Every time I wear a color that is not Gothika, I wish I had worn Gothika. This with Nars blush in Mounia and a little black liner on the waterline is the best look I've done in ages. Absolutely, absolutely gorgeous.

Gothika is lovely--NW20 PPP for reference--not too dark for the pale ladies--reminds me of Stella except not at all orangey and not as smelly. I do wish it tasted and smelled better, but it looks gorgeous.

LOVE IT! Nice plum-berry with a touch of shimmer, very subtle. Looks darker in the tube but applied on my lips, enhances my normal lip color with a nice berry natural shade... very flattering!

I bought this after I read reviews and after visiting 3 Sephora locations and all 3 were sold out of this lippy. I just had to have it, and I am glad that I did purchase. (I found in on sephora.com) It looks like a sheer plummy/red/brown with subtle gold shimmer on my lips. It is so awesome!!! I love the texture, not sticky but soft and so nice I actually look forward to wearing it. I pair this with casino bronzer and I look and feel so pretty, sexy(not skany sexy, but sophisticated. Enough so to go to work wearing this). I feel like this brightens my complexion and makes me look alive!! I will repurchase this over and over again!!!

Wow...I'm not a big lipgloss fan but I loved this color when I tried it on at Sephora (I was exchanging Dior "Lick of Taffy" which just didn't do it for me). I figure the price is offset by other l/s I get in the more affordable range from other brands so I won't gripe (too much). I'm a Fairly Light in BM with dark brown hair and the contrast of this berry-stain shade is very complementary. I like the packaging but it seems the doe foot doesn't get a good load without some work. Def would buy again!

I LOVE this lipgloss. HG material for me. I purchased after reading Olivehoney's rave reviews about it, and it really is all she hyped it up to be. It is the perfect berry color with my NC35 skin. Will definitely re-purchase.

This is my perfect spiced berry l/g! I will never leave home without it. The price may seem high, but it is so worth it, especially for a l/g cause most fade away after you put it on in about an hour....BUT THIS GLOSS has serious staying power. This is why i love my NARS lipglosses, they are so pigmented without being extremely sticky. The color is a gorgeous berry tone with a hint of gold shimmer. It's not frosty at all though and looks completely natural. This would be the perfect gloss if your looking for that one bitten berry lipcolor. The texture is very smooth too and doesn't have any awkward gloss smells or tastes. If you need to see some pictures, I have some posted in my profile. This gloss can also be very sheer or very deep depending on how mush you put on :) I have pics of it on my lips as well in my profile so you can see just how sheer it can be put on since some people think it looks so scary dark in the tube LOL! :D You have to try it cause I think this gloss would just look gorgeous on just about any skintone. I'm yellow olive toned LLL about an NC30.

For me, Gothika is the *perfect* bitten lip berry color. It looks so dark in the tube, but goes on very sheer with a barely noticible gold shimmer. Great color for the fall and winter, though I can see myself reaching for it in the summer too. I think Gothika would look nice on any skintone, but it may be too deep for the very pale. A little goes a long way, and when I run out, I will definitely repurchase. For your reference, I am NW20-25 with black hair and brown eyes, pigmented lips.

My first Nars lipgloss and I love it!! I didn't get to see it in person but I was so happy when it came.

I am a darker MMM with dark eyes and hair. The spiced berry color matches my normal lip color but makes it look more polished and pretty. I feel like I can wear this color with anything!

Expensive though...but definately a repurchase if I can afford it. :)

Since I am a self-professed lipgloss junkie and am always looking for something "different" yet always seem to buy similar colors in different lines. I already knew NARS glosses are not long lasting, but I also knew that they are not sticky. Gothika is a beautiful red-tinged sheer berry with a hint of gold and the perfect answer to my "something different". It is pricey at $22 USD, but this was a splurge. It will be gorgeous for the holidays and I can see wearing it during summmer months also - maybe for a night out. I scored the last one at C.O. Bigelow and it is beautiful with The Multiple in Cannes. Even when it wears off, I'm left with a slight, pretty stain on the lips. Would repurchase - definite rave! (MAC/NW20 for reference)

First off, AUGH! why are NARS prices alway increasing?! Aside from the hefty price tag, this is a lovely shimmery burgeny red gloss. In the tube it looks like a mauvy plum shade which really put me off at first, but i figured i would at least give it a swipe on my hand at sephora just for the heck of it. I am glad i did, because this is a lovely understated red shade that doesn't go fushia. It looks fab over NARS rouge d Enfer l/s. They make a killer lip combo! Great for the fall and upcomming holidays!
