This product was something I had high hopes for. I used to use Tone with Mango Splash and it was very moisturizing for my dry skin. I picked this up, when I ran out, hoping it would be better. It sucks.

It doesn't clean, and just sits atop your skin. It doesn't even moisturize. I was very disappointed because even washing my body with my Pantene Shampoo does better than this does!

my hg body wash! It smells so good + its thick & moisturizing. It makes my skin feel so smooth, plus i can smell it after i get out of the shower, unlike a lot of body washes. Its kinda expensive for a drugstore body wash, but i love it so much that i will buy again. it doesnt leave a greasy film on my skin either

HG Body wash
This is the best smelling body wash hands down.

It's sort of like a paste almost, it's super thick and I tend to use more of it than I would a normal body wash. It's worth it though, leaves your skin soft and stays smelling AMAZING for long after.

I've been using this product for 2+ years & I LOVE IT! I've tried all the Body ribbons washes and the one with the jojoba just makes my skin feel so soft and hydrated! It smells so lovely, without being too overpowering. my skin gets very dry, expecially on my legs and it hydrates them very well! The price is excellent for a body wash that works so well, & the biggest bottle lasts me about 8 months!! My only change would be packaging because towards the end alot of the product gets stuck on the sides and you have to take the lid off to get to it, but it isn't a deal breaker for me haha :) Hope this was helpful!

I love this body wash! It smells so good and it's so moisturizing. However, I've stopped buying it because it's expensive. If I see it on sale or if I can find the generic version, I would definitely repurchase.

I didn't like this at all. I did not feel clean after and I use thick moisturizing body washes and body butter cream so it wasn't the moisture, it was like I was washing with diluted crisco. YUK. The smell wasn't great either, not bad, but I like fruity girly smelling washes (like tone blueberry!). But I found out it makes an excellent shaving cream, nice smooth shave no bumps, but for the price there are actual shaving creams that are just as good.

I reviewed Quench body wash and thought that I really liked it for its moisturization. But this body wash trumps Quench with just one use. Although Quench moisturizes where you won't look ashy, the body butter in this makes you feel so soft. You really won't need another application of lotion with this. This is really one of those type of dual products that will save you time in the morning and leave a nice, light scent.

This is one of the best body washes I have used. I normally always buy body wash from Bath and Body Works or The Body Shop but have recently been finding them to be too harsh for my sensitive skin. Since using this, it's the first winter I haven't had any dry skin at all. I don't even have to moisturize. The texture is very creamy and it has a really light pleasant scent. Will definitely continue to use this product.

HG body wash for me. I live in Northern Nevada, and it is quite dry here. I had tried many different moisturizing body washes. I always had dry skin on the back of my legs, along with little itchy bumps. Within a few days of using this, my legs were totally smooth and have been ever since. I have been using this product for about one year now. My only gripe is that I don't love the packaging. It can be hard to get it out of the bottle when it gets towards the end.

I love this bodywash. I don't have to moisturize after, even in during the dry winter months. It smells nice and laters nicely with my bath gloves.

***EDIT: I repurchased 2 huge bottles of the teal one as well as about 6 bottles of both this one and the pink one . Ever since I started using the Ribbons body washes, I've used up at least 10 bottles of this stuff. I still love it more than anything and I will keep using it (as a shace cream). I have about 8 bottles of this in my stash :)

I really like this body wash, and I know what I am talking about (I own about 20 ones from ds to higher end ones). This is moisturizing enough so I could skip lotion. I really like that the product is thick and lathers well. I don't need to use as much as a Dial wash, for instance. Smell is pleasant too. This often goes on sale as well so I will definately repurchase since this has become one of my favorites washes! :)

I adore this product! It smells good, and it lathers nicely and I don't need to apply any body lotion afterwards. It makes my skin feel super soft and I didn't notice how dry my skin was until after I started using this and realized the difference lol. My skin feels and looks much better. I will continue purchasing this. :)

I bought the joboba butter one instead of the pink ribbons one because with my dry skin I need all the moisture I can get. Even with the heavy moisture it's supposed to give, I felt like my skin was 'just surviving' as in it felt normal, not supple like I like it to feel but not like dead fish scales like before.
The spout of the bottle is cute, I like how they made it so that when you squeeze the product out you can visibly see the ribbons. It also smells delicious!
If it wasn't for me wanting ambitiously to try other body washes this is one I would continue to use.

Not a bad product, but not great either compared to my HG Dove Cream Oil Body Wash. I find Dove has a nicer fragrance, dispenses in a stream not globs from the container, has a richer lather of suds, is more moisturizing, and is cheaper. I guess I will just keep buying my HG Dove.

I love how moisturizing the body wash is. In the summer, I don't need a lotion. My skin dries out more in the winter so I have to use a lotion, but I could almost skip it. Other body washes I have tried have been moisturizing, but the effects last considerably longer with this one. I love this product.

I did not like this product because it comes out in purple globs. It also led to my shower drain clogging. Perhaps it moisturizes, and maybe even cleans the skin but I prefer Nivea's Touch of Happines. A shower cleansing gel that really does make me happy.

I love this stuff ,have been using for years . Great in the summer when you don't want to add a moisturizer and sweat it off and great for dry skin in the winter ,either alone or for very dry skin you can add some moisturizer to make your skin feel super hydrated.

I've been using this body wash for about 2 weeks now, and by the 3rd day I noticed my skin becoming more hydrated (which would last hours even after I got out of the shower) and now by the 2nd week, my skin feels soooo smooth and moisturized. I have SUPER dry skin normally, so I noticed the benefits really soon and my skin has completely changed. It actually DOES last a while because a little bit of this goes a long way and that's all you really need. I also threw out my shaving cream and use this instead since it lathers so beautifully and moisturizers as I'm shaving. It gives me a nice smooth shave better than a shaving cream, at least for me. Other cheaper bodywashes I go through Soooo fast because they aren't as thick and you need to use more to get a good lather, but this lasts twice as long as the others which makes up for the cost. It is quite expensive for a body wash but its worth every penny and I couldn't be happier with all the benefits I've gotten.

Product is pricey compared to other washes. It uses up fast since its thick. I dont feel it moisturizes well and it does not lather at all. Does not have a super clean feeling. And cap is easy to break off. Nice scent but would not buy again..
