I hate this brush. I stopped using mines and started using a cheaper brush. This brush is too rough for my skin. It sheds but not that much. But thats not the big problem. But this brush is NOT soft. It hurts! i would not recommend this to anyone.

try a cruelty free brush they are softer. too faced and everyday minerals have great ones.

I hate to be the one to disagree, but I just LOVED it. It's really soft (much softer than MAC #129) and applies blush, powder or mineral foundation like a dream. The price is very good.

Does not shed and is not as sticky as the kabuki, but sucks still.

I got this with a BE kit. It's ok for loose dusting powder, but as far as foundation goes, there's nothing flawless about it. Scratchy and so loose you don't get a good application with it.

PRODUCT: Flawless Application Face Brush from Bare Essentials
DISCRIPTION: About an 8 in brush with large full bristles. The bristles create an oval shape.
BISTELS: Hard but not stiff. The brush sheds like crazy. They hardly pic up any powder. It takes forever to get buildable coverage with this brush.
WOULD I BUY AGAIN: No, I expected better quality from a $22 dollar brush.
Age: 36-43 Skin: Acne-prone, Fair Hair: Black Eyes: Green
I have 3 of these brushes, and once they are washed they were AWFUL. I washed them the same way I do all my brushes and I've never had a problem before, but these literally dried with the bristles separated. I tried drying them in different ways and on the last brush I even changed the cleanser I used, no change. They went from tightly packed bristles to something that mimiced a bad 70's hairdo...all wild and bushy. I'm giving this 2 lippies because until I washed them, they worked fine. I could no longer use these to apply my BE foundation...but I'm not really heartbroken, since I switched to Everyday minerals and not only is it a much better product but it has MUCH better brushes as well.

I have converted. This brush is shedding like mad!! Not as soft as the first time I got it. Doesn't pick up anything anymore. It is extremely scratchy! Do not get this.

Softer than the kabuki, but still scratchy. It sheds, and after the first wash it gets really soft and doesn't pick up much of anything.
I've had it for under a year, and the handle fell off a few weeks ago. I'm very disappointed with this brush. :(
I would not buy it again. There are better brushes out there for a much cheaper price.

I honestly hate this brush. It came with the kit I bought. When I first used this brush, it shed a ridiculous amount of hair on my face and on the sink. For $22 a brush, it is NOT worth it. I prefer buying a brush from Victoria's Secret, which works better and is better quality yet at a somewhat cheaper price. I washed it with baby shampoo + conditioner, but the hair was still rough like when I first got it. Ultimately, the hairs on this brush was not soft like I expected it to be and it did not give me the coverage I wanted. To be honest, I have bad experiences with Bare Escentuals products.
