I love this stuff! It's nicer than the other chapsticks, goes on smoother, tingling a tiny bit, and is more moisturizing, but the reason I am so fond of it is that once I put it on I can't stop licking my lips! It smells/tastes like the best peppermint flavor ever! Slightly sweet, almost like candy canes, it is such fun to wear, I went through a tube in a few weeks! And for $0.99 I can afford to buy more whenever I need it! Cococare Cocoa Butter lip balm moisturizes better, but while it smells heavenly, it has no taste, and this stuff is just delicious! I have never liked any other ChapStick flavor this much, and I have tried all of them. You need to pick up one and try it--it's wonderful. And even the packaging--all bright blue stripes--is great!

I picked up Peppermint Chapstick today because my lips were chapped and I wanted something minty and cheap. The balm is a bright blue color and comes in a blue tube that has cute candy cane stripes on it - when I looked in the mirror I expected to see my lips tinted blue, but there was no trace of blue on my lips at all. It is very smooth in texture and has the minty scent and tingle I love, and it got rid of the parched feeling my lips had. I would definitely buy this product again.

It's totally still a good one. Smells really yummy and protects my lips from the cold air.

This is my all time favorite Chapstick. Has a refreshing peppermint smell that wakes me up in the morning. I love the lasting power of this (most chapstick comes right off on me). It also has a nice cooling effect on lips. Yes it is blue, but honestly is does not come off on my lips that I notice, and even if it does, who cares, it is not dramatic at all. I am on my second tube of this.

Ok, I bought this two weeks ago and I love it. I have a thing for peppermint scented items & this fits that bill. It does not show blue or green or any color on my lips and it moisturizes really well and hangs on for a good long time.

Love it!

I like this chapstick. The smell isn't overpowering - it's a nice, clean peppermint scent. I was surprised to find that the chapstick was blue, but I didn't notice the color on my lips.

EDIT: Ok nevermind. After looking at myself in different lighting, I could DEFINITELY see the blue/greyish tint on my lips. I'll wear it at night and finish the tube, but I definitely won't buy it again. It makes my lips look almost frostbitten.

>Chapstick peppermint flavored

I just bought this new peppermint flavored chapstick today. I thought the packaging was really cute (blue background with candy cane colored stripes). I was surprised when I opened my chapstick to find that it was blue, instead of the normal, clear or off-white color. It was BLUE, it was like a jelly blue color. But, when I applied it, I thought, yeah well the color of the chapstick is indeed blue, but it’s not going to show up blue on my lips, is is??? Well I thought wrong. My lips were a blueish-grey color, and not very appealing looking. My lips looked frostbite and like they were frozen for years. It was not a pretty sight. The texture was smooth, just like normal chapstick, but once again, the color is what turned me off about this product. Oh yeah, and the whole peppermint thing, Burt Bee’s is about 10x better than this so called “peppermint”. The peppermint only lasted for about two minutes and then it just faded away. It never left my lip tingling and wanting more. It left then blue and ugly looking. I don’t really know what to do with this chapstick that I JUST bought today. I feel somewhat bad if I throw it away, although it was only 94 cents at Target. Overall, I will never repurchase and not recommended for other chapstick lovers. Message to chapstick: if you are going to try to compete with all the other peppermint flavored lip balms out there, than you need to make the flavor last longer than 2 minutes and please change the ugly blue color to a clear or white. Thanks, and please chapstick brand, when you read this, please change your product and make it a better one!

This is great-I just found it at the drugstore! Peppermint Chapstick is totally new, I'm not talking about the green Mint flavor that already exists. This is blue peppermint. It's in a light blue/dark blue striped tube that says "cool and soothing" and the chapstick product itself is blue! It has quite a minty kick but once applied is a soothing soft peppermint (to me anyway) that lasts a bit but then calms down a lot, tastes good, and the chapstick is the usual moisturizing waxy wonderful thing. I love it! I came upon it at CVS for $.99 on sale! How thrilling for those who love Chapstick!
