I am a fan or the original Glow, so when I found this for $14.00 at Marshalls I decided to try it. I am glad its only a 1 oz bottle.
I don't know where anyone gets 'tropical' notes like coconut and pineapple from. I get neither. No florals either. Just J'Lo'd trademark "soapy" notes which become very clean. As another reviewer described perfectly, its a "I just-stepped-out-of-the- shower" clean that is very remininescent of a nondescript shampoo/bodywash scent.
Non offensive and I actually like this on those 95+ degree days when you dont want to drown in your own scent. It works nicely too when you spritz it on after getting out of the pool or the ocean-like if you're going out to a casual lunch or dinner on the boardwalk at the shore after, and have no time to shower out the salt. It seems to add another note to it. It really reminds me of summer.
I wouldn't repurchase, but I'll probably enjoy it for the rest of the summer.

Ewwwwwwwwwww. Imagine a tin of coconut milk 10 years past its expiry date. Add a bunch of flowers ontop of that and that is exactly what Miami Glow smells like! UGHHHHHHH! It's so sickening...very overpowering, people standing 10 feet away will probably be able to smell it. The bottle is shaped similar to a sex toy, it's not pretty. How anyone would like this fragrance is beyond me. I thought it would remind me of holiday and cocktails on the beach but damn...it's revolting.

Okay, I just bought this at WalMart (yesterday) 1oz for 25 dollars. That's a really bad price for a perfume from Walmart. That's more expensive than PinkSugar by Aquolina.
I heard this was supposed to smell very coconuty and like sun tanning lotion. THAT is why I seeked it out. I love coconut perfumes. They recently discontinued the coconut oil perfume I loved so I was hoping this could replace that.
THIS DOES NOT SMELL LIKE COCONUT AT ALL!!!! or sun lotions.
To me it smells a lot like jasmine and grapefruit. Not an AWFUL scent but not something I would ever wear. I hate grapefruit scented anything, it usually smells like BO. This did kind of smell like BO. It also smelt like a unisex perfume, not really feminine.
I gave it two lippies because I think the bottle was cute and it didn't smell AWFUL it's just not what I was looking for. It's not a beautiful scent, in my opinion, either. I can't keep it, I'd never ever wear this.
Maybe if a guy was wearing this I'd like it? It was really that masculine to me.

Miami Glow reminds me of a lighter version of Christian Dior's Dune with a bunch of tropical fruit thrown in. A very nice casual summer scent.

I owned this perfume once 4 years ago..and fell in love. :)
I did take off one lippi due to it smells a little heavy on the "soapy" side. But overall, nice scent!! Tropical, definitly beachy, and smells like summer in a bottle!
I LOVE the bracelet it comes with..and I actually wear it as an ankle bracelet..lol (I know, I'm a kid sometimes)..lol..but I really do like the bottle too. Although I really never care about how any perfume bottle looks--just as long as the scent is nice and lasts..
One thing about J.LO perfumes....they all LAST!! Whoo hoo!! She definitly knows what women want as far as lasting power is concerned.
The drydown becomes a bit more sweeter, soft and I can detect a small hint of vanilla. LOVE coconut, so this is probably why this is one of my all time favs.
Out of all her scents..my favs are only Miami Glow, Glow After Dark, And Deseo. But the other ones are mainly "ok." I hate Still because it just smells yucky, plain, and too "old" and basically smells like Tea and nothing special.
This one is perfect for summer. The scents are balanced very nicely. Again, if there was a tad bit less of a "soapy" smell to this..then I would give it 5 whole lippis.
But this is worth buying...pure summer beach sunsets in a bottle. :)

I got a little bottle of this today at Walmart. I wouldnt say its the best in the world or wonderful, but not a bad fragrance at all. Its just kind of clean, fresh, tropical, and a nice little pick me up on those hot summer days. It sure was refreshing to spray it on for a hot day like today. Nice lasting power.

I bought this unsniffed based on all the great reviews here. BIG mistake! It smells like a cheap candle or airfreshener, loud and bright.. I am usually good at picking out notes but this synthetic mish-mash had me stumped, I could only get an unidentifiable 'fruit' smell accompanied by some nose singeing laundry detergent, It does have good lasting power though.....unfortunately.

I got this for cheap at Wal-Mart and I have to say I really like it. I prefer to use it during the day and it has decent lasting power. I don't smell the pineapple undertones people mention. Perfect warm, summery scent.

Wow....I am so surprised by the reviews for this fragrance that I am almost hesitant to add mine, since it's going to sound so out of place. I honestly did not detect any pineapple or tanning lotion notes in this perfume, instead it turned into a very soft "clean" scent on me, like just-stepped-out-of-the- shower clean. Sort of like a nondescript shampooish bodywashish scent, clean, sweet, and girly but nothing remarkable. However, there are times, especially in warmer weather, when I don't want my perfume be overpowering or bold, and this fragrance suits these moods perfectly. Overall, not a must-have, but a nice fragrance to own.

I smelled a sample of this in a mag a long time ago and I loved it. I plan on buying it for the summer and the bottles really cute. It was a little too strong for me but I still liked it

I'm on the fence about this one. On first whiff I got a lot of pineapple. It died down quickly, though, and I found myself liking it and sniffing my wrist a lot. Smells yummy = summery, warm, and fruity. However, the coconut is also reminding me of self tanner. Not in a bad way, it just reminds me of it! So I can't decide if I like it or not. It's winter now...so maybe in the summer I'll be able to make a final call.
Summary: pineapple, coconut, and strangely pleasant-smelling self-tanner.

I hate that I like this stuff.
I find it to be a ncie, subtle just-came-from-the-beach scent.
It reminds me of how my skin smelled after spa treatments in the Caribbean.
Spritz the air and walk in... don't apply directly.
I found applying it this way gives a nice scent that you have to be in close to smell, instead of being in-your-face.
I didn't want to like a J. LO perfume, but I do!
It's great for the summer, especially for a night out when on holidays in the sun!

This scent is not horrible, but definitely not a great scent. I think the original Glow by J.Lo is way better and has a nicer fragrance to it.

This is the most disgusting fragrance I've ever used. It smells like artificial coconuts and rotting flowers and is so sickly, each time I smell it I feel like throwing up. Because I don't use it my mother took my bottle and she uses it now because she likes it...everytime she walks past I feel sick.

This is a fun fragrance that I picked up at a discount store. Wanted it but wasn't shelling out retail for it. So I waited. It did not disappoint. Would like to get the lotion someday.

This was supposed to be discontinued, wasn't it? However, strangely enough, this product just showed up in my country for the first time. Yup, you read right, it showed up in September, when it's pretty much the epitome of a Summer fragrance (and no, I'm not on the southern hemisphere). I don't get why; plus they'd also launched Sunkissed Glow last Spring (thankfully the timing there was sensible). Anyway, it's good to have this available too, since I'm a fan of coconut.
Now let me tell you, Miami Glow pretty much IS Sunkissed Glow, plus an extra coconut note, which is not prominent enough for my liking. It's detectable, but the fruity side of the frag still overpowers it. Nevertheless had this been available last Spring, I would have purchased it instead of Sunkissed Glow, because I like it a bit better. Now I'm torn on whether it's a smart move to buy this or not, as it's unfortunately not a frag that suits all seasons, while on the other hand I'm afraid they may have pulled it out of the stores in my country too by next Spring.
Anyway, to sum things up, this is a warm, sweet frag that brings golden, sandy beaches and Malibu Pineapple coctails in mind. Summer in a bottle.
