These shadows retail for $19 and comes in a large round black pot with clear lid. Each shadow is double the size of a MAC one, .09 oz. I like the quality but dont have them all. I prefer the fun colors of MAC and stila but these are excellent quality.

The only Bobbi Brown eye shadows I currently own are the ones in the Pink Face Palette. I find they go on smoothly and blend easily. I love the fact that they are matte and have great staying power (when applied over MAC Paints in Bare Canvas), and I also appreciate that Bobbi Brown has such a wide variety of matte, neutral-toned shadows. My only complaint (and hence the missing lippy) is that they are rather powdery and have a tendency to flake onto my cheek and into my lashes during application. I just brush them away, though. Overall, I'd like to own more Bobbi Brown Shadows.

Ingredients: Talc, Zinc Stearate, Polyethylene, Tricaprylin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben. May Contain: Chromium Oxide Greens, Iron Oxides, Ultramarines, Manganese Violet, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Ferric Ferrocyanide, Bismuth Oxychloride, Carmine, Chromium Hydroxide Green.

I like this shadow as liner-soft, easy to apply w/ Bobbi's eyeliner brush, smoky. However, you really need to use a primer with it if you use it as liner. Otherwise, it smudges easily. Also, 18 bucks might be a tad steep for shadow, but at least it'll last you forever. I've actually only tried charcoal, a nice and soft black. I wish they had more of a color selection for dark lining shadows (like violet). I'm looking forward to buying different colors.

Great product--pigmentation is strong and lasting and the color choices are just beautiful! They make great eyeliners-wet or dry, as well as brow powders--there is a shade for everyone, everything. Plus you get a lot of product for your money!

I own a few BobbiBrown eyeshadows from the matte series to the shimmers to the creams. I love them all!!! There's one drawback though...I find BB's eyeshadow round cases too large and impossible to finish within a year. I wish they could manufacture trios or quads like other Japanese and European makeup brands are offering for more variety and convenience to the frequent traveller. That way, I don't have to carry so many round cases every time I go on a trip.

I have several of BB eye shadows. I really like the way they go on & last all day. The only thing I don't like is the screw tops, other than that, the product is great!!

Just love BB's eyeshadows - I think they have the best texture of all, almost creamy - great for powder shadows. Great matte neutrals, and the shimmers are so subtle, yet effective, that they are virtually idiot-proof. Only one grouse - the screw-on tops are a pain, unlike MAC's fliptops. But then, you do have the 6-pan palettes that come with various style files (another goodie to look out for at least twice a year). BB's e/s are definitely a must-buy for me.
EDIT: Now that Bobbi Brown has discontinued her large round shadows, and switched to the square ones, not sure what to think of them, or the quality of the new shadows becuase I haven't bought any yet. The old large shadows had so much quantity (and of course, quality too) in it, that I've only hit pan with Bone and Banana. I guess for those of us with the 6 and 3-pan round shadow palettes, they would soon be obsolete. Nevertheless, I think Bobbi Brown's shadows are always high in quality. Hope it'll stay that way.

I love Bobbi's eyeshadows. They last a long time, and I just throw some on and instantly look great!

Edit to add:
It's been a year now, and using it every day I have not even made a dent in the pot.

These shades are smooth and nicely suitable for my warm C4 skin. But (perhaps due to my deeper skintone) I have to layer it on to get it true to the shade in the pan, and it fades as the day goes on. It's much too expensive for qualities like this. Will not repurchase. (By the way, Mocha e/s is a more pigmented yet somehow less longer-lasting version of MAC sheertone blush in Gingerly.)

These are the best shadows I've ever tried. The color you see in the shadow container is the color that you will see on your eye lids. They are very pigmented. They go on like silk and they last. I think BB has an incredible color selection in both the mattes and the shimmers. I just wish they weren't so expensive!

Highly pigmented, easy to apply and blend. I have had no problems with creasing. My only complaint is that there is not enough "adventure" within the colour scheme but BB is a natural look brand and for those colours she is spot on. I will continue to "collect" these shadows.

My big problem with this line is that it's almost all warm-toned neutrals. I definitely have cool undertones and I love dramatic eyeshadow colors. Therefore, I haven't been inspired to buy any of Bobbi's shadows, even though I hear they are very high-quality.

This eyeshadow is a nightmare for me. I bought slate and champagne for a easy daytime eye look. I love the natural color, especially of the slate, but it creases like crazy. I use an eyeshadow primer every day and it still creases and I have never had an eyeshadow do this before. It fades very quickly too. I keep reaching for it because the color is so great and then regret it halfway through the day. I guess it could be the Bobbi Brown eye cream I bought at the same time which is to blame.

The lid is hard to screw on, it looks similar to a LORAC container except LORAC ones are easy to thread and screw on.

Although BB makes great matte shadows in pretty neutrals, this line contains mainly warm-toned neutrals and doesn't have many good neutral options for those with cool skin tones (for example, Grey and Slate looked too brown and too warm when applied on my cool-toned skin - they really clashed!). The pigmentation is good, and the colors apply smoothly, so if you are warm-toned this line would be perfect! Also for the price, the staying powder of these shadows is merely so-so.

These really suck. The only reason I give them 2 lippies is b/c of the color selection. Amyway, for the price I do not think the quality is up to par. The texture is not smooth enough, and they are too flaky. I prefer Paula Dorf, or CD to these. Oh, and the shimmery ones flake even worse, yuck!

I've been really impressed with BB eye shadows. I have Espresso, which I use with a push brush to line my eyes, and it lasts for hours! I really want more! The color selection isn't that adventurous, but for neutral fanatics like me, it doesn't get better than this!

Got a deep magenta in swap and I do like the shadow! The color is lovely with lots of pigment and it stays on nicely for me. I'm not sure that I'd buy another one though only because MAC is cheaper. Revised-4/21: Swapping, too much trouble for me since this is a loose powder!

I'm reviewing "dark brown", which was used on me during a professional makeup session, as eyeliner. I bought it based on that, and love it-it's rich, velvety and a perfect color. I find that the darker BB shades are the best; the lighter ones are *so* light that they're almost too neutral for the price!

This (Mahogony) is my standard. Beautiful texture and easy to apply. Very high quality and natural color (for me).
