I love this!! I bought it on a whim (I can't control myself in Sephora) and thankfully it's great! I always put it on my legs when I wear a dress and usually on my arms and cleavage also. It goes on so easily and looks natural. It also gives a subtle sparkle that looks great. It dries fairly quickly and a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely repurchase but it lasts so long it will probably be years before I have to! So to me it's definitely worth the price. I did drop the bottle once and a piece of the cap broke off, and now it won't shut, but that would probably happen to any bottle if dropped. I can still store it normally and nothing spills, so it doesn't bother me. This stuff is definitely a must-have, especially for fancy or special occasions!

This product is awesome! I was going to a wedding in Europe but was hesitant to self tan the night before, so I brought a sample of this instead. Not too messy, super easy application, the color stayed put all night, and it gave me a great realistic glow. I am super pale and was afraid this might be too glittery and orange looking, but not at all. It did rub off on my clothes a bit because I didn't wait long enough to let it dry, but it didnt stain and came off in the wash. This is a must have and is fabulous to put on your legs or cleavage for a healthy glow. It is pricey, but you get a nice big bottle. This is a staple for me now.

I got this product as a sample at Sephora. I let it sit in the bathroom for months, literally. Finally, I decided to use some on my face, and mixed it with my Make Up Forever HD Foundation...About 2/3 foundation to 1/3 bronzer, mix it around with a q-tip or hairpin (whatever you have that doesn't absorb) and apply as normal foundation with a MAC 187 brush. It leaves that JLo glow that I've been trying to acheive with other bronzers and highlighters. For reference I am mulatto with lighter skin, but golden undertones. You may want to add less bronzer if you're lighter. Overall, very impressed with this product. I don't know how it would react with other foundations.

Okay so I just bought this after really trying to like the SMASHBOX Version.
This body glow is so much nicer! I just couldn't get past the smell of the smashbox body bronzer so I finally went out and bought his one.
Wish I would have found this one first.......sadly I was "mislead" by another users review about how nice and coconut'y the smashbox one was. How Wrong! I LUV coconut scents and ordered it thru the mail after reading about it. I ended up using it and liking the color but the strong perfumey scent really bothered me.
So I broke down and bought the LORAC vesion and WOW the scent is awesome and the color is just as nice if not better than smashbox bronzer.
If your sensitive to scents like I am you might want to go check them out first if you can.
Lorac has such a nice smooth almost like skin scent going on. It doesn't scream Overpowering perfume.
I give this a 5 star rating. It's perfect, for me.

This definitely gives a nice golden glow. I wish it was water-proof though. Just be careful, if you sweat easily, watch how you sit and how you place your arms on tables... cause you will leave marks behind.

Overall I am pleased with this product. I am very fair skinned and it gives me a natural glow if I use 1 layer. You can customize how dark you get by how many layers you lather on. But this stuff is not cheap, so I recommend using just what you need.

There is a faint smell that I do not like too much. It's a fairly chemical-smell....

People say it doesn't streak.. but if you don't apply it evenly, you will see splotches on your skin.

I like that it is not a self-tanner, so I don't feel I have to exfoliate and go through all the "self-tanner prepping". Since if I don't apply this stuff properly, I can always wash or rinse it off.

If you are looking for another Bronzing product that does not contain a self-tanner, Laura Mercier's Body Bronzing Make-up is comparable. but it is more expensive and it has a very strong coconuty-exocitc scent. If you were perfume, it was definitely compete against the scent. The Laura Mercier one also seems to be slightly heavier and darker with more sparkle.

I prefer the Lorac one more because the smell is not as strong and it is less expensive but still has the holding power. As long as I wait for it try properly before getting dressed it doesn't seem to transfer onto clothing too much.

Hope this helps!

I had read about this product somewhere and decided I had to try it. And I think I am in love! The color is just right- a bit of color and lovely sparkles. I had brought something sort of similar from Victoria's Secret a year or two ago and it was waaaay too dark and thick. It had to be "watered" down with normal moisturerizer in order to use it at all and was a thick, gloppy mess.
This is everything I wanted the VS stuff to be- light, pretty with a nice (but not overwhelming) smell. The only bummer is that it is $30 a tube which I think is alot. I've only used it a couple times but I can tell alot goes a long way. So hopefully I won't go thru the tube too quickly.

i actually got this as a sephora sample and it is sill going strong. i use this as a highlighter and it works beautifuly with my caramel skin since i have gold undertones. i use this to highlight my cheek bone and i put some blush just underneath it in the hollow of my cheek, it really gives an amazing glowy and sultry look. i am always on the look out for products that give me that glow from within look and this is a staple of mine.

Originally i recieved this as a sample (like many others) and loved it. I plan on buyig it again (in full size) and the smell is just soo amazingly yummy!! My reason for not giving it a 5 is because it doesnt last at all. i jump in a pool or the shower it runs right off, however if you running a little sweat wont effect the tanner. It does dry fairly quickly and its easy to aply it evenly. It gives you an instant tan thats not orangey at all.
I love it!

I like this product. It works good with my fair skin. At first I was afraid and mixing it with my lotion. There was no need for it. A little goes a long way...and my casper white skin can use a little color. I don't leave the house without this if I am wearing something backless or a dress! It smells nice and summery too.

Edit: I've used this three times now & love it! Best result for me is to use after shower & without any other body moisturizer, then I let it dry for about 30 minutes before dressing - the smell with this procedure is very faint. That amount of time hasn't been a problem, as I'm usually doing hair & make-up during that time before dressing anyway. It still transfers to the inside of my clothes, but without streaking my skin color, and it's washed easily out of my clothes without permanent staining. I'm going to try Too Faced's DHA blend bronzer, as some reviews elsewhere say it doesn't transfer to clothes. I still really like this one, though. End Edit.

I'm not sure about this one yet: I'm new to bronzers. I've been going to a Mystic booth for DHA tan, which is great, but wanted a bronzer to fill in for weeks I don't have time to go sprayed, or the days it's looking faded, or for onstage for pageant competition. I tried this once so far - I applied two layers to one leg & had the most phenomenal color - it was gorgeous! I was sold until a couple hours later my husband & I were ill from the smell. The nice, sweet pipe tobacco smell just became incredibly overpowering. I normally wear coconut fragrances, so this isn't too far from that. It was just too strong. I imagine any product's fragrance is going to vary based on the user's own body chemistry. I'm going to try it again another day, before applying any of my usual post-shower body lotion, and I'll apply just one coat for starters, to see if that helps with the smell. I really want this to work, since it doesn't have DHA, so there's no risk of self-tanner uneveness & no need to carefully exfoliate before using. Gosh, if I can get this to work for, me I just might skip the spray booth altogether!

I got this as a sample from Sephora and at first it scared me a bit because it makes me look like a bronze statue. That is why I didn't give it a 5. But the more I look at it, the more I like it. And I love the smell!! It is delicious! My skin looks dark and fabulous and it doesn't take much effort like some self-tanners. The color is instant (which I love) and it does dry fast as another reviewer stated. I will probably purchase a full size soon, and it also comes in a kit (a travel size) with other summery stuff on Sephora.

so i got this as a sample and now i actually plan on buying it. it gave my legs a nice sheen and helped camouflage little imperfections on my legs. and it didn't transfer onto my clothes or the furniture i sat on. i normally wouldn't consider buying a product of this nature but i was pleasantly surprised by this.

I've been sampling out various bronzers this summer, and out of all of the ones I've tried, I think I like this one the best.

I think I like this one most of all, due to the ease-of-application. It doesn't require a terrible amount of blending or patting to get the colour just right. Just smooth it on (circular motions work best) and you have nice, even colour. There is a hint of shimmer, as well. It's a nice amount, not overly obnoxious. Just enough to help hide flaws.

Speaking of hiding flaws, I found that contrary to what another reviewer posted below, it doesn't hide such flaws so easily. I used it today and have two considerably dark, large bruises on one leg, and they are still evident. Then again, I only applied a light layer.

The scent is hardly intrusive... as someone also posted, it's reminiscent of a sweet, lovely pipe tobacco. Gorgeous. It lasts a while, too... but isn't overpowering and cloying.

This one didn't oxidize like all the others I've tried. Best of all, once it dries, it will not transfer to other surfaces. I've been using Scott Barnes Body Bling and the firming bronzer from Murad most of the summer, and I'm about sick of seeing brown streaks on the furniture, clothes, car seats, etc.
I wore white shorts today, and it did not transfer one bit.
I found it dried rather quickly, as well! I think very thin layers is the key.

The colour is a healthy bronze, a TEENY bit on the pinkish side. My skin is rather tan this summer, and this matches it perfectly. It's like me, but better, 'cos it hides all my flaws.

I'm interested in seeing how this holds up around water. Today, I splashed some on my leg while getting a drink and I didn't have any runny looking splotches, as I do with the bronzers from Scott Barnes and Murad. We shall see (will report back).

YES-- this one is a winner in my book. I have a couple more I want to try out before I settle on which bronzer I'm going to take on vacation with me. Gut feeling says it's this one...

I LOVE this! This is what you need to do for great results....get out of the shower, dry up, apply this all over and smooth it nicely on your skin making sure everything is even and WAIT 10-15 mins before you dress up otherwise you will get it on your clothes and will look like a mess. People don't give it a chance and expect things to work instantly. After it dries, it gives a nice resistent bronze glow to the skin. It gives instant bronze glow. It's great for going out! The smell is nice, but it's a bit overpowering, if i wear perfume it interferes with it!

This is my favorite body bronzer. I like that there isn't really a smell to it, as other bronzers have fragrances that end up turning into a chemical smell. Gave my skin a really nice glow and the perfect amount of color. Great product!!!!

Ok - I was very leary of buying any bronnzer or selftanner, but I as on vaca with my husband and we were going out danceing - earlier that week I had gotten into yard work and did tons of landscaping and limb trimming - i didn't relize how bruised up I was till I tried on my party dress in the hotel. - thank god there was a sephora near by - I tried every product in that store that would help camoflouge my legs an arms and finally setteled on this one. I was scared to death when I put it on after my shower. - it looked weird and was really runny - there was no way I was going to put on a $200 dress with this stuff! But I got busy and had to help my husband and buy the time I went back to wipe it off it was dry and not coming off on the white towel - I finished getting dressed and WOW did my legs look great - mu husband said he couldn't even tell I had the bruieses... went out and all night long I was asking my husband if anything was on my dress and nothing...
went back to the hotel fell into bed and the next morning - the white sheets were still white..

I would buy it again.... I was scared to death but it really worked out for me...
TIP: the young lady at sephora told me to use it in layers..little at a time till I got the coverage I needed not to put it on thick - one layer was all I needed not much and I am fair skinned. maybe the transfer comes from it being put on to thick??????

First off, let me say that I am not a fan of self-tanners. I used to tan indoors a lot when I was younger, but I got very turned off when I saw what years of that did to a co-workers skin. For a long time, I tried every self-tanning lotion known to man and disliked the majority of them. I even did airbrush tans (both mystic and at home) and didn't really like them, either. So, I've been pale for a long time (except
my forearms, which get the most sun).

I was skeptical when I bought this in a kit from Sephora. Contrary to most of the reviews, the scent is what pulled me in. It reminds me of a light pipe tobacco, with a hint of vanilla and coconut. The scent does fade as the day passes, though. The first time I put this on, I used about a dime sized drop and rubbed on my decolletage, since my shirt was lower cut than usual. It blended well with my neck/face. (I am a MAC NW20). There is some shimmer to this and I wasn't sure that I would like it, but it really just works for me. I like the fact that there is some pink in the luminizer, as it doesn't make you look orange-tanned, it's just a natural looking glow.

Note: This was a little sticky when I first put it on, despite the runny consistency. I did let this dry down for about 5 minutes before I got dressed. I had it on all day and it didn't come off on my clothing.
