I have a love-hate relationship with this stuff. If I take the time to get it right, it looks incredible and lasts all day - but, I don't often have the time to take my time! And the packaging...when I first started using mine, every time I pushed the wand back into the tube, the product would ooze out of the opening in big globs, making me wince at how much I was wasting for what I paid. This has stopped, and I wonder how long I have left until I have to cut the thing open to get at the rest.

The color is a pink champagne that lights up my face, and while it is pretty metallic, it's still daytime appropriate. I also like to wear Everyday Minerals shadow in Spin Cycle over it, which tones down the sheen a bit. I usually wear it by itself or under an e/s in a similar color.

To get the look I like, I usually have to apply just a small amount, blend it out well with the tip of the wand or my fingertips (and this can be tricky, because if it's not blended right, there is a distinct line where the metallic ends on my skin), and then keep my eyes half-closed for 10-15 seconds to let it dry well. After this process, it wont crease or fade and I feel like a bombshell for at least 10 hours.

I said yes, I would buy again, because while my E.L.F. mineral primer lasts for almost 8 hours and is more versatile for a fraction of the price, I still haven't been able to replicate that amazing champagne sheen with any other shadow. How do you do it, Urban Decay?

I really like this. some people have said that is it goopy but I do not find this at all. I used it on its own or under a metalic eyeshadow and it looks awesome! love this, definately a great buy!

I love this. I could use it by itself... and I do. It adds a nice coppery tinge to my metallic shadows, which sometimes is a good thing. I use the original formula more, however, because it's just a lot more practical. Really wish they would change the packaging already...

The only reason I wouldn't buy this again is because I use the original way more than Sin.

Why do they call this Sin? because it causes wrath! I got this in the summer of love palette and i was excited to use it. I tested it on my hand and it looked gorgeous, so i put it on my eyelids. I noticed that it felt thick and goopy, plus way too much product came out on the wand. Maybe the bigger version is diff. but the one i got sucks. It also slightly changes the colors of my eyeshadows, which i dont like. If i buy an eyeshadow, i buy it because i love the color, not because i want to change it. It also creased on me, unlike the UDPP. The color is really pretty though, ill give it that. Sadly, this didnt work for me.

I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. Maybe people are disappointed because they love the original version so much they feel nothing else can measure up unless it's exactly the same. Anyways, I really love this. It lends a very subtle champagny glow, makes my eyeshadow unbelievably vibrant and it lasts a very long time without creasing! Would absolutely repurchase. This also apparently makes matte shadows shimmery. An added bonus to help you get more looks out of the same shadows! I'm a cheapo. I feel like with makeup you rarely get what you pay for. But I really like this and think it was definitely worth the money. It isn't as shimmery as people say, it's very wearable and layerable with shadows. Works perfectly as a base for eyeliner as well to keep it from fading or smudging. I have extremely oily lids and no creasing or fading issues when I use this.

I tried this instead of the regular Primer Potion (which I love), and I wasn't thrilled with the Sin version. It felt oily on my lids and seemed to go everywhere. The consistency was nothing like the original. It worked well as a shimmer cream eyeshadow by itself, but I didn't love it as a primer. Overall, I don't think it's worth it, and I will stick with the original.

I got the miniature version of this with the Summer of Love palette and was extremely excited to try it out. Unfortunately this doesn't work too well for me. I've always used drugstore makeup and Mary Kay and only recently started using higher-end makeup. It's really strange though, because I've found I get better wear from my drugstore and Mary Kay eye products than I do with high-end items. I've tried this primer with both drugstore and high-end (UD and MAC) eyeshadows and it always creases! Granted, I do wear my makeup for quite a while usually, but that's never been a problem for my MK eye primer, or even L'Oreal De-Crease. Then of course there are the usual complaints about the packaging. Cute, but impractical.

On the positive side, this is absolutely Gorgeous! It would even be pretty on it's own. I wore it yesterday for a shorter period of time and it didn't crease. So maybe I'll reserve it for special occasions. I'm definitely going to keep working with this and update if I figure out a way to make it work. It's too pretty to not wear it. However, unless I find a way to make it work, I probably won't ever get the full size.

This is my fave shade of the UDPP. Perfect for summer because as a base it imparts a champagne shimmer. Blending is a breeze and I find warm tone colors work best with this. As has been stated, the packaging kind of sucks because there is no easy way to get all of the product out. But I have purchased this repeatedly and plan to continue doing so.
