I'm reviewing the AHA-free version and it's seriously a godsend. I have sensitive, acne-prone yet dehydrated skin that reacts badly to AHAs. Many kinds of exfoliation is just too harsh for me. I used to use EL's Idealist but I find it has too much silicone. This serum goes on like a dream and if I put it on before bed, I wake up to find my skin super smooth and glowing. I couldn't stop touching my skin, it was so smooth! I kid you not. It comes in a pump bottle, unlike the AHA version, which is great. The only reason I'm taking away one lippie is it is expensive. Both the AHA and non-AHA version cost the same, but TAKE NOTE: the AHA version is 50ml and the non-AHA version only 30ml! I'll wait till there's a sale to stock up, otherwise it's pretty heavy on the wallet.

UPDATE:

I'm revising this to 5 lippies despite the high price tag cos I've been using this for 3 weeks and my face looks like it's on a permanent soft focus lens! All my blemishes have retreated and my usual monthly acne breakout has NOT OCCURRED - something which has never happened in the last 5 years except when I was on oral antibiotics. This truly is a miracle product.

I've been using this cream for about 4 months and am really excited about it. This is a "radiance" cream, so I don't think it's really meant to be a serious moisturizer. It resurfaces the skin gently, so I think of it as an exfoliating treatment. So, I use this cream about 3 nights per week instead of my regular moisturizer (now, usually the new Nuxe Merveillance Cream). I literally wake up glowing when I use this product!

Warning, it did seem to make me break out somewhat when I first started using it. Nothing serious but just a few little annoying bumps. I am in my thirties and have dry skin, but still prone to breakouts. I kept using the cream through that stage, and now it is fine.

I don't think you are supposed to use an exfoliator (scrub) when you are using this product, because that would be too much. Definitely want to wear sunscreen the morning after applying this cream!

Bottom line, this is a great alternative to some of the harsher exfoliating creams and serums on the market. I used to have one from Murad, and this Nuxe cream is MUCH more gentle.

OMG I'm in love with this moisturiser. Let me start by saying that I have sensitive, acne prone skin but with pregnancy my skin went haywire and has been breaking out like crazy but now that I've found this wonderful moisturiser my skin is under control, the pimples are clearing up quickly, my skin is hydrated with no oil slicks and my skin just looks better, my makeup goes on better and there isn't any foul or overpowering smells. It's just a great, great product and I'm thrilled and relieved to have found something so special that actually works! I'll be checking out other Nuxe products as a result!

I am reviewing the Etincelante Emulsion which is AHA free. This lotion is light enough to be used on oily skin also (doesn't mattify though)- but probably best used in warm weather if your skin is normal. It seems to be having some fine shimmer in it- but that is not seen on the skin at all. Another thing I noticed was that it certainly doesn't dilate the pores (which I find to be the case with some of the heavier creams)- perhaps even shrinks them a bit (not sure). Anyway, this is a very good product which I would definitely use on a regular basis if I was younger, for it gives you a healthy looking skin- (but doesn't help with wrinkles or sagging). Therefore, I would highly recommend this to anybody under 25.

I generally love Nuxe products, but this one is awful. I bought it as I was lacking a little radiance, and my skin was looking dull. This has done absolutely nothing for my skin at all. Even worse, I *think* it may have contributed to some pretty bad breakouts. Plus when I apply, it flakes off. Plus the scent is overpowering. This is a truly horrible product that I will definately be glad to see the back of - fortunately the jar will be used up this week so I can move onto something else, thank goodness!

I will revise this review once I've spent more time using this. So far, 2 cons: the scent of this creme is way too strong and it can't be used on the eye area. I use this at night (avoiding the eye area, which is a pain to use) and although it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, it turns it very pinkish (which may be a good thing), but it doesn't moisturize at all (which I understand since it's a peeling product). Anyway, after 2 nights I still haven't noticed anything noticeable. Yes, my skin feels smoother after I wash it in the morning and a little pinkish on the cheeks. I will keep using this and re-review in the near future.

I actually tried this in a sample and LOVED it. I'm currently alternating use of Aveeno brightening cream during the day and Olay definity at night. I got the samples a week before I bought the other two products and after ignoring the samples for a couple weeks I finally decided to try them. I hate being tempted into yet another struggle between products which is the reason for my procrastination but I put it on and now....I'm irritated. I should have tried this stuff first because I'd chuck the other two in favor of this. It seems to be gentler and yeild better results. I only use treatments like these at night but I'm thoroughly satisfied with the product! The only thing I'm hesitant about is the price but I'm willing to pay it I guess if I can cut out using the other two and get better results. Also no one here in Hawaii carries the stuff so I have to order it online...not too happy about that but what's a girl to do? I gave the packaging a three because even though it came in a sample I've seen the packaging and I don't like jars, too much room for contamination. I favor bottles with pumps myself so thats where I stand on this one!

An addict of *most* things Nuxe, I had to purchase this as soon as it showed up on ebay (It just recently showed on the Nuxe website) It is a beautiful, velvety cream, similar in texture to Creme Fraiche. This one is a peel cream, and it did cause a tiny bit of sensitivity around my nose the first few nights, however- the results are BEAUTIFUL! My skin has never looked clearer or felt smoother! I have been using this as a night cream instead of Dr. Brandt Pore Effect (and now using on alternate nights) and no break outs! Just clear, glowy, pretty skin! Now if I can just make this last until it is available for purchase, I'll be golden! (Oh, and they sell an AHA-free version for sensitive skinned girls too!)
