I must say that I love this product a lot.
This is the best primer/ lash base I ever used. I used dozens drugstore brands and nothing ever cam close to what the XL Booster can acheive.
Once you brush the whites on, when it is like 40% dry, you can almost see nothing of the white solution on your lashes. It miraculously disappears and makes your lashes look a lot longer, healthier and fuller. When I use other brands, I always hate it when it leaves some visible white fibers/primer/whatever visible on my lashes. I hate it so much and it weighs my lashes down. However the XL Booster did not.
I use it with my Hypnose - It make my lashes extra long, fuller, and gave a very very nice black sheen to it. It almost looked like fasle lashes. My lashes stayed curled the entire time and I was so happy I bought this.
Careful not to over apply it because it can cause uneveness on your lashes. Apply mascara when the Booster is about 50% dry. It makes a whole lot of difference.

WOW!!! Am I glad I read about this on Make Up Alley.com - this product is so much better than Shu Uemura lash primer.
My lashes never looked better - longer and my mascara does not smear or wear away. Best part of all, my best friend works for L'Oreal and gets it for me for $11.

I got this GWP. I wear this under the Lancome Definicils or Maybelline Full n' Soft. It adds length but not too much volume. You can really tell it works when you see white tips added to the ends of your eyelashes. It also holds curl well, even after adding 2 layers of mascara. I just wish the brush tip was a bit smaller, I have super small lashes! I would buy it but I'll have to try cheaper alternatives first!

I absolutely love Lancome produts for their beautiful and classy looking packaging. This was a good product. I have also used the Clinique Lash Primer before this and I have this thing where I wear the Clinique one with Clinique Mascaras and this one with Lancome. I love Definicils Mascara even though it smudges on me. So I wear this underneath that and also Hupnose. It does boost the properties of those mascaras but not to an extreme. This can be done without. I don't dislike this product at all, but I just don't need it.
***UPDATE*** Okay. I still do not appreciate extra ateps in my makeup application, but the Cils Booster is very good at preventing my definicils and hypnose mascaras from smudging. But I shouldn't even have the smudging issue with a $24 mascara, ya know? Whatever...

Cils booster is a mascara base. It goes on white but it won't give you white eyelashes! Instead it builds up your lashes so that when you apply mascara your lashes will be longer, fuller, and thicker. This product really does work!! My favorite thing about cils booster is that it holds the curl in my lashes all day, which is something that would never happen when I just used mascara by itself. Could I live without this product? Well, yes (after all, everyday use could become quite expensive!) Is it absolutely necessary? Not really... Is it one of those special items that make me feel and look better even if it just used occasionally? Most definitely!!!!

i got this as a tester from ebay after i read a review on here about it, im always looking to get the longest lashes i possibly can, this does help it is very good, my lashes didnt clump or stick together and i liked the brush, but i found i get the same results if i just use a decent mascara like ysl faux cils. however i have a new fave mascara, diorshow iconic and i will see if it makes a difference with that.
UPDATE the results are the same length with diorshow but it dosnt fan my lashes out very well, i love the results of diorshow iconic by itself and its just another step that you dont need with this mascara. maybe it works better with cheaper mascaras?but i would buy it again if i needed it.

I love, love, love this product. It's a mascara primer which volumizes and lengthens your lashes.
I'm a BA at Lancome and my trick is to apply ONE coat of it, starting by wiggling it into the lash base then stroking it up and outward. This technique gives the volume while pulling the look of the eye up and out, giving an instant eye lift.
While product is still wet, put as many coats of your favorite mascara on. The Cils Booster allows you to use less mascara which is amazing and it also seems to bond the mascara to your lashes preventing smudges.
Some people think this product clumps, but when I use the proper technique (one coat, wiggle, pull up and out, apply mascara wet), I've never seen one clump on any of my clients.

I had gotten a sample of this product and I must admit I love it. Not only does it add that extra length to my Chanel Exceptionnel it makes ALL of my mascaras last longer without the smudge. However I see some reviewers were saying that it clumps and I find that if I apply it straight on it will but if I do a zigzag motion then it's perfect.

I'll keep it short & sweet...
Absolutely incredible results! WAY Longer, thicker, silkier lashes.
A thousand times better than drug store versions.
Here's a tip, Do one eye at a time. Apply Cils, wait about 10 seconds, then apply mascara before the Cils dries completely. I am a "lash girl" (kinda like a "boob man", lol!) & am obsessed with mascara (have tried almost everything) I am fascinated with this stuff! Worth the $$.

Did nothing to my lashes! I applied Hypnose and my lashes looked shorter, hm......and this white stuff actually changed the deep black color of the mascara, actually added a blue hue to it. Ugh! Another advertising gimmick. Lancome mascaras are amazing to use by themselves. Ladies do not buy this product, it doesn't work.
