I really, really wanted to like this line, but it's just not doing it for me. I'm a PPP with an oily T zone, normal everywhere else and ordered Fair (matte), Fairly Light (semi matte), and Light (semi matte), the finishing dust, and chit chat for the blush. I ordered a full size of the sunlight color corrector as well, and I have my own kabuki, concealor & foundation brushes I prefer using. OK, so that said, the color matches ARE good for my skin. The light is good for summer, (yes, I'm that pale!) and the fair is perfect for my normal winter complexion. They blend seamlessly into my skin. The blush is a beautiful rosey pink with shimmer, very nice for a flushed healthy glow and a tiny amount is all you need. The foundations ARE good for building up coverage from sheer to heavier without getting cakey. The samples LOOK small, but seeing as you don't need much at all to cover your face these will last you a few weeks, easily.
For the price, and for the above reasons, I've given it 3 lippes.
BUT...
This stuff is NOT working on my skin. A. It makes my face itch like crazy, and I'm noticing pimples where I normally don't get them. B. My face is getting OILIER FASTER than when I used regular powder. C. The semi matte still has a very good bit of shine to it, and D. the finishing dust doesn't seem to do diddly squat for keeping down shine or setting the make up to last for more than 2 hours.
Overall, I'm very disappointed with this line because they started out so well! Darn it!

I'm a PPP too (think Casper-the-Ghost coloring) and the lightest shade (Fair) was a PERFECT match. Super fast shipping too: I ordered this sample kit on Tuesday the 18th & recieved it yesterday. Yes, the samples ARE messy, but what I do is shake a tiny amount onto a piece of paper towel & then swirl my brush into it & tap off the excess using the top of my hand. I love the coverage-you only need a tiny amount. Lasts all day w/ no shininess (I ordered the 'matte' finish. I thought that the original concealer was a bit too orangy on me, so I've been using the other foundation color I chose (Golden-Fair) instead. The blush color I chose was 'Anytime', which is a pinky-lavender; highly pigmented, lasts all day;I even use it as an e/s. I've tried BE, philosophy, Sheer Cover, Wei East (from HSN) & hated them all. I plan on ordering a full sized kit soon. I love how you can customize your own kit-very cool. If it weren't for the great reviews here on MUA, I would have never known about Everyday Minerals, so thanks a million. I think EM has a new customer for life!!!

The colors are pretty foul. I am a PPP and there is nothing light enough for me. The blush colors are ugly. I did like the finish powder, but I will not be going back for more of anything. There is no bismuth in these powders so you won't have a shiny face. That is the nicest thing I can say.

This "sample" could easily last you several weeks. You get to choose from 5 products: a blush, finishing powder, and 3 different foundations. This is great because if you're unsure what shade you need, you get to experiment and try several. You can also try the different foundation forumulas : original, semi-matte, and matte. The only thing is that it doesn't come with a brush, so make sure that you have maybe a blush brush or something to just try it out. Awesome deal, a great way to try the product line.

I've looked at several mineral makeup samples online and EM's really is the best value since you only pay for s&h while receiving 3 mm foundations, blush, & concealer. The samples are BRIMMING, & even though I've been using them everyday, it has lasted easily over 2 weeks since you only need a little. I'm really enjoying the foundations (will review more in-depth when I receive my Starter Kit) & love how they offer the 3 dif formulas. I have oily skin & Original Glo is definitely not for me. I'm going to try to use up my sample by applying a little to highlight my cheeks, but it just greases me up if I apply all over. Semi-matte is good for when I'm out at night & want to look more fresh faced. I use the matte formula for when I go to work & need the long term coverage. For the blush, I chose Light Pink since the website said it could be used as an all over colour to tone down redness, but it's really too sparkly to be used for work & my skin's just not nice enough to draw so much attention to it. The multi-tasking concealer has a rather odd shade to it & doesn't completely blend my blemishes away, but has worked wonders on covering the eczema on my neck! I had some very angry lookin red rashes that were looking pretty nasty, & not only did the concealer make it much less noticeable, but I think the powders actually helped soothe it a bit (or at least not irritate it more). But whether you love it or hate it, you don't have much to lose with this sample kit. And isn't finding the Holy Grail worth s&h??

This was my intro to Mineral make up and I love it.
The samples are very generous, they lasted for well over two weeks, It is true when they say less is more. I bought all the Medium tones, you get 3 samples of foundation, I picked Medium/medium beige/ Tan, tey best color for me was the Medium Beige. I tried Daydream blush, awesome, it is a plumy rosey color, and the finishing powder. The shipping to Canada was so fast it came in less than 6 days,
It covers beautiful, it looks natural, and I cant belive that is covers like that,
I have been telling all my friends and I would buy it for sure again.
Everday Minerals is the best!!!

Thanks to MUA, I have discovered EM! I used B.E. and Sheer Cover and was never really quite satisfied with coverage and lasting capabilities. Even though I do like B.E.'s blushes/eye colors, I have found that EM has a texture unlike those of B.E. I love the matte colors as well and even blend them with B.E. on occasion. My skin has never looked better and I swear by the Sunlight corrector to take care of any blemish marks. My skin truly looks awesome and airbrushed - and it lasts all day!! I also love that the colors to choose from are not so close to each other that I have a hard time picking shades...the options are perfect and the kits are wonderful. I highly recommend EM and was thrilled with their prompt shipping. Try them, less spendy than B.E. yet superior in my opinion. I have converted.

Absolutely love Everyday Minerals... The sample kit is awsome and the quality is by far better than Bare Minerals which I will no longer be purchasing now that I have found Everyday Minerals.

The coverage is better and it not as expensive...

Thank you Everyday Minerals.

Update...after a month of trying it the coverage just was not there and it rubbed off easy even when I used a primer... UGH!
