this is a basic face wash, works well- gets all makeup off.
only thing ive noticed, and dont like is that if it gets into your eyes it stings and for a mild cleanser that shouldnt happen.

a product thats basically the same - clean and clears face wash...but doesnt sting!
AND $4.

wouldnt buy cliniques esp since i found a better cheaper replacement.

This came with my three step skin care system and at first i didnt like the system at all, I was breaking out in pimples and thought that this product wasnt cleaning my face completely. I went to the clinique counter and i told the lady i was breaking out and she said this was normal. A few weeks later my pimples and blemishes started to vanish and my skin is much better, i think this 3 step system involves patience as it wont happen over night.

I am completely loyal to clinique anyways but this is the only cleanser which is gentle yet cleanses thoroughly! When i stopped using it, i broke out in spots.

The best thing about this soap is that it doesnt dry out my skin so after i wash my face, i dont have to run to moisturise my face.

There is no added perfume and is pretty basic.

I agree a disadvantage is that its not a makeup remover so you have to use, for example, rinse of foaming cleanser first, but nevertheless the longer you use it, the more you'll be having clear skin!
Another disadvantage is once you've used it up past the middle, the formula goes really wierd and watery and it becomes hard to massage into your face without causing a puddle around you and the sink!

I love this cleanser! I broke out from a previous cleanser, and I needed a new one ASAP. I decided to buy the 3step kit and I fell in love with this! Not only is it very gentle towards my skin, it actually improved it! It didn't remove my makeup though, but oh well - great cleanser overall. I don't know why there's such a low rating for this. Maybe they changed their solution, not sure but this is great. However, this isn't cheap - but I'd still repurchase this.

i love how clean this product makes my skin feel after use and it doesn't irritate my combination skin at all. I love that you can turn the nozzle so that the product wont come out which makes it great for no mess. I absolutely would buy this product again.

HG cleanser. it never irritates my combination, acne prone skin. not drying, but skin always feels clean after washing with this. i've used tons of cleansers, both drugstore and higher end and i always return to this one. a bottle generally lasts me 3-4 months, so it a pretty good value

Good gentle cleanser. Usually use this after the make-up remover. Not overly drying or harsh. Rinses easily.

I had been using Clarins Bright Plus Cleansing Mousse but, at $30 a pop, it was beginning to strain my budget. This product is about half the price and does the same job for me. I have purchased several bottles of this and will continue to do so.

Very basic cleanser. Unscented, foaming, and gentle enough. I would not buy again. It doesn't give me a clean refreshing feeling. It's very much like Cetaphil, but this one lathers.
