I've used Kinerase on and off throughout the years. However, since being put on retin-a in November of 2007, I have been searching for and rediscovering products that I've used in the past that by themselves were ok but combined with retin-a were phenomenal. Kinerase is one of those products. I HAVE to buffer my retin-a otherwise, it will peel my face off in one great big sheet! Depending on what my skin is doing, I will either use a sea buckthorn berry oil/pomegranate oil first, wait an hour, then apply the retin-a...or I would apply the retin-a first, wait an hour, then apply the Kinerase. When I use the Kinerase with the retin-a, I notice that my melasma disappears faster, my skin becomes more even toned, freckles get lighter. The Kinerase seems to enhance the effects of the retin-a or at least have a synergistic effect. In addition, the Kinerase Ultimate Night cream is very moisturizing and it keeps moisturizing all night long, so it really prevents the post-retin-a flakies the next morning. If I had to choose just one of the Kinerase products, the Kinerase Ultimate night cream would be the one I would pick. It has more kinetin in it than the regular lotion and cream, and even the Pro line has less kinetin than the Ultimate. So if you are going to pay the $, mind as well get the product with the most active ingredient. The Ultimate moisturizer has 0.125% Kinetin vs. 0.1% in the regular lotion/cream and Pro line.

I've always wanted to try Kinerase products but never did because of the expensive price. I'm so glad I finally tried it. This is the BEST nighttime moisturizer ever. It's so deeply hydrating and I wake up with fresh, clear, glowing skin. At $125 it is pretty pricey but you get what you pay for. I've only been using this product, along with other Kinerase products I bought, for a week but I'm confident that with continued use my skin will look even better. This is my HG night cream!

I LOOOVE how you get a ton of product for how much you spend. It's like buying two skin creams!I mix this with a dollop of the Clear Skin Moisture Light for at night, because I feel like I want to start trying to use antiaging products in my routine, and since I know that the antioxidant kinetin in this sterilizes porepherine, I know it will work well with ym breakout prone skin. I looove it. I don't use very much at all, which means that this tube will last me a loooong time. But, I have felt that after a month, my skin looks healthy, and bright, and feels much calmer. I don't have any wierd flakies from using too much harsh stuff for my skin condition, it's just right. I would go to Sephora and try a sample. it's defenitely worth it!

I received a sample of this from Sephora and a week later ran out to buy the full size. While it is pricey, it leaves my skin incredibly soft and smooth. My combination skin is prone to breakouts, and this cream actually helped calm the big, red inflammations that I get on my chin.
As other reviewers mentioned, the product comes in a tube and is quite thick. However the cream glides onto the skin smoothly and doesn't leave a greasy residue. My skin looks refreshed each morning -and for the first time in my life someone actually came up to me and asked what I had been using!

This is a good moisturizer for my normal-to-dry and sensitive skin. I previously used the Kinerase Cream but find that this goes on so much smoother. I use this for both night and day under makeup because I like the smoother texture of the night formula better than the ultimate day moisturizer.
Love the tube packaging and generous size. Great for travel too.
This is a MUST-HAVE if you want soft, smooth, silky skin!

This feels so luxurious on my dry skin. Kinerase has made such a difference in my complexion, and I'm glad they have finally come out with a night-time product. I'm not crazy about the Ultimate Day Moisturizer, though.

I absolutely love this product. I admit it's a bit pricey at $125, but the results were well worth it.
I started using the product about 2 months ago because I had problems with deeply pigmented acne scars. They all are almost completely gone.
The product is made more for sun spots, and ageing dry skin, but it I have a skin type that I would probably categorize as "Normal" but a little on the dry side, and it added a high level of radiance, made my skin feel plump and firm.
I used it day and night on days that I felt dry. The person that sold it to me said I could use it in the day because it doesn't have retinol.
Anyways, I love Kinerase. It's the only thing hydraquonine free that worked.

I love a nice, thick, decadent moisturizer, and even though I don't use the Kinerase line, I was excited to try this moisturizer. But it's like glue! A reviewer for the day version of this said it felt like old, hardened Vaseline, and that's true for the nighttime option as well. For $125, what a disappointment! You can't even work it into the skin, and I tried warming it in my palm first like a balm. If you want something decadent, try: L'Occitane Immortelle Very Precious Cream or Decleor Vitalite.
