I love this product! It's always with me, no matter where I'm going. I have it sitting next to my bed at night, in my pocket at school, in my bag when I go shopping or on the table next to me at home!
My lips use to get really dry and gross, so I went out and bought this. It helped sooo much I've repurchased it so many times!
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I hate the taste! Like, I tend to lick my lips and ahh, the taste is just so bad. It nevers improvement, but other than that, fantastic product!
Will be repurchasing soon since I'm nearly out!

This is one of the worst products that I have ever used. I ran out of my usual lip balm (Blistex Medicated with SPF15 is my current HG lip balm) so I used this instead. It goes on thick and just sits on top of my lips; it doesn't absorb into my lips so I still feel like my lips are chapped.
That's not the worst thing about it though. I can deal with thick lip balms, but I simply can not deal with lip balms that dry out my lips even more the next day and give me weird bumps on my lips! The bumps were tiny and the same color as my lips, but it just feels so uncomfortable. It looks like a have teensy little milia seeds on my lips. >:(
The same thing happened to me when I used Nivea's A Kiss of Moisture Lip Balm too. I have a feeling that they share some type of ingredient that makes me get those nasty bumps because I don't share my cosmetics.

I love this lip balm! It moisturizes your lips and it comes with an SPF of 15! What more do you want? I like the smell b/c it kind of smells like a hint of vanilla. The consistency is thick enough to moisturize one lips all year round, even in the winter! I like that I don't have to keep reapplying it and it's pretty cheap, especially at Wal-Mart.

This is my all-time favorite lip balm. I have been using this for a good 10-15 years. It is just the right amount of moisture, without being too heavy. I can wear it alone, or layer underneath lipstick or lip gloss. I love that it contains SPF so I don't need to worry about sun damage on my lips.

This is one of my favorite Chapstick lipbalms. I have very dry lips that tend to crack and peel. This stuff is extra special, because in the winter, the wind and cold exacerbate my lips. This balm keeps them soft and protects them. I wish this was the vanilla mint flavor, because it really has no flavor at all. It's still a winner with me.

I really wanted this to work well for me, I'm a pretty firm believer in "simpler is better" when it comes to lip balms. But this just doesn't work for me. It feels weird on my lips - no matter how many times I swipe it on it just doesn't feel like I have enough at all. And I don't feel any moisture, it actually kind of feels drying on my lips. It doesn't absorb into my lips at all. It's cheap and fine in a pinch but this is definitely not my first choice.

I absolutely LOVE this Chapstick. I'm a clarinetist so I have a slight tendency to have chapped lips...I lick them a lot while in band, especially if it's a dryish day. I've been using Chapstick since middle school and none works quite so well as the moisturizing one. Sadly though I fell out of the habit of using Chapstick, but I started using this again during band camp because of the SPF and I always keep a tube on me now because of its amazing lip-healing magic!
I find that even when my lips are just slightly dry a quick swipe of Chapstick Moisturizer immediately makes my lips noticeably softer and I've developed a habit of always rubbing my lips together when I'm wearing Chapstick because they feel slightly slick and I love that feeling. Hehe :)
I have never had a problem with the smell, in fact I actually kind of like it. Not really sure where people are coming up with it smelling icky, it smells like Chapstick to me. :P
I usually get Mom to buy me a couple of these at a time, I've already had two or three of them go through the wash since school started. Those that don't get washed get lost, and I always try to have one or two extra on hand.

I confess, I am the biggest lip balm junkie. I have about 10 unopened ones, still waiting to be used. However, my go-to is always the Chapstick, the original one. It moisturises my lips adequately, has sun protection and it's dirt cheap! They always have Buy One Get One Free promotions for $3AU so it costs $1.50 each. I wish I didn't waste my time with other lipbalms!

This is my favorite chapstick, and one of my favorite lip balms. It's my normal go-to lip balm. I'll try other balms (I'm a freak about trying them all!), but good old moisturizing chapstick never fails me. Nice smooth, creamy texture that lasts. Not waxy like original chapstick. It doesn't really give any shine, but a moistness look to lips. I have one in every coat, purse, etc! Stays soft when left in a cold car in winter. US$2.99 for a three-pack.

Pros
-simple packaging and convenient twist up stick;
-colourless, moisturising and non-sticky;
-SPF15 for daily protection;
-inexpensive.
Cons
- unpleasant scent and taste (which makes it off-putting for me).
Will not repurchase.

I love, love, love this stuff. I usually hate having any kind of balm or gloss on my lips but this stuff feels nice. It's light, non-greasy, and it works. Plus, it not only works--it works fast. My lips feel super soft even if I've only had it on for a short period of time. Will definitely purchase again.

This is the first lip balm I've found that actually moisturizes my lips instead of just coating them. It's also dirt cheap and can be found pretty much anywhere. It has a really nice, subtle vanilla-y scent to it too. Good stuff. :)

This is AMAZING!!!! The best lip balm I have ever tried. Moisturizes while giving you a shiny tint. I have been using this for a long time and this is probable my 5th one in ummmm 5 months. So I can pretty much use one of these in one month or even less, it depends on how dry my lips are. In the winteryyyy season I used a million of these things, and believe me they are worth it. I believe they are only 1 dolla, which is awesome. The chapstick contains a SPF of 15 which is what everyone needs to have. You can pick up this product anymore, drugstore, departments, anywhere. I recommend this product...you won't be let down.

Not particularly good. I've tried my share of lip balms, including Aquaphor, Burt's Bees, Nivea, Softlips, and whatever else MUA throws at me, so in comparison this is mediocre, if that. It's thick upon applying, but never really soaks into lips, just sits on top and disappears within the hour to leave lips not exactly dry, but nowhere near soft. Meh, still on the hunt for a Holy Grail chapstick!

My lips have been so painfully dry lately, I was desperate. I have tried everything: Burts Bees, Blistex, Flavored Chapstick, Softlips, Nivea, night treatments, etc. Those were great for moisturizing my lips for the moment, but it did not help heal them long term. I noticed a difference after the 2nd time I applied this...my lips were still soft and moisturized from the first application! And I am talking hours later I tried to apply a 2nd swipe. Some ladies have mentioned that this has a pleasant scent to it, but mine seems to be unscented to me. Even better! I cannot stand lip balms that smell or taste "off". This was on sale at my supermarket for .99 cents so I grabbed it. The word "Moisturizer" caught my eye. Never tried this one before surprisingly....I guess because it was so "original" and no frills. Well that is what worked best for me and I now have smooth lips and can wear lipstick like a normal person again :)

this is my HG lip balm when it comes to one with SPF. it's inexpensive and works well, and makes a great base for lip gloss and lipstick. i only wish i could find it in Hong Kong.
