This totally works! ...well in combination with Rimmel's Lash Accelerator is does at least. I have been using both together everyday for about 3 weeks, and my lashes are definitely thicker and longer!
If you are looking for lash boost without Latisse, etc. get this! They also have just the serum that you can use in combination at night. (my next purchase...)

I really like this! It is really dark, and has a really thin tip for precision. One of the things I hate about liners that last all day (which this does) is that it takes SO long and so much scrubbing to get it off. This one is easy to get off with some soft rubs with a makeup remover wipe, very exciting. I use this lots to make masks. It does really well for making nice straight lines. I've been using it for about a week and a half and I think that my lashes have grown but I don't know if that is all in my head, but it makes me happy so whatever :)

in love, haven't noticed a difference in lashes yet though. blackest, shiniest finest liner ever.

This eyeliner really is a great find. The brush is just the best, very easy to use with nice results. I have been using the colorless liner on my brows to encourage them to fill in and unless I'm imagining it, it's doing the job. The brown liner is really a nice, soft color, makes a great line (if you make a little "oops", it is easy to correct with a Qtip) and as everyone else has written, it lasts all day and night. Since the ends of my lashes are light (like most women?), on days that I don't wear mascara, I have been putting some of the black liner just on the ends after curling. Color stays put and makes my lashes look longer all day. Great product!

I've been using this for 3-4 weeks and I love it. As someone previously posted, this brush is fine and stiff making application easy and straight. No more wobbly lines! The formula is great, I don't have any fading nor smearing throughout the day. And yes, my lashes are longer! I own this in black and will repurchase this color and buy it in brown. I wish it came in more fun colors, but when I want to wear purple, I put a thin line of this on and then put my favorite Estee Lauder Black Plum over top

First of all, I should say that I did not buy this for its lash boosting properties. I got it because I had a coupon for Physicians Formula and there was a sale on the entire brand at CVS, so I could not refrain from browsing through the nearly empty Physicians Formula shelf before finally settling on this product. All of the other PF items I wanted to try were already gone, but this caught my eye because it had the "Try Me Free" sticker (definitively look for it when you shop for this). And let me tell you, I'm SO glad that I decided to try this product because it is AMAZING. I feel that PF makes a lot of wild claims on their packaging labels, and this one is no different: "100% of women saw enhanced lashes instantly"; "high performance, 24-Hour wear"; "after 2 weeks over 75% of women saw longer, fuller, more enhanced lashes." I didn't notice an INSTANT enhancement of my lashes upon first application, but maybe they mean that the eyeliner itself creates the illusion of more eyelashes (advertisements can be tricky like that). In terms of wear and application, this is the BEST liquid eyeliner I have ever come across in my lifetime!! I have it in Deep Brown and the color manages to show up very nicely and gives a nice bold line without looking too harsh, like black can. I recommend this color for everyone because the color is actually buildable and you can definitely go over your line another time to make it darker if you're going for a more dramatic look. I LOVE how the brush applicator is super fine and the bristles are stiff enough to draw extremely precise lines. I've never tried anything like it! In the past, I've used liquid eyeliners with a brush applicator, but they were too flimsy for my liking and for my unsteady hand. While I find that felt-tip applicators offer more control, I just can't get the nice and thin line that I want with them, so the PF Eye Booster is the best of both worlds for me! With this eyeliner, I can even line my lower lashline (very softly, of course) and the effect is totally natural. It also lasts super long and I can go the whole day without reapplying. The packaging looks really sleek and high-end from far away, but up close you can tell that it is just painted with silver that can scratch off. Even if it does end up getting scratched, it doesn't matter because it's the inside stuff that counts, right? All in all, this product was a wonderful surprise for me and has made its way into my HG list! I won't mind if I don't notice any increase in my lashes because it has already won my heart as a terrific eyeliner!

I have been using this product for about 5 days. I bought this in black and it retails for $16.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart. It is very easy to use and has a fine tip so that you can draw a thin line or thicken if you prefer a bolder look. The liner is pretty long lasting. I put this on before work and it stays put till I remove it at the end of the day. This is coming from someone who has super oily lids. As for lash growth, I can't comment on that as of yet since I haven't used it for too long. I will edit this review in a month or so to comment on the results of lash growth. Overall, I'd say this was worth the $17 I paid =) Would buy again.

I have this in Dark Brown and it's a rich dark chocolate brown. It is in a pen form with a brush that comes to a fine point. The liquid eyeliner comes out very evenly. It is so easy to apply and glides on smoothly. Stays all day long without flaking or smudging. The brush makes it very easy to apply either a thin line or a thick line. I like this even better than my previous HG (Lancome Artliner). This is my new HG. I haven't been using it long enough to know if its claims to lengthen and thicken eyelashes are true. Even if they aren't true, I will continue to use this because it's a great eyeliner. I can't rave about it enough.

I don't know if this product really works to enhance eyelash growth cuz i haven't noticed anything. But I would buy it again, mainly because it goes on really nice and lasts all day long.

Get this now! I've been using the Kat Von D tattoo liner and loved it until I realized it was making my eyelids itchy. I've been looking for another liquid liner pen ever since and have searched high and low. My criteria for a pen liner is that it has to be a brush, no felt tip which many are. Aside from the Kat Von D, I found Dior and Shiseido that had the brush tip. I'm familiar with the Shiseido and knew that it faded and the Dior was just too expensive at 30 something dollars.
Somehow I ran into this liner. It was exactly what I was looking for and as a bonus it was cheap! It retails at around the $11 mark and as with many other drugstore products, it often goes on sale so it could cost ~$5-6 if you had buy one get one. It has a brush tip slightly less firm than the Kat Von D one.
I haven't been using it long enough to know if my skin reacts to it but that's my problem. It applies very opaque and boy does it last! I had a swatch on my hand and it survived numerous hand washings with hand soap, a shower, 1 hour of cardio, 1 hour of strength training, and a shower. It's still on my hand, not as bold as it was fresh, but it is very obvious it's still on. You'd have to use eye makeup remover to get it off.
I noticed that all of the brands that have liquid liners that have a brush tip are made in Japan regardless of where they manufacture their other products. This is also made in Japan and I've never seen a drugstore item that was made there. I've only seen US and China.
I have no problem buying high end stuff so I really mean it when I say that this product is on par with the department store stuff if not better!
