I rec'd one in a swap and loved it so much that I swapped for 3 more as backups. I have ivory toned skin so it looks much too bright on me if I use it alone so I just use a tiny bit of it and often use a more muted powder blush over it but then it's just perfect and it gives the powder blush a really nice glow! I think I might could use it alone if I use just a tiny, tiny, tiny bit of one drop but I prefer it underneath my favorite powder blush of any color.

I really wanted to like this blush. I thought it was really neat (in the store) that the blush would change color to suit my skin color. I was wrong! You have to use a TON of it to get it to show up in the least. I also thought it was too slippery. Waste of money! I switched back to powder blush. Will not repurchase.

I like how the silicone gel turns from clear to pink but this baby is quite tricky to blend. If you put more, you end up with uneven layer on your cheeks,if you put less,it won't look noticeable. It has uneven consistency so its hard to blend even on your fingers,it even leaves behind crumbly eraser-like shavings which is annoying. The pinkish glow looks nice on cheeks when used alone for a natural look. But it doesn't adhere well when you use powder or foundation over it. This product is expensive for what its worth.

I carry this in my make up bag, but do not use it often. I like my baked blush much better. I like this in summer, though because it lasts longer in the heat and humidity for me.

Unlike most gel blushes, this is sort of a primer with tint. It looks and feels just like a primer going on, which makes it easier to blend and it is less likely to settle in pores or lines. Like others have noted, the color is hot raspberry pink. It will either work or not. Lasts quite long. All day in fact. Kind of fun on many levels.

First let me say, when I sampled this in the store, I liked it just fine. However, this is one of those products that I just got bored with. The color is always the same so no control of intensity, etc. And 'the same' in my case is pink pink pink. I also find that it doesn't show up at all if I use it over primer, it just kinda pills and slides away. Under primer it fairs better but I still can't make myself reach for this over my Tarte Stains or even my Benetint.

This is exactly like Benetint, but just in a silicone gel formula. Benetint is a 1-color cheek stain & O-glow is a 1-color check stain. If you like the scarlet Benetint, you'll love the fuschia O-glow.

As with Benefit's cheek stain, less of O-glow is more. Dot it on - it absolutely feels like a silicone primer! And that's because it basically is a silicone primer. With a pink tint.

It dries very very quickly, so fast blending is key. It's great on top of Teint Miracle because it doesn't ruin that foundie's silicone-based mirror shine.

If you're a mineral kinda person, put this on *under* your mineral foundie and brush your base over it until you have only a subtle wash of color visible. The silicone base of the O-glow should actually help your minerals stay on.

the most stupid design for a blush, color doesn't come out natural, difficult to apply, don't blend easily

I love the O-Plump, so clearly I love the O-Glow. At first I hated the silicone texture, but I soldiered through, not giving up on a product that costs $26.00. Now I have come to love the texture, and the pink color matches my natural cheek color well. As far as the staining on fingers, ladies that is what soap is for. Of course, I have terribly dry skin, and rarely use a powder blush, so a little bit of staining on the fingers is par for the course for me.

I have two issues with O-glow. One, the texture feels strange and it stainns your fingers. Two, the color just doesn't work for my very fair skin tone.

Yes, it does stain your fingers (it's designed for staining your skin after all) but once on my cheeks the color blooms into a sweet rose-pink. And maybe its just me but I really enjoy the gel texture. It's cool to see the color turn from clear to pink. The best part? It doesn't slip off during the day!

For a while, Smashbox was putting this into a lot of their Ulta exclusive kits. This does have a gimmick factor, but it is not too terrible of a product. I think this will work wonders on those who have suitable skin.

This can go from a very bright pink color, to a gorgeous flush if blended well. Blending with this is key. It has a quick dry down, so work fast.

I like that it comes in a squeeze tube, which makes getting the product and using it all up a breeze. Im a powder foundation girl, and find that I do not like to use this over my already finished face. It has a tendency to leave behind crumbled product. The feel of this in the tube and on the skin is that of their Photo Finish primer. For those who do not like Silicon based primers, I suggest you steer clear of this.

This product has never made me break out, and I am of combination skin. I would not suggest using a brush with this. Finger application I found to be most suitable.

This is an alright blush, but I REALLY hate the consistency. It feels like silicon, then after blending, it leaves behind a bunch of little chunks like eraser shavings. The colour is pretty good though, It blends to a nice glow.

like the way this goes from clear to bright pink! however, the consistency is so weird and it's kind of streaky...like hot pink in one area and clear in another. not worth the price tag that's for sure. overall, a pretty cool product, but way too expensive for what it's worth.

I can't say enough about how great this looks. Definitely my favorite blush to use EVER. Very natural, easy to apply. It looks like I just got a little flushed or had some cold My complaints are that it is very expensive and it doesn't seem to last on me like a conventional blush would. After an hour I feel like I need to reapply.

I LOVE this product. To the negative reviews I can only say; we all have different needs. I don't wear foundation so I don't have the same issues some have. I love it because I am looking for something natural. I find powder looks dry and other creams look fake & don't last. O-glow tints so it looks really natural on me - gives me a glow! I have pale, olive complexion and it gives me a healthy pink. Don't let the little tube fool you, it lasts a long time. Do not over use - I only need a small pea size for both cheeks. I take a 'dot' on my fingertip and somewhat circularly, lightly rub on the apples of my cheeks. I can even apply when I am not looking in the mirror for a fast touch up. :) If they every discontinued this product I would be devastated - and not as pretty :P

I only checked the reviews after buying this and I admit I dont find it so bad. It seems to make your finger this crazy ice-lolly pink, which doesn't go with my olive complexion, but after about 30 minutes it seems to settle on your skin, and the colour really does look natural on me. I didn't have anything else on my face, and it deepened to a sort of corally colour, which I really like. It's way, way too expensive for what it is so I won't buy it again. Mineral blushes are much better for that "glow".

I bought this product a few months ago and tried it out for the winter months. I find that it has very (and I mean very) little pigment to it at all. I usually ended up going over it with a powder blush anyway. If you're using a liquid foundation it tends to mess up your tone. If you're not wearing any foundation, it's a little better, but still not the quality I was expecting from Smashbox. It's not easy to control or blend into your face, and the color isn't at all consistent, in fact to get the right amount of pigment, you have to put a lot more on. When I talked to my Smashbox sales person about it she just said, "you need to put more on." But if you put more on, you end up with this disgusting, unevenly blended layer of nasty on your face.

Not worth your time and/or money, just spend it on a good old fashion blush
