use one pump of Missha and apply with either a beauty blender or my fingers. One of the appeals of a BB Cream is the high SPF...yeah, if I am using 1/2 of a pea sized amount I am getting very, very minimal sun protection!!! I won't toss this, but this doesn't live up to the hype AT ALL for somewhat older, drier skin. The search continues!

I got this as a gift for christmas. it scared me at first because it had a gray hue, but it oxidized in a few minutes and matched my skin tone. Good for when I want to look natural and don't want a full foundation coverage. I like how it has a pump, and the lotion-esq design. Won't repurchase because I'd rather have a bare face than a light coverage, but it's still a good product.

I had love hate relationship with this bb cream. Till i realized that i was getting a fake one, twice from ebay and different sellers, I tried this 4years ago, sample size and i loved it. So i decided to buy the full size. But the full size i bought made my skin itchy, like i wanna wash my face right away. The smell is too strong, and gave me small red bumps the next day. I rested my skin and tried few times but same thing happened. So i thew away and moved on to other bb creams. My hg bb cream was legere multi white for 4 yrs till they repackaged and maybe reformulated. I didnt get the same result anymore so i had to find another bb cream. I remembered that i liked this missha crm and good thing, there is a Missha store now in my country. So i bought the small size #21 and i liked it. Not strong smell, glowy skin, but think its too dark for me. I bought from ebay seller again, i dont know why i was that stupid and i got the same red bumps, strong smell and remembered my experience years back. So i went back to Missha store and bought #13 instead and fell in love with it. I was comparing the ones i bought from Missha store and the one i got from ebay. Confirmed, the one i got from ebay is a fake. So please, do yourself a favor and buy it from Missha store only. I had the best experience with the jars i bought from them. The people here who gave low ratings review mustve bought the fake ones. Buy from Missha store and try it why its still the most loved bb cream up to now. HG bb cream. NOTE: Fake Missha perfect cover has a very very strong smell, they causes red bumps or zits, sometimes make skin itchy.

I ordered this product online after seeing the hype it had on YouTube. I really liked this product. The packaging was very handy and hygienic and looked very luxurious compared to other BB creams I have used! I really liked the coverage this product gave me compared to the skin 79 bb cream ( the pink one) and liked that it had an SPF of 40! This also had products that seemed to help the overall appearance of your skin such as the whitening ingredients to help blemishes! When first putting this on it gave my face a grey sheen but once oxidised it was fine! I had to set this with powder because it was quite oily but it did not feel cakey on my face when I did this! Overall I liked this be cream and finished the full tube which is unusual for me because I am quite fussy and usually change my foundations and BB creams to find my ultimate HG product!

I bought this, tried it as just a "tinted moisturizer" did not work for me because of the color, I have #21 and #23 both are horrible colors for me but I tried to use them as a "base" under my foundation and I LOVE it! I put a light layer on and then pat it in with my finger tips, let it sit for a minute then apply my foundation, it makes it look beautiful, creamy, skin like. Use it everyday!

I bought Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream (No.13) in the 20ml. Travel Size for $13 ($9 + $4 shipping on Amazon). There are counterfeit versions of Missha that come from China. To be 100% sure that I was buying a real Missha BB cream, I bought it from a South Korean seller. It took 3 weeks to get to my house. I also got 2 free samples - Missha M Signature Real Complete BB Cream and the Signature Dramatic Base Boost.

My skin is acne/clogged pore prone, a little sensitive and on the dry side. I had a very bad reaction to a sunscreen last year that left me with horrible acne scarring all along my jaw line and a few spots on my cheeks. With pale skin the acne scarring left behind can be almost as bad as the actual acne that caused it…

APPLICATION & COVERAGE -

It seems like with BB Cream less is more. An amount the size of a large pea is ideal. I apply it with my fingers. It spread and blended well with very little streaking or unevenness. The coverage is light - med. I would say about 90% of the red marks from acne scarring, freckles and dark spots under my eyes were covered. I dabbed a little extra product on a few of the darker spots and most of them were then covered as well. Dark under-eye circles, active acne or recent scarring would need a bit of concealer under the BB cream to make them completely disappear. HOPEFULLY the claims of evening skin tone and reducing scarring is true. It will take a few months to know for sure (that would be wonderful).

COLOR (No. 13) -

Shade No. 13 is the lightest version of this BB cream and matches my skin tone perfectly. I’m very pale and most foundations are too dark or have an undertone that throws off the color, so it’s pretty awesome to finally find a color that I do not have to correct with powder.

FINISH -

'Dewy' would be accurate. It gives you a natural glowing look. I don’t hate it, but I’m not used to it either. I’ve always used foundations that give a matte result. I have dry skin and read that BB cream’s are notorious for building up around dry areas. It’s very true… I have to use moisturizer and do a light exfoliation before putting it on.

The 2nd time I used this I put on too much at once (2 or 3 peas) to see if I could get better coverage. It didn’t work out so well… My skin looked flawless for a few hours, but by the time I got home (about 6 hours later) the product had accumulated around lines and globbed together a bit. For the 1st time that I can remember, my face looked oily… It wasn’t horrible - I still got a lot of complement at the play group my son and I go to. I’m sure applying two thinner layers would be a better approach.

Skin Problems? -

I have been wearing this BB Cream for a whole week (4 separate times) and I have no active acne. As in none! I had been wearing Revlon’s Colorstay for about 6 months. I knew that it made me break out - for me every foundation does to some extent. Some are worse than others. Missha seems to be the first foundation that has actually improved my skin - so far.

OVERALL -

This was my first BB Cream and I love it! I don’t see myself going back to a regular foundation any time soon. M Perfect Cover BB Cream (No.13) is the only foundation I have used that is an EXACT match for my skin tone AND it doesn’t make me break out. I love that it has 42 SPF! I’ve had horrible luck with sunscreens so the 42 SPF is a huge plus. BB Creams are also a lot easier and faster to apply than applying liquid foundation with a sponge or brush (not counting additional SPF and powder). It looks more natural too. Pending my Missha Signature sample, Perfect Cover is my 1st HG foundation. I plan on buying the full size when my travel size bottle gets low (2 or 3 months?).

There are a few things that I don’t like about this product. Waiting 3+ weeks for it to be shipped to my house is not wonderful. I would prefer it to have no fragrance. I normally avoid fragrance because you don’t know what the hell cosmetic companies use to make the smell and it is a common irritant to sensitive skin. Besides, does your face need to smell like flowers? Anyways, it’s not foul but it is strong… The smell doesn’t really go away. Throughout the day I catch whiffs of it here and there. It annoys me a bit, but at least it smells good. Dry skin patches are an ongoing issue. At the same time there’s a tipping point where applying too much makes my skin look oily. BUT, If you get it just right it's perfect. I might need to find a powder to go on top this summer when the 'dewy' look might turn to oily mess on hot days. I wish this would have a little more coverage. With all of the horrible acne I had last year, and the scarring that followed I have gotten used to med-full coverage foundation. Missha does not give me any additional acne or clogged pores, so I think this problem will be a non-issue in a few more weeks. If it helps to heal scarring and evens out my skintone, I will make a Missha shrine in my closet and take all of that nit-picking back.

I am a super pale neutral skinned gal, with a sensitive, yet oily skin type. I decided to try BB creams before they became all the rage in this country, and so I ordered the MISSHA BB off of Ebay. I got color #21 which is the lightest I could find, and it works well on my skin tone.

The BB covers decently, but it is a bit too moist for my skin's taste. It takes a bit to soak in, and leaves me reaching for some pressed powder to blot up a bit of the excess oil.

It hasn't irritated my sensitive (eczema and psoriasis prone) skin yet, however it doesn't seem to be moist enough, oddly, in the driest spots.

Overall, I like the scent (quite flowery, but pretty) and the color, and I believe it's a great BB cream... I just don't know if I'm the BB cream kinda girl.

Love the packaging - pump dispenser and I love how this was the first by cream that did not exacerbate my acne or clogged my pores. I'm the super light pinkish Asian type so I was recommended no. 21 and it suited me perfectly and continued using it for a year. Now that a year has passed. I'm still loving everything about it except that I've noticed that I appear either as if I got even more white in photos, or the color no longer matches me and I'm more tan now. Not so sure but this is still a great product with great sales on the u.s. website.
