This made a notable difference for me, paired with the shampoo. I bought the travel kit and have very long chem-treated hair and when I switched from my admittedly shabby routine to this one, it improved the softness, shine, and overall condition of my hair. I personally also enjoy the scent.

Of course I can't quite justify the cost given how much I end up using. Cosmetics, sure, but something about hair products makes me want to find a comparable, less costly alternative.

I have the shampoo and conditioner set of this and i am not really impressed. I like the conditioner slightly better than the shampoo but only because i really don't like the shampoo. I don't think it made my hair any better looking and my hair felt kind of like it had residue in it after using this whole set. My hair is super thick and coarse and really difficult though so i'm pretty sure thats why i have terrible luck with hair products. If you have normal hair then don't let this discourage you from trying it, in my personal experience it just didn't work for me.

I got a sample of this and it made my hair very greasy, so I will never buy it. Actually it is recommended for people with very very very dry hair.

First of all, to comment on some of the below reviews: You cannot buy high quality shampoo at places like TJ Maxx or a grocery store and expect it to be the same quality as buying directly from the manufacturer. I've had so many bad experiences with watered-down or obviously altered hair products that weren't purchased from a licensed dealer, so I feel like those reviews should be negated.. haha.

But ANYWAY, I love this conditioner. I use it in conjunction with FF's Apple Cider Clarifying Shampoo because I have super oily hair. I bought it because the reviews claimed that it was light-weight and didn't make hair more oily. I'm not really sure whether it necessarily makes my hair more "glossy", but it does exactly what I've been looking for in a conditioner (and unable to find in other conditioners): it makes my hair soft, manageable, and moisturized without making it more greasy or weighing it down. It also smells great.

I think me using Frederic Fekkai products from hereon in will cease because after a week's worth of use from this conditioner I have not noticed a gloss to my hair whatsoever. I naturally have very black hair so a gloss would be obvious for me to see, but nope, I don't have any form of sheen to my hair, it's actually the quite opposite where it looks a bit dry. I feel that any moisturizing shampoo like the ones in the Dove line would work so much better at providing a natural and healthy glow of sorts to your hair.

Glad I got this @ TJ Maxx for $13,because it was an utter disappointment. It did not impart any moisture to my dry/coarse/fine hair and smelled like something I clean with.
I've had much better results with Regis's Olive Oil line,in which you can get shampoo AND conditioner for the original price of this.

I got this at a discount for like $12!!! SO needless to say, I'm thrilled AT THAT PRICE. It does make my mid back length, coarse, wavy hair glossy and it doesnt weigh it down too much. My hair for as thick and heavy as it is is just out of control right now because of the humidity but this seems to do the trick nicely and I don't know what the complaint about the smell is for some but I love it, very fresh and herbal smelling, though more a guys scent I think. I still like it. I would not buy it for the $22 I saw on the regular tag but at $12, I bought the only 2 they had and would go back for a couple more if I could. Lovin it while it lasts! My HG is still TIGI's Serious conditioner though, cant beat it or the smell.... :)

I use this once a week with the matching shamppo - anymore than that is too rich for my hair. Great clean grassy smell and very moisturising - hair really is glossy. The opening on the bottle has gunked up which is very annoying. I have to unscrew the entire lid and squeeze out the amount I want. Expensive, but will but again as it will last ages if I only use occasionally.

The smell is great and I have used the trial size with the shampoo in the same line and am so impressed with the performance. My overly processed, coarse hair was thirsty for this product. With the help of the glossing cream, my hair appeared healthier and smelled good (according to my BF). Yes, it's a splurge but I'll be using it as a break from the drugstore stuff I usually buy.

When I first read that this stuff has olive oil in it, I expected my hair to be greasy. That's not at all the case. It made my hair so soft and shiny. Very silky. However, I don't use this as a daily conditioner, as I have pretty thin hair and I think it would weigh it down. I use it about every 3 days. Works great for my short, flat-ironed style.

I have pretty thick hair and this weighted it down.
You had really better rinse your roots well or they will look oily. I do not want to go through the hassle.
This product did not give me the shine I expected.
Also, this product is probably best if you wear your hair straight. For me it just took away the fuller look I enjoy.

Excuse me Mr Fekkai, but where is this alleged "gloss" that I should now be experiencing, since I purchased your grossly overpriced/overrated product? This stuff sucks. I end up using loads because it seems not to even moisturize my hair let alone add any shine. I do like the smell tho. Pity that after washing your hair the smell then becomes as non existent as the gloss.

IMO, this is not as bad as the shampoo from the same line, but I found it very underwhelming. It's just a very light conditioner, nothing more. Smells kinda sickening, doesn't do anything for shine. And it builds up big-time. FF is super expensive and purportedly very exclusive, but I bet you can find something much better in the drugstore. I don't get why this Glossing line gets such rave reviews. I found the entire line to be incredibly coating and very disapointing. I have thick, coarse Asian hair, color treated but not very damaged.

My my my, I love this conditioner but I HATE the price! I thought Bumble and bumble was expensive, but this brand is superexpensive! I wish the product wouldn't do anything for my hair! But I have to admit, I'm hooked. Everything about it is great. It smells devine (very clean), it has the perfect texture (not too thick and not too runny), it makes my hair supersoft and very manageable. When I rinse it out, my hair is totally tangle-freeI love the shampoo as well.
I cannot say that people have complemented me on my hair since I use it, but I have to say that it makes my hair very soft.
For reference: I have long, dyed, damaged, thick, wavy hair and I often use a flat iron.

I was so disappointed in this conditioner. The smell was very strong and not the most pleasant to me. I tried it a few times and it made my hair so greasy and weighed down. I have fine hair, but a lot of it that isn't color treated or really damaged. I only used it on the ends, but in conjunction with the glossing shampoo it was just too much. It just didn't work for my hair type at all.

This conditioner smells great and leaves my hair so soft and silky. If I was rich I'd use it all the time. For now, I invest in the glossing cream and use that every day.

I really only get this if someone is buying it for me. It is a pricey for my budget, but it is my favorite conditioner. The smell is great. I might not reccomend this to someone with thin hair, it might be too heavy, but perfect for my thick, wavy hair.

This stuff is life altering, in my humble opinion. I tried to not like it, and this last summer, I hated this stuff. But this winter brought dull, staticky, uncontrollable hair. I consulted two hairdressers. One said I needed an olive oil shampoo and conditioner. The other recommended Garnier Sleek and Shine line. I remebered that I had this and tried it. This has been so healing to my hair. The shine, OMG! It has also improved the health and managability of my hair. I really think this saved my hair this winter. The price of these products is ridiculous, but I am willing to pay it for this hair! UPDATE: This conditioner coats the hair quite a bit, which I am ok with because it keeps my hair healthy and happy. Because of this though, I rotate it with Victoria's Secret Glossing Conditioner, which removes the build up. I don't mind doing this because Fekkai is so expensive.

my thoughts on this are pretty much the same as the shampoo - it seems like a miracle product at first and does make hair very soft (like little kid hair), but with continued use, it makes hair very dull and made my red hair appear mostly brown. the conditioner also didn't agree with my skin and broke me out.
