Have been using this eyeliner for years. Goes on smooth and blendable. This is a great eyeliner, lasts all day. The only thing I would say I dont like is it doesn't last long at all on your waterline..but I mean what do u expect its like 90 cents! lol. These are great liners though if you dont want to spend a lot and don't expect it to last on your waterline. Love them.

I would have to say its a REALLY cheap eyeliner to buy. But who cares as long as it works okay. Its really long.I usually buy a much shorter pencil for more money which is a waste of money just to outline your eyes... Its a good EYELINER!! Its really smooth to put on BUT it wears off easily and doesnt stay on for long. OVERALL i would totally purchase it again for the incredible price. I recommend it to anyone.

the price is great but it's not really user friendly.
you have to keep sharpening over and over again and it's just hard to put on. the color is alright but i'm not going to be buying this again, going to try to find better inexpensive alternatives

It's so cheap for a long eye liner pencil that I would purchase again. I only bought it in white, which is somewhat smooth, not that creamy but not that hard as other reviews have said. It doesn't stay on that long on the waterline either.
There are so many great reviews about the black color so I will give that a try and see how it works out :]
*EDIT
Once sharpened, it dies. Will not repurchase again.

I use to wear this throughout my junior high and high school days. It was my HG eyeliner at the time. I swear it did not smudge, fade or run on me. I was an eyeliner freak and I would pack it on like there's no tomorrow. I loved how inexpensive it was. It was soft and would glide on my eyes w/o it tugging on my skin. Once I was crying because of a breakup and a friend was consoling me. I was crying buckets and I was wearing a ton of this on my eye. My friend was like "oh it's gonna be ok....wait what eyeliner are you wearing?" No joke. It didn't budge at all...till this day I'm still wearing wet&wild eyeliner till this day (10 years after) but I'm using the the idol eyes retractable E/L...because I'm too lazy to sharpen things.

For the price, this product is fantastic. Yes, like most other reviewers have mentioned, it IS pretty hard, but I solve that by heating it up a little with a hair dryer before using it on my eyes. I use UDPP for a base before I apply it, and for me it lasts all day. Without a base, it usually lasts around 5-6 hours, which is a lot longer than my fancy Maybelline Expert Eyes eyeliner, which was six times the price.

This pencil is okay but I only gave it a 3 because it's really hard. The pigment is good and it lasts pretty long. Run of the mill drugstore eyeliner.

i have this in white and purple. they don't go on as smoothly as i'd like and they don't last on the waterline. maybe i'll re-purchase in special colours, but my daily black eyeliner pencil won't be from WnW. overall....2.5/5
add: sometimes it hurts to use it b/c it's not smooth......it's like painful

This is a sometimes good sometimes not so good product... As in, bottom lashes it works okay, but I don't even line my bottom lashes if its not just for fun. On the top lashline I found this to tug a little, and when its melty after a blast from a hairdryer it definitely goes on smooth, but it likes to smudge too. Good pigmentation though. 3 lippies from me. I might buy it again in a fun colour that I wouldn't use very often but I would still keep around because it is soooo cheap!
EDIT: I used this a couple of days I couldn't find anything else... Stayed on really well! Upped to 4 lippies.

this isnt a bad product. it doesnt smudge on me too much since this isnt as soft as other liners. and its also good for using on brows. but i found this wasnt going on as darkly as i wanted it to. its hard to get dark colours of out this and you have to put so much pressure just to get a semi-dark line on. but for $1 this isnt too bad.

A friend of mine was wearing the Turquoise color one day and she told me it was Wet 'n' Wild and I personally LOVE them. When you take into account that there .99 a pop, they are really great. I have Lilac, Cool Green,Turquoise, and White. It goes on smooth and really lasts for me. I just wish they would do more colors like pink or yellow because if they did, I would surely make a quick trip to my local CVS. If you have olive tan skin and brown eyes, like I do, Lilac will do wonders for you. I plan to purchase Black Black and Sky Blue very soon.

I have Wet n Wild's eyeliner in #660A the BRONZE. it is absolutely PERFECT with my tan. It goes on my eyelid smoothly and last all day long. I am either going to have to keep buying this or try their EGYPTIAN SANDS eyeshadow cause i go through this so fast.

I'm kind of surprised at the terrible ratings for this product. I actually think they're great! I have this in Black, Mink Brown (which is a very very dark brown), Charcoal, and Taupe. The Black, Mink Brown, and Charcoal are good for lining-then-smudging. I figure, it's going to smudge on me already, so I might as well speed up the process. Great for giving a subtle smokey eye look... and no need to spend too much money on a pencil that you're gonig to smudge anyways. I'm really hard to match when it comes to brows even though my brows DO need to be filled and defined. I have black hair, but my brows grow in rather light and even though my brow hairs are black, grays and blacks are too harsh and give me that "chola" look (y'know, the eyebrows that look like they were drawn in with Sharpies) no matter how careful I am. Taupe is a perfect match for me! It gives a bit of color, easy to blend and smudge and doesn't make my brows look like they're drawn in about 10 shades darker. I have very pale skin, so any kind of dark definition on my brows is just overbearing. I'm sure there are better pencils out there, but hey, for 0.93c, I'm certainly not complaining this round. It'd be great to expect miracles, and for what it's worth: these pencils are worth more than what you paid for.!

it's horrible if you're looking to make a thin, discreet line, but if you want to make a thicker line (like on the top ) it's ok. plus it's super cheap & such a long pencil

I have Wet n Wild Kohl Brow - Eyeliner in Black Black (651) and it's... what could be expected from Wet n Wild. It's really just your average eye pencil, but apparently it can be used for brows as well (although I don't use it this way). You put it on in the morning and it's all melted/smeared by the end of the day, same old story. But for 99 cents, I guess I shouldn't expect any better. You get a lot of product for the price, too. I really just bought it cause I needed a quick fix when I lost my eyeliner one day.

I just bought the WNW #651 eyeliner in Black and it's so good! It's really black and goes on really smooth. The staying power is pretty good too! And best of all it was only $1 at Walmart!!

I can't believe all the bad reviews on this thing. I have this in black btw. I used to swear by the Urban Decay 24/7 pencil, and the Shiseido eyeliner pot, well I still use them, but they're expensive...(UD: $15, Shiseido: about $25). And this costs 99 cents! And the pencil is soooo long, it'll last me forever!
It's nice and creamy and goes on very smooth and stays exactly how I put it on in the morning 'till I take it off at night. I have oily eyelids, and this still stays on! *gasp*
AND, it's sooooo black, which I loooove. I hate alot of liners 'cause they aren't black enough. UD, Shiseido, this, besides a few others (which weren't that great though other than being black), are the only ones I've found that are really black.
It only costs 99 cents, so if you hate it, then hey, it's not a huge deal. =P
At least give it a try, you might end up loving it as much as I do! =D
Btw, this is the really long pencil liner. It just looks like a really long pencil with a clear plastic cap at the top.

Wow. These reviews never fail to amaze me. I'm surprised how good the reviews for WnW's pencil liners are. I, personally hate these.
Their eyeliner is STICKY, not creamy...STICKY.
It is really hard to apply, and overall just feels awful, considering it like glues your eyes together when you blink.
I seriously do NOT recommend this product to anyone.
It is awful. It tugs, drags, skips, and pulls. :( I do love Wet 'n Wild for some of their other products, but not their regular pencil liners.

The pencil is the size of a standard pencil and I got this in the kohl black. The color is very black, but it is quite hard and hurts the eyelid when I apply the color. Plus, the color is not as dark as when I swatch it on my hand, than when I apply on my eye, so I have to go over a few times. It transfers to my upper lid very easily, even when I wore Urban Decay primer, so I was glad I got it for 75 cents.
