I used to use the Degunkify shampoo before they discontinued it, so I reluctantly turned to this, figuring it wouldn't make my hair as clean or fresh-smelling as the Degunkify shampoo. No, it's not as good, but after a good scrubbing, it works almost as well. I've been using this stuff for over a year now, and I'd say it's most definitely a keeper.

I tryed this just to see what its like , I don't have oily hair or anything . But because it was cheap thourght i try it . Made your hair feel nice & clean .

I used this product in hopes that it would make my hair less oily, and it has defiantly helped. Ever since I started using it my hair has felt very clean, and I constantly get comments on how good my hair smells. I highly recommend it to people who have excessively oily hair or just want it to smell amazing(:

I discovered this shampoo a few months ago and I love the way it makes my hair feel after a goood wash. My hair feels refreshed and tingly. I used a lot of hair products so when I wash my hair all I want is a product that strips my hair clean and this one does the trick. The smell is also nice, very invigorating, green tea & citrus.

If you have wavy hair that gets tangled easily, like if you are very active throughout the day, this shampoo does not work at all. It does not really clean my hair that much, and it does not make it look shiny the way I want. I also find that it leave my scalp itchy and it makes my hair harder to style. I recently tried an experiment: instead of my usual Herbal Essences I used that loreal kid's shampoo and it worker a lot better than the drama clean. Looks like I need to get a new shampoo!!!

I got the smaller bottle of this set. I liked it, it cleaned well but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. It did have an odd smell too.

This product did not work for me. I get foils regularly so my fine hair is somewhat damaged and needs good care. I've been using professional hair products but decided to try this one because I was intended to use it as clarifying shampoo (I get a lot of product build-up).
It made my hair really damaged and dry and my scalp started flaking.
It smells nice tho ,so I might give it away or use it as a body wash

i love this product and always recommend this to those with oily hair on the Hair board. i am oily haired and have dyed hair (and scalp is still oily...lol). this product not only cleanses hair but after two days of not shampooing, my hair isnt as oily compared to using other products. I always alternate betw. two differ shampoos, btw. So far among all DS shampoos out there, this is consistently allows my hair to be less oily after 2 days. I;ve tried cheapie brands (vo5, suave), tressemme, other herbal essence (HE) shampoos, etc and i always find this is the best for me. however, i quite dont think this is good for colored hair as i notice my hair has faded with using this (and i also use HE color shampoo).

I hated this stuff! As a teenager my hair gets oily pretty fast but this didn't keep it any cleaner and made my hair very straw like. gross. Only plus is that it did small delicious.

This is great. It deep cleans your hair without totally stripping it and making it dry. I usually use HE's long term relationship line, but I find that after a week of that my hair gets oily build up. So I wash with this once a week to get it completely clean. Also, it smells really good :)

My favorite shampoo. I have long straight oily hair this shampoo makes it feel the cleanest out of any other shampoo I've ever tried. It doesn't strip it. It suds very well and just leaves your hair feeling amazingly clean and soft.

My hair gets oily at the roots very quickly. I have found that this shampoo does the best at keeping the oil away. I have even used Biolage Normalizing Shampoo and I like herbal essences a lot better. And the best thing is that it's really cheap! Officially my favorite shampoo!

I don't normally use supermarket shampoos, however, I was getting desperate for something that would help clean my hair as I had a lot of oily build-up. I tried about 6 different salon shampoos within a few weeks, which did nothing but waste a lot of money. This shampoo was pretty good at cleaning the oils from my hair and is one of the shampoos that has left my hair clean for the longest. It's still oily the next day, but less so. Nice fragrance as well and doesn't weigh down the hair. I used about 4 bottles of this shampoo and am now on to something else as my hair got used to it and it wasn't cleaning as well as it used to, but I think that's just my scalp and not the fault of the shampoo. I would go back to this shampoo in the future and alternate it. Great price too.

I used to be in love with this stuff. I like the smell and how there's a lot of shampoo in the bottle for a cheap price to last forever. But it was so drying on my hair! And my hair would feel very stiff and get frizzy. I thought this was just normal, seeing as it is supposed to get rid of all the junk, but I've started to use Neutrogena clarifying shampoo and it works so much better. The smell is terrible, but my hair gets clean and feels so soft. So I won't be buying anymore of HE.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shampoo. I have oily hair and I started using this a few years ago and it's made dealing with the oily residue so much easier! They should really market this for people with oily hair b/c it will truly do wonders. My biggest fear is that they'll discontinue the line and then I'll have to go searching for something new later on.
I also have the hair spray versionl (don't think they make it anymore though - don't see it on their site) but its equally as good. The smell is pleasant and light and keeps my hair in place most of the day.
Definitely a good buy!

Smells good and cleans leaving no lingering residues. My hair feels clean but it's not left feeling dry either. One of my favourite shampoos. Definitely repurchasing.

I have very long, thin hair and my roots get oily quick. This shampoo keeps my hair very clean, soft and shiny and it smells GREAT! I love this shampoo and will always buy it. : ))

It is a nice shampoo that cleans very well without stripping, but when I rinse it off, it leaves my hair smelling like "ngo" (cilantro/coriander)! I cannot STAND the taste or smell of cilantro! My hair always holds the shampoo scent no matter what conditioner I use! I like Herbal Essences' cheap and nice shampoos, but the only scents I can stand are 'None of Your Frizzness' and 'Long Term Relationship'.
