The smell is absolutely amazing! I use this as a deep treatment every once in a while, with a shower cap and under a dryer. There's not a whole lot to say about this, except that while it's nice... it's pretty expensive for such a small amount.

This deep conditioner is fantastic! Made my hair just feel silky smooth and moisturised! I managed to get it through and online supplier and get about 50% off so with that in mind I really didnt find it too expensive! I got the ginormous tub and honestly a little goes a really long way so I hope that this will last me a looong time as I would only use this twice a week as a more intensive conditioning treatment. Thumbs up TiGi amazing product!

This conditioner is my all time favorite. Years ago in an attempt to go platinum blonde, I managed to fry my thick, fine hair beyond existence. This is the only thing that could bring it back to life- my stylist was completely baffled! This conditioner is a great detangler, smells fabulous, and is very rich and nourishing for your hair. A little goes a long way, too! I'm so obsessed with this product that I just bought a 25 oz. tub of it and couldn't be happier. This is my miracle product :)

All I can say is wow! This conditioner does the job! Left my hair feeling fantastic. Its pricey and the container is tiny but it's so worth it.

I have been searching and searching for a good conditioner that will help smooth my dry very damaged hair.I have wasted so much money on things that suck but the lady in the store told me this conditioner was very popular and I saw there was no parabens so I purchased.I love it!I love the minty smell and it also has a tingly feeling when its on that I like. This stuff makes my hair soo soft and smooth. My hair feels amazing and looks so much better.I use this 2-3 times a week and what a difference it has made.I am very glad I took a chance on this and I will deff.repurchase when I run out.

This is THE GREATEST deep conditioner EVER. It has restored my hair completely. I have platinum bleach blonde hair and I go to the salon every 4 weeks for root touch-ups. My stylist is amazed at the condition of my hair, being so healthy and strong and soft even after all the bleach I use! I use this at least once a week, along with TiGi Health Factor shampoo, and Health Factor conditioner on the days I don't use this. This conditioner really sinks into the hair, and feels like it actually penetrates, instead of just sitting on top and doing nothing like most conditioners out there. Believe me, I have tried them all. The smell is yummy- like candy. I don't know how else to describe it. There is Sunflower seed oil and hydrolyzed silk in the ingredients. Give it a try- I doubt you'll dislike it.

This is my go to deep conditioner, I use it once a week on my colored hair and I love it!

Pros: It's a great deep conditioner for colored or damaged hair, the sunflower oil leaves my hair soft and silky and the product really penetrates to leave my hair feeling amazing. A little goes a long way too!

Cons: I really am not a big fan of the scent, it's not terrible but not the best. Also, I buy the tubs and they take up a ton of room so I put the product in another container in my shower and store the rest. In addition, the product is really heavy and heavy duty stuff so you do not need a lot which is a good and a bad thing because although it's great, I can see how it could weigh your hair down if you use to much and don't rinse it out enough.

PS: I give the price a 3 because I know it's expensive but because I'm licensed, I can by products for WAY WAY WAY cheaper at salon professional only stores. I buy the tubs and they are really dirt cheap that way.

OMG, this stuff is heaven in a tube (albeit a weird tube...). I have coarse, wavy and very thick, almost waist length hair and it just loves this stuff. When my hair is feeling dry and porous, I reach for this conditioner and it turns my hair silky and manageable. Best of all I don't have to use a ton of it. Most products I have to use almost a half dollar amount but this stuff takes a little less than a quarter size dollop! I don't heat style my hair too often because I'm of the opinion thats really what trashes your hair the worst so I'll just wash, use this conditioner, towel dry it, then pin it up, go to sleep and then wake up with gorgeous hair. Also, I don't use it every day, it seems to lose that effect (or else I just get used to it and cant tell the difference) but thats also a plus because this stuff is expensive at almost $30 a pop....that would be the only draw back but so far I cant find anything that even comes close to the results I get from this stuff so even if its an expensive addiction, I'll gladly pay cause it works! Last but not least, I love the smell, it kind of reminds me of a mint orange candy or as one girl said, minty strawberry kind of smell. LOVE IT and I hope they NEVER discontinue it because I'd have a heck of a time scraping together the cash to buy it out at the beauty store I get it from.

I dye my hair once a month or i am constantly changing my hair color so i am always trying to find new conditioners to keep my hair looking healthy. I came upon this at my friends apartment and tried it and when i put it on i noticed a wondeful change right away. my hair looked and felt so smooth and the smell is great. I went to a neaby Ulta and bought some. Whenever i switch to another conditioner it does nothing but when i go back to So Serious Conditioner its like heaven on my head all ove again.

So rich and smooth, it detangles like a dream, and when I rinse it out, my hair is soft and hydrated. Itypically hate Toni and Guy products, but this one is a winner IMO.

Luckily, I work at a CosmoProf, which is a beauty supply store only for licensed cosmetologists. WE ARE WHOLESALE. That means our prices are half of retail. On top of this, as an employee, I receive a discount.
Putting that in perspective, I can understand why people are disappointed: this product is EXPENSIVE.
This is, however, one of the best conditioners I have come across next to the Joico K-Pak line. (hate the smell) I really like the way the conditioner is cooling, and its easy to comb through hair after treatment. I have fine but thick hair and if I don't use this sparingly, my hair WILL look greasy. I give it four, just because of the high price tag: a price that high should basically perform miracles.

When it comes to hair products, I have no spending limit if I'm *certain* a product will change the life of my hair. I went to a Tony and Guy salon to have my hair done for a 50's pin-up party. I listened to the pitch and was convinced the new S Factor products were THE best in the world. I dropped $50 on shampoo and conditioner and HATE them both. The smell is odd, they don't smooth and almost leave my hair feeling super dry and tangled. S Factor doesn't have my vote.

REALLY GREAT CONDITIONER!!! my hair felt like silk even after it was dried, tangle free. i cant emphasize enough that hair feels like silk, smells great. i use shampoo of this same company for color hair. my hair is oily and thin, bleached, at ends it tangles and top of the head oily, basically its a tragedy in itself. It was so hard to find the right shampoo for me until i purchased S Factor Shampoo and Serious Conditioner with Seed oil and my hair gets many compliments. One minus, its really expensive, but i can tell you one thing, i am worth it!!!

Eh, this was just ok for me. I loved the smell and the tingling but didn't feel like it did much for my hair. I found other, cheaper products to do the same thing. The search continues...

Wow, for the first time i'm the minority here... Did nothing for me at all - i was expecting more from this S factor line, and the only thing that works for me is the flat iron spray - oh well... into my endless pit of failure product it goes!!

I love the packaging, I love the smell, I hate the price.

For msot people this is a deep conditioner, for the level of damage my hair has been put through, a detangler.

Really does soften and detangle impressively. I have used various deep conditioners as detanglers before applying my masquintense and this is definitely the most effective so far.
So for someone without a brillo pad for a head, this would be amazing.

Works so well and I LOVE the smell. It's expesive, but TiGi Catwalk makes a conditioner that is exactly the same for slightly less money.

Since I have had my hair stripped to get my burgundy highlights out, my hair was brittle and dry! I started to use the S-Factor Serious Conditioner and boy this has made a difference! It makes my hair soft and shiny and also makes it easy to style. I have to say I am a wee bit jealous as we don't get the wonderful BOGO deals on stuff in Canada so I pay big bucks for this conditioner. Oh well, at least it works!

I love this conditioner! It makes my damaged/color treated hair smooth and soft. I can't quite describe the smell but I love it! The only downside is the pretty high price but check out your local stores...the last time I went to BeautyFirst (specifically to buy S Factor cond.) the salesgirl told me all TiGi products were buy one get one free! Lucky me!
