Wild strawberry, red grapefruit, violet leaves. Gardenia, violet, jasmine, and the base is musk, vanilla and white woods.
It's fresh, green and evokes summer breezes.
Nice daytime scent. Not much staying power. I really get the green notes in this....

This is a very pretty scent. It reminds me of a sunny spring afternoon. There is a slight green note to this fragrance, but not in a bad way. I would liken it to the smell of a fresh flower, you smell the wonderful floral scent as well as a hint of the stem and leaves. That note adds a little dimension and interest to a scent that isn't very complex. That said, I am really enjoying this perfume.
I gave it four lippies because the lasting power isn't that great. I layer it with the "luminous" cream (which means shimmer, I didn't realize that at first hehe) And that does extend the sillage a little bit, but not much. You have to reapply after a few hours, but I don't mind at all..it's lovely!!!

Marc Jacob fragrances are subtle and feminine. Daisy is no exception, I actually prefer it to Fresh.
These fragrances are good for people who get headaches easily from perfume.

So I am an admittedly a total sucker for MJ. If I could ever afford to purchase so much as a sock of his i would die! Alas I am forever doomed to admire high fashion from afar...anyway...I loved this scent right from day one. I like how its called daisy yet daisy don't smell? ha. irony. The bottle isn't spectacular but I'm almost certain that I am incapable of actually disliking anything with Marc jacobs printed on it. It works for me.

First of all, this is the tackiest flacon I have every seen. The plastic flower is ridiculously cheap looking. When I first applied the fragrance, it was a tart, shallow green scent, and my first impression is this is a fragrance for a 20 year old. However, the drydown is softer and still retains some of the tang and green notes. I actually really like this fragrance now. It is inoffensive and sophisticated in a simple way. I will save it for spring and wear it everyday. I know some reviewers are disappointed with the staying power of this fragrance. Staying power is a huge issue for me when purchasing a fragrance, and for an EDT I am extremely pleased with how long this lasts. Everyone's chemistry is different, though, so I suggest try before you buy.

I really liked this scent -- it is floral, feminine, with a bit of citrus that complements it very nicely! Plus the bottle is just adorable, how could I resist? :)

A really pretty, sweet, fresh, flowery scent - with a touch of citrus as well. I put it in a category with Jessica McClintock Always & Forever and Acqua di Gio. I think the bottle is cute too.

Daisy is a fun, flirty, and youthful scent, but sophisticated and unique it is not. It doesn't smell bad, it just smells like any other floral fragrance and isn't very memorable. I like it, but not enough to justify shelling out money for it. I find the daisy accents on the cap to be a bit tacky - actually, when I first saw a picture of the bottle on Sephora.com, I wondered why they were carrying the Daisy Fuentes perfume!

I do not have this in my collection, but have a sample from a swap... and I must say, I do not ever wear floral scents as I am a gourmand wearer all the way! But there is something special about this scent... it's young and it makes me feel like I should be out being playful and flirtful. It's not an overwhelming floral like most that I despise (chanel to name one) and I think I might actually purchase this at some point to have something different in my collection!

I have this in EDT form and it is a beautiful scent. I love violet and can definitely smell it here. My only complaint is that the staying power isn't the best. It lasts me a few hours compared to some other scents which seem to last all day. Having said that, I would definitely repurchase because it is just too pretty.

I have been looking for a nice everyday scent so I was excited to get a sample of Daisy from Sephora. I have to echo the sentiments of the reviewer below -- Daisy smells nice but on me it isn't anything particularly special. When I asked my husband to smell my wrist while wearing this he said "it smells good but I like some of your other perfumes better" which pretty much sums up Daisy for me. It is a pleasant, inoffensive, pretty, and youthful scent but if I am going to buy a full-sized bottle of a perfume I want it to make me feel fabulous. I found the staying power to be pretty good for an EDT and I appreciate the fact that Daisy doesn't go on super-strong and then die quickly like some EDTs do. I would consider buying it as a gift (I am actually pondering this for my 18 year-old cousin) and I don't think I would return it if I received it as a gift but I wouldn't purchase it for myself.

I've wanted the solid perfume ring for a while, and whilst it was so sold out everywhere, I always put some of the tester on. After several attempts of acquiring this I have lost the desire, as I have come to realise 2 things:
1. It is a sweet, inoffensive pretty-girly scent , but actually rather boring at the same time.
2. I feel it is a very 'young' scent, perfect for a teenager or a 20 something but I being in my 30s (and entering my prime a la Jean Brodie!) really need more complexity, I don't feel special enough wearing it, it makes me feel kind of ordinary. I believe a fragrance should enhance your personal sense of well being and elevate you, otherwise you might as well put on some Dove deodorant and be done with it.

I've been searching for a new scent for some time. I've worn Banana Republic's Classic for over 10 years now, and am ready for a change. I never can seem to find a scent that I like though (hence the 10 years of Classic.) ;) Daisy just might be what I'm looking for.... I'm deciding between it and Philosophy's Pure Grace. It's a bit more floral than Classic, but still has a "cleaness" to it that I like. It's not too sweet (THAT I cannot tolerate) and it's very fresh---a great everyday scent. The bottle is pretty darn cute, although I'm kind of a minimalist and still prefer the look of the BR classic bottle on my vanity. I'm 35, so I'm not exactly the target age for this perfume. It doesn't smell "young" to me---but I associate "young" smelling scents with AE and Abercrombie, and this is very different.

Edit: 6/2009. I cannot stomach this scent. I never bought a bottle because once I sparyed it on at the store it was overpowering, nauseating and generic. my original review was after I tried it in a magazine strip not full on always try the spray before you commit to anything!
What a pleasant suprise, It's spring and I'm running through a lush grassy meadow. Everything is light and airy and fresh...I don't even know what to say about it. I really like this floral. I'm not normally a floral girl but the lightness of this great. Strawberry, violet leaves, ruby red grapefruit, gardenia, violet petals, jasmine petals, musk, vanilla, white woods. I feel clean and carefree and happy.

I purchased the solid version, in the flower ring. So cute! I can understand why there are negative reviews for Daisy, if you are into the more musky and patchouli scents. I love how floral-y it is, and the lightness makes it seem so refreshing. If you are really into this scent, I suggest buying the solid perfume ring from Sephora- amazingly adorable!!

2 lippies for the awesome bottle with squishy rubber flowers, 0 lippies for the juice. It's a very boring fragrance, I almost bought it for the bottle but couldn't finish off my samples and ended up giving them away.

Wow, I was sort of surprised at some of the negative reviews on this scent. I absolutely crave it! Then again, I'm not a huge fan of most of MUA's top fragrances. I can't stand patchouli and I can smell it a mile away. I'm into fresh/citrusy/sweet scents. I love Light Blue and J'adore. I also really like Philosophy the fragrance. So, I guess if you're compatible with any of those you'll probably love it. My only problem with Daisy is that it doesn't have any enough staying power.

Smells awful. Why would Marc Jacobs come out w/ a summery fragrance as we enter winter? Smells awful.
