More radiance after using
But it doesn't improve any tenderness
Awful packaging, the jar will let the antioxidant die !
Costly too
Fair-fair score for this mask !
I got it with the TTAc pack
If I have to purchase it my self ? Never...

I bought this together with superdefense in a "brighten and protect" set. I wouln'd normally have got this mask, but the saleslady sad for a few Euros extra I going to get this mask.
I do like this mask, better than many other rub-off masks I have tried, but not HG for my very oily skintype. I leave it on for over 15 min before I rub it off. Toghether with the Turnarund Concentrate my face is soooo soft, I was chocked the first time after using this. I does exfoliate, Paula sad in her book that it doesn't work but my pores are smaller after.
The two things that I don't like is that it doesn't control oil, and the second thing is that avoid putting it on eyebrows or guys not on beard areas. Boy is it difficult to rub off there, or it sits there, only thing is to wash off....

This did not wow me. My sister has this so I borrowed it a few times. She likes it so I figured why not. It is a bright light blue shimmery looking gel/paste. I tried this three seperate occasions, a week or so apart, and didn't notice anything spectacular happen with my skin. For that matter, I didn't notice much of anything at all. I left it on for 15 plus minutes, rubbed it in a bit, rinsed and realized my skin looked no better or no worse - on me it just seemed to be like an expensive cleanser. On the positive it didn't cause redness or breakouts. But this is definitely something I wouldn't purchase.

I received a sample of this last year and didn't use it until last week. I was so impressed with it, I went to Sephora 2 days later and purchased the full size.
This type of mask has to dry on your face and be rubbed off before washing it off. Because of that, you get fabulous exfoliation without the sandy grains and post scrub angry, red face. It leaves my face feeling very soft and obviously exfoliated. It was glowing without looking like I ran sandpaper all over it.
Some reviewers have issue with the price, which was $34.50 for a 2.5 ounce jar. I used to get facials with a professional monthly and she used a very simliar product. I paided much more than $35 for a session with her, and I get almost identical results. For me, the price is excellent for the quality.
At first, I wasn't thrilled about the packaging. I would have prefered a tube as opposed to a jar, for contamination protection. However, with the jar you'll be able to scrape out and use every last bit of this mask.
I will continue to purchase this product.

I think this mask is either really good for some and really bad for others. I broke-out like crazy after using this mask. The first time i used it my skin was glowing and nice. The second week i used it, my skin got red and blochty. The third time around, and I got huge pimples.
I got a whole jar left, and now i use it for my hands and feet..hmm..it does a great job for my hands and feet though. :) I guess it was to harsh for my skin. But i really would not recommend it. Clinique is highly known for exfoliating properties. And I think this is way too much for the face to handle.

Hi all!
I'm from humid and tropical Singapore.
I think this stuff rocks.
Yes, I think this works best with the total turnaround visible renewer serum. My pores are minimised, skin smooth and glowing.
I think the price is reasonable because I buy it in sets of samples. Well if I can get the same amount of product with the price slashed, I dun mind sticking to samples. Besides, so convenient! I dun have to pay terrible amounts to put the exact same skincare products on my dressing table at home and also at my boyfriend's place. I just take one sample tube here, and another there, and still have the extra few to keep in stock. I paid SGD25 for 5 tubes of 15ml = 75ml. At retail, one jar of 75ml costs SGD84.
My money is always tight considering I'm full time studying.
Even at SGD25, it is still a bit on a leash for me. But it's worth it.
This is the only way that I can try using various relatively high end products. And I'm really glad that i decided to try this MASK!! or else I wouldn't have known how fantastic this is for my skin. Even my boyfriend noticed my skin after I used this the first time. The thing is, he is not really an observant type. I have relatively good skin, no blemishes, only one or two pimples around THAT time of the month. So imagine how much improvement and difference it'll actually take to make my bf notice my skin? haha
Anyway, I've just started on using it with the serum. Btw the serum I paid SGD16 for 4 little tubes of 7ml= 28ml. At retail it will cost SGD89 for 30ml. A few years ago I used to buy retail for all skincare (I really saved and saved) and I also bought this. But it didn't seem like it did anything then. I guess the trick is to use it with this mask, which hadn't come out then. I threw that retail bottle out eventually.
SO in total i paid SGD 41 for both types of products. Compared to what I would have to spend at retail to achieve this nice complexion and have to live on air alone, SGD173.
So, of course I would repurchase and repurchase the sample size! erm that is if I have the cash to spare when i run out. But surely would if i could!
Btw, for some reason, in Singapore it is difficult to ask for a sample before buying at makeup and skincare counters.
So, it is really quite a risk when it comes to retail buying. If you bought the product to try it, just didn't like it but don't have an allergy to return it, you just have to suck up the financial loss and move on. Unless you actually have an allergy of course, you could return it but NO refund. You could only exchange it for something else same price or more.
And you wonder why there are people cashing in on samples?
You're kidding.
EDIT:
Goodness gracious. Still the best. I changed my skincare more or less to SKII now. But I'm still hung up on this.
Hopefully, this thang can accompany me throughout life. If they discontinue this, I won't know what to do. Unless they improve on the formula when they decide to change it or put out a different version for it.
babes, leave it on alllll night. Really, that is the difference.
Btw, when I do this, I apply Cl arin's Thirst Quenching Mask on my eye areas, mouth area and neck. So I'm all covered in mask. Esp since that mask is mainly a thick moisturiser only anyway. So this plan is phenomenal for my combination skin that is really dry for dry areas and oily for oily areas.
Friends that I have introduced this to always loved it too and made it their HG mask.
Try it!!!

OK, I love this mask! I am really surprised by the number of people saying it has no effect for them.
I picked this up at Sephora on a whim and I've used it three times now. I massage a thin layer on my face and neck (tonight I used it on the backs of my hands as well!), leave on for up to an hour (haven't gone longer), then use a washcloth to gently buff the product off before rinsing. I am in love with the texture of my skin afterwards... unbelievably soft, smooth and velvety.
I also have a single but large-ish (like half the size of a dime maybe) age spot on one temple and this seems to fade it, albeit very temporarily.
Though my skin tends to be a little sensitive, this doesn't burn or irritate me at all. It also doesn't over dry me. I even like the way it looks when I have it on (not that I would go out in public or anything, but I like the matte texture and the shimmery sparkles... make it feel more like a professional spa treatment). Overall I just really like this product. I don't necessarily expect it to have a long-term effect on wrinkles and lines, but to me, that's what my retinol night cream is for, so if this makes my skin super soft and touchable, I'm happy! I would use this every day if I could!

I got this as a Christmas gift along with the 3 step system and the turnaround concentrate. I recently sent the 3 step system back to Clinique (because I don't have the receipt and Lord & Taylor wouldn't take it back). I should've sent this mask back too, but I thought I might get some good use out of it. Nope. I used it a few days ago and the next day, my cheeks were red and hot to the touch. Somehow, the chemicals burned my skin. I've given up on Clinique skin care products. I like their makeup, but their skin care line is horrible.

I got this as a GWP and found that it didn't do much for my skin. It gives you a cleansing *feel* - there's a cool, tightening feel to your skin after you wash it away, but besides from that, there were no lasting benefits.

This is a product that I use every now and then together with all the other junks I have! I recently started reusing it again. I normally leave it on longer than 15 min, sometimes 1 hour depending on what I'm doing. When taking it off, I follow the instructions to rub it off first, then I added some water to my face and massage it for a few minutes. Immediately after that, my skin usually feels silky and velvety smooth, although I do not see any immediate increase in radiance. However, the next day my skin looks great!. I had a pretty bad break out on my jaw 4 weeks ago. Although it had healed it left a huge dark spot there. I use the Obagi clear continuously and it was indeed slowly fading. I decided to give this a try. After one try of this mask, the spot lightened significantly. It's still there, and hence I'm doing this for the 2nd time now. ;)

i got a sample of this from clinique. it says to apply a very thin layer which i found hard to do because it was quite thick. it's a pretty light blue and as a previous review said, it does have glitter in it. i applied to my whole face and i felt some burning. i don't normally have sensitive skin, but it wasn't bad so i left it on. it says to use fingers to rub off or use a damp, warm washcloth. well, i had a very hard time getting it to rub off. once i finally did get it all removed, i patted dry and looked in the mirror. i saw no difference. i didn't even feel much softer or anything. i was very disappointed. i would do olay's micro-derm and peel kit over this. even though it burned, i at least could tell a difference. this was a waste to me as was the concentrate.

I just got this with GWP, and I really like it. Just got the full size. It made my skin softer and smoother. I am not really looking for anti-aging, because I am only 20, so I dont' know if it helps with that. However, my skin looks radiant and my acne marks seem like they have faded some.

An utter disappointment. I had been wanting to try this for years. There are so many better exfoliating masks without glycolic acid available. This is a light blue lotion with glitter. Yes, glitter because one always wants to be pretty even whilst receiving a treatment. :) It is a silicone based mask with a hint of actyl glucosamine, salicylic acid, herbal extracts, caffiene and saccharomyces lysate. These items are not listed high enough in the ingredient list to acutally contain enough product to actually do anything. Better masks for those looking for AHA-free, non-irritaing exfoliation are enzyme masks. Try Alba Hawaiian Papaya mask, Murad fruit enzyme mask, Elemis Papaya mask, Pevonia Botanica enymo-spherides mask. If you are sensitive to payapa enzymes then try Neutrogena Advanced solutions facial peel which uses a mushroom protein to dissolve dead skin cells. Also Neutrogena Advanced solutions acne mark fading peel which contains the mushroom protein plus 2% salicylic acid.

This mask didn't do much for my skin. There seemed to be a slight improvement of the texture- my skin appeared somewhat smoother- which was an instant- but unfortunately not a lasting- effect. Basically- after having used up one jar of this product- my skin looked pretty much the same as it did before. This product is nothing like microdermabrasion- for even a very mild enzyme-peel (e.g. Decleor- Phytopeel) would polish my skin better than TT 15 min mask. Otherwise- this mask is gentle; non-irritating- (probably) suitable for sensitive skins also.

This is a great mask! I used it as directed and it dried nicely and had an inoffensive, mild scent - good for my sensitive skin. It didn't make me break out (as other masks and scrubs have in the past), but I do have to say that when I washed it off, my first impression is that my skin looked nice but not stunning. However, four days later, my skin is much smoother and more glowing than it usually is, and I have to think that this mask takes the credit for my great skin this week. So thumbs-up for me and I will definitely continue to use and repurchase again.

I had results from this product at first but then the product stopped working after I used it a few time. Which surprised me because The Total Turnaround Concentrate is very good. This product does not compare to Estee Lauder Micro-D. I don't know how they advertise it as an alternative to microdermabrasion because the results do not compare. Especially to other products out there.

So far, so good. I got sucked into Bonus Time (like I always do) and thought I'd try a new product - this one. I use it about once a week and it really does make my skin look and feel great. My pores were clean and my face was smooth.

I received this at bonus time, quite a large jar which has lasted for a fair while. I have been using this mask around once a week and havent noticed any results apart from when i take it off my skin is silky smooth. Pores were not reduced, my skin was probably abit smoother but i prefer chanels purete purifying mask. This would probably work better for people who have dry flaky patches on their skin, i would not purchase this product. ( Btw i leave this mask on for around 1 hour as advised by the clinique rep)

Very expensive for what it does. Yes, my skin feels smooth and silky after this, but that can be achieved with a $7 tube of Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque, and my blackheads would be blasted, to boot. Clinique's Turnaround 15 Minute Facial is lightly scented, has a milky formula that applies like a peel-off mask, and once again, is quite pricey.
