This moisturizes my hands really well (and I have dry skin, which includes my hands, and they ALWAYS feel dry), and I notice my nails grow better and look better when I use this lotion consistently. I feel like I always need this lotion to keep my nails healthy. I'm not keen on the scent, but it doesn't repulse me either. The packaging is fine. I have purchased this lotion multiple times in both the full size and travel size (I like to keep it in my purse).

I am astounded that some reviewers rave about the scent of this loion!!! It is sickening too me, so strong and just... ew. It gives me a headache and I am NOT at all sensitive to smells usually. I leave this on my desk and after months of not using it, I'll pump some out and I instantly run to go wash it off, it stinks so bad!

I can't bring myself to throw the big bottle away, but i also can't give this to someone, I'd feel terrible giving them this stinky stuff! So, I'll keep trying, but the smell ain't changing, so I will likely have this bottle on my desks for YEARS!

The smell is horrible! It smells like an unpleasant bar of soap. I am not sensitive to smells what so ever, but this smell makes me sick to my stomach. Apparently the ingredients are dangerous and toxic to the body (according to cosmetics database). DO NOT BUY THIS PLEASE!!

I bought this hand cream after months of desperation and frustration with peeling, weak nails. I've been using it 3-4 times a day for a week (making sure to slather my nails), and already I can tell my nails are stronger. The peeling that usually causes them to split and break seems to have slowed down. I whacked my fingernail into a drawer yesterday, typically a situation where it'd break into a jaggy mess - but behold! Fingernail intact! After that, I'm a believer.

As far as qualities strictly as a hand cream, it's fine. Not the most moisturizing I've ever used, but does the job well. The scent is a little powdery, but it's not bad. The real beneficiaries here are your nails.

The perfect hand cream that really works on my hands and nails. Have used it for years now and will definitely continue buying it. It smells nice and sinks in quickly without any mess and itīs available in three sizes, i usually buy the largest.

I keep this at my desk at work to put on my hands after I use the paint stripper soap in our bathrooms to wash my hands.

This is a nice creamy hand cream, with a light scent that disappears a few mintues after application. When I remember to use it on a regular basis my hands stay soft and my cuticles don't look like somebody's been using sandpaper on them. You don't need a ton of this to moisturize both hands, and it sinks it fairly quickly and is not at all greasy.

You hands won't reek for hours afterwards like when I use the Shea Hand Cream for B & BW. Just makes your hands nice and smooth and not feel so tight after you've washed them.

Approximately $3 to $4 @ Wal-Mart for a 3.1 fluid oz. tube. Had lasted fairly long, but only because I have 4 different tubes of hand lotion in my cabinet at work.

A good, inexpensive hand cream for the money.
(If you want seriously good hand cream and are willing to spend the $$, get L'Occitane)

I bought this after I was tiring of endless tubes of B&BW lotions - the smells started getting gross to me and my boyfriend who had to suffer through reapplications all day from me. I admit that I haven't noticed much difference in my hands or nails (I also haven't really been looking) but this is a pretty solid lotion on its own. It has a soft, pleasant smell that isn't overbearing at all and my skin feels soft and moisturized after I use it. I especially like how fast it gets absorbed - no greasy hands! It's affordable and easy to find. I will definitely buy this again; I like it a lot.

Smells good and works. Sinks in quickly and moisturizes well. Only problem is that the results don't last long enough.

I recently suffered from hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD), I've recovered but the rashes/spots on my hands began to tear off as dead skin and the process was slow and leaves my hand a very rough skin. But after applying it on my hands, those dead skins were easy to peel off and it leaves my hand smooth and no more brittle nails! Its also affordable (SGD$5.30) and available at most pharmacies.

I can honestly say I can't remember ever buying hand lotion before I bought Healthy Hand & Nail. My hands had always been super soft and hydrated and I used to laugh at people who would randomly ask if I had any hand lotion. Why would I need that? But karma has finally come around, and over the past month I've had this dry spot on my right hand that wouldn't go away. I used baby lotion on it at night, my universal cure, and it didn't work. I finally sucked it up and looked for hand lotion the next time I went grocery shopping. I bought the 3.1 oz tube at Walmart for around $2. And so far, so good! I was worried that it would be greasy, but it absorbs pretty fast. My dry spot is gone! The tube is probably going to last me a long time since I'm now only using it once a day in the mornings when I first get to work and it keeps my hands really smooth and hydrated all day. I'm obviously by no means familiar with hand lotions, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this has done a good job for me. Not so bad for my first try!

EDIT: I still really like this hand lotion, but silly me forgot to read all the labels before use. I thought all hand lotions were harmless. Well, this one claims to contain AHA, which makes your skin super sun-sensitive, and if you don't protect the skin area with either clothes or sunscreen, will speed up the aging process. And we all know one of the biggest indicators of age is a person's hands. Sigh. Its a definite bummer that this great lotion could actually be causing more harm than good. This would probably be a fantastic hand lotion for someone in a cold climate who wears gloves or mittens every time they go outside during winter. But for people like me in warm climates who don't even own a pair of gloves, this is a no go.

My HG of handcreams for during the day! I have a tube of this in every bag and on my desk at work. It sinks in really fast, smells nice, makes my nails stronger and keeps my hands soft all day :)! What more could you wish for in a handcream..? And it's soooo cheap!!
I use this in combination with Burt's Bees Hand Salve, which I use before I go to sleep, and together they are the dreamteam to keep my hands in perfect condition during the winter!! Have and will repurchase!!

As a hand cream, I don't love this product. It's a bit greasy, takes a while to sink in, doesn't really moisturise my hands that much and the packaging is horribly designed (if I forget to squeeze it out very gently then LOADS comes out). However. It has improved my nails significantly, and deserves a high rating just for that. I didn't notice until I stopped using it and suddenly my nails were flaking and breaking all over the place, and now I'm back on it. Not expensive at all, totally worth it for what it does to my nails.

This really hydrates my hand and leaves you hand and nail feeling soft and smooth. the only flaw i have for this lotion it that it becomes slightly sticky and I'm also not to crazy with the smell, but i can live with it. overall it really makes your hand glow and works well.

I really like this hand moisturiser as it really works and makes your hands very soft. I keep a tube on my vanity as I like to apply moisturiser several times daily as I have extremely dry hands with peeling skin. This makes my hands soft and look somewhat normal! LOL the only thing I don't really like is the smell but its bearable and also its very cheap to buy!

My dad only uses lotion on his hands so he has a jumbo bottle of this,,i've lately started to use it too and i love it!! it's perfect as a hand lotion for normal to dry skin (but if your hands are extremely dry to the point where the skin are chapped,,i don't think this would heal them,,you'll need something medicated and heavy duty). the texture is very nice,,it's light, non greasy, and fast absorbing,,leaves the skin silky soft and moisturized..the scent is not the best hand lotion scent in the world but it doesn't bother me i actually kinda like it..it's definitely worth it for its good quality and cheap price,,and the jumbo size will last for a long time.

Hate to be the downer here, but I can't stand this stuff. First off, this leaves a slightly sticky layer on my hands that bothers me to no end. It makes me feel dirty. Secondly, this is heavily scented with what seems like a cheap hooker perfume. Scents usually don't bother me, but this smells strong and it lingers for a while. I do like tube packaging, but this one is kinda large and chunky, which could be annoying to tote around in your handbag. This lotion did not cause any noticeable improvement in my hands or nails after using it for several weeks.I definitely do not recommend this.

I have been using this hand lotion for 15 years. It is the best for keeping your nails strong and hands soft. It is never greasy-this lotion sinks into your skin right away. I occasionally stray from this product to try new things but I always regret it.

I first started using this lotion a few years back and I absolutely loved it. But then I decided I was going to try some of the other hand lotions out there.....BIG MISTAKE. My nails went back to being weak and started chipping all the time again. I have learned my lesson now, and my nails are back to being strong and beautiful! I get so many compliments on my nails, people think I actually go to the nail salon every 2 or 3 weeks to get a manicure. I just laugh and whip out my bottle in my purse and tell them that they have to try it! I can not speak more highly of this product. If it gets discontinued, I don't know what I'm going to do!

This is my Holy Grail lotion for hands. NOTHING, and I mean nothing whips my nails into shape like this. It stops peeling, brittle nails in their tracks. It makes my cuticles look like I just had a mani. It's not greasy, it smells wonderful and makes my hands silky smooth. My only fear is that everything I like gets discontinued. I will have to buy a warehouse of this stuff if that is the case. I love this stuff. Truly there is nothing like it. They should hire me as their spokesperson, LOL!!!
