This is a gel-cream that's really providing a lot of moisture to my dry under eye area (without any harsh 'anti-aging' ingredients that usually make my eye area even drier). If you're looking for pure moisture try this.
It also does not clog my pores or cause milia, which I'd say 95% of eye creams that I try do. EDIT: changed my mind about this as it suddenly did begin to clog my pores. Not sure if it has 'cones but that's usually the culprit for me. For a moisturizing gel-cream (AND much cheaper), I now use Body Time Anti-Puff eye gel. I've been using for a really long time now and it's never clogged my pores (no 'cones I believe).

I can't live without this eye gel. Not only does it work on de-puffing under-eye areas (I travel a lot), but I am beginning to see my fine lines slowly disappear. I have used it religiously in the morning to moisturize under my eyes and on the lids, and then in the evening to prevent morning puffiness. I also like that it doesn't crease under my concealer. I am very impressed with this company's ethics: 100% organic botanical concentrates, no animal testing, no synthetic fragrances or colors, and fun packaging. I highly recommend this line!
