I have this in black, the color is pretty true not like some blueish black. It's really an impressive product. I have tried an Indian brand with a brush and also the Estee Lauder double wear zero smudge one with the brush and I find this out-competes the two.
It is cheap, easy to find, easy to apply (with the felt it doesnt spilt), easy to remove, and does NOT smudge!!! Being Asian I have different eye lid anatomy and all the eyeshadow and pencil eyeliner would just end up in the crease. On the contrary, I can wear this for a night out without having to do any touch up.
I definitely would rebuy, just hope the cat eye trend would stay.

Having owned many liquid liners in my day, from Wet 'n' Wild to NARS, I can confidently say that Maybelline works best!
The packaging is just so simple to use; not only is the brush located right in the cap, but it is a felt tip rather than a bristle brush, so there is never any splaying or difficulty in controlling application. I never have a problem drawing exactly the line I want, the first time.
I wouldn't exactly call the formula waterproof-- it will come off with moderate tearing, such as with allergies. But, barring any undue tearing, this lasts 16 hours and doesn't miss a beat. Even works on the waterline, and can be smudged (if you act quickly) for a softer look. I just do my eyes in the morning and I know I'm good all day. What more can you want? Oh-- I use this in the "Brown" shade, which is deep and dramatic without looking harsh (I'm very pale).

This is an AMAZING liquid eyeliner. Glides on perfectly, lasts all day, and has a great look to it.

This is my mainstay eyeliner! I've tried a lot of different eyeliners but this is my absolute favorite. The brush is thin and pointed, made out of stiff felt or something, and using it I can get the perfect line. I'm very good at liquid eyeliner, but I think this product would be easy to use even for a beginner. Best of all, the color of the liner-- a classic dark brown-- is dark enough to look almost black, but not so intense that it looks severe. I wear this shade over plain nude eyeshadow and with mascara-- it looks great even for daytime!! You should definitely try this product.

I am using this now, but I'm not very happy about it. I was a loyal fan of Maybelline's Eye Express Lining Pen, but now they've discontinued it. When I contacted them to protest, they told me that this was an equivalent product.
Well, it's just not. The liner liquid is a different consistency that makes it harder for me to get the thin, straight lines I want and the applicator feels clumsy and weird. I've been applying eye liner for over 40 years so I don't think it's me!
What I have ended up doing is taking one of the old Eye Express applicators and dabbing the new liner on it with one of the new applicator because it won't fit in the new container. It's weird, but oh, well. In the meantime, I am on the lookout for secret stashes of Eye Express. If you know of any, let me know. I like the Mink Brown.
UPDATE: Thanks to a few nice MUAers who wrote and put me on the right track, I was able to stock up on the disco'd Eye Express that I love so much. I think I now have enough to last until I'm too old and shaky to put it on anymore! Thanks, everyone!

I pick this up every once in a while when I want a more dramatic eye. I absolutely love it for that purpose. The brown is very dark but not too dark (like black would be) for my fair skin. I love the applicator; the felt tip is hard but not too hard. Makes application much more fool proof. Before I apply it I actually rub some of the access off around the edge of the opening. Then I can get more precision and a finer line. I'd definitely repurchase.

I started using this exactly a year ago, and I just repurchased my second container just a month ago. This stays put all day (unless I cry or something.) This is a great shade for someone who thinks black liner is just too dramatic for them, as it looks very dark but certainly isn't a bold black. I was close to purchasing the revlon brand, but realized that I love the felt tip applicator on this one. A flimsy wand brush would probably increase my chances of messing up the perfect line. Good price, lasts long, stays put. Recommended!

My mom always uses this so I thought would give it a try. It was my first time trying liquid liner, I usually use pencil or eyeshadow to line my eyes. I was really impressed with this stuff! It took me a few times and qtip to get the perfect line, but it's pretty darn easy to use. I have issues with liners always fading and smudging, but this stayed put! This brown is pretty dark, which makes me think the actually Black color would be too harsh for me. Great, clean packaging and inexpensive to boot!

I love this eyeliner. most eyeliners end up under my eyes after a few hours but this one lasts even on a hot day. It's so much better than the pricier ones that i've tried.

Absolutely agree with the review below me. Very easy to use, just the right amount of eyeliner comes off the brush, and the brush has just the right amount of bend/give to follow my lashes. It also lasts through sweaty weather, comes off fine with remover. I love it with a peachy/skin colored eyeshadow and black mascara. That's it - a polished and put together eye look.
