I bought this along with the blush. I hate the round top applicator. The color is pretty, but I can't see that it defines a lip line at all. It stays on a while and has no bad taste, but I wouldn't buy this again.

The gloss is such a flattering shade, I could see it working for many skintones, etc. I'm a PPP with brunette, green eyes. To some, this could be a YLBB shade, as it is a mauvey with a hit of pink/plum and a tiny amount of shimmer. I have pigmented lips, so this isn't a true YLBB shade for me (it is a tad lighter) but it is really nice on.

Looks great w/ the COH blush and some mascara. LOVE. MLBB, and more pink/mauve. I'm really glad I got this, even tho it was about $7 i only pay that much for l'oreal. : ) they rock

What a lovely color for a great cause. This mauve l/g is my new mlbb HG--no shimmer, just shine! It's an ever-so-slightly beryy mauve shade, and lasts a long time on my lips if I apply with a lip brush. Would definitely repurchase:)

Perfect match to the lipstick. a berry/mauve color with no shimmer/frost in it. i got this at longs since its BOGOF on all L'oreal lip products. Very beautiful color that i think would be very flattering for just about everyone. I dont think this gloss is as sticky as the other CJs i bought. Maybe cuz i used it over its own l/s? Anyhow, i think for my quick days, i will put on the COH blush and just the gloss and still look nice.

I've tried quite a few CJs and this is my favorite. I bought the L/S in Fall 04 and was excited to see a CJ version. I was hoping it would be slightly more pigmented, but am pleased to see its a shiny MLBB color - very natural. They should add it to their collection and give to the cause year round! I don't like it with the L/S, but that's just me. I think the combo is a little warm for my NW20 skin. I may have to pick up a few more of the glosses, however.

I never got around to getting any of the Color of Hope stuff last year, so I jumped at the chance this year. Mainly because the colors just seemed so versatile, which is of course the point. I didn't see a blush this time around, although the rumor is that it's been re-released as well. This is a perfect match for the lipstick with the same name (which I got as well). It is a medium-toned mauvey, plummy, hint of brown, totally neutral (not too warm or too cool) YLBB color. I love it. What I don't love is that slightly plasticy smell that all the ColorJuices have and the round tip--which is why I only gave this a 4. I layer this over the lipstick, which is pretty much the exact same color and I get a beautiful, polished look. I have pigmented lips and light colors always wash me out. On me, this looks very similar to MAC Sophisto, which is my HG...minus the shimmer though and maybe a tad more brown. Anyway, I'll cease to bore you with my rambling. I highly recommend this as it is a gorgeous, versatile color and most importantly, it's for a good cause!
