The only toner in the world i am sure about and can recommend it to everyone! It's simply the best! The only negative thing about it that it's relatively hard to get - no too many online stores sell it!! Take a note, guys!! :)

I love this toner for its short ingredients list and efficiency.I've gone through a couple of bottles now.
Before using this I couldn't find a toner that didn't dry me out or make me greasy (tried Biotherm, SK-II, Aveda, etc) so I was a cleanser + moisturizer person. But then I was on a quest to find the right toner because I use Cetaphil cleanser and didn't trust that it was removing everything. I have very sensitive skin and I didn't break out from this product--it made my skin clearer and more moisturized, although I'm using it as a 'wipe-off toner', as opposed to a 'pat-in toner'. If i'm wearing sunscreen or foundation I'll use this to wipe off my cleanser with a cotton pad.
My only complaint is the packaging. It leaks everywhere so you have to put it in a spray bottle when traveling. Otherwise it's a standout product.

I only got this yesterday, so this review will likely be updated, but I think I've found my new toner!
My skin: NW 15; sensitive; 43 years old; extremely oily; acne-prone
I was using Almay toner for oily skin, and was happy with it, but it's become impossible to find.
I make it a policy to buy only from non-animal-testing companies, so I consulted PETA's list and gave Aubrey Organics a look.
Am I glad I did! My skin seems to respond best to alcohol-free products, and Vegecol, though it contains no alcohol, still has a refreshing "astringent" feel, without irritation or excessive drying.
So far, there is nothing I don't like about Vegecol.
UPDATE, AFTER ABOUT A MONTH OF USE: I am still loving this stuff! It refreshes my skin, with no irritation, and does a fine job of clearing away excess oil. The large bottle is a little awkward, but I can live with that.
My skin hasn't been doing its standard hormone-induced-breakout thing lately, either. I don't know if Vegecol has anything to do with that or not, but I expect to keep using it, and see ...
FURTHER UPDATE Okay, Vegecol is not magic, after all; my face did its PMS-breakout thing this time. That's not enough to turn me off on Vegecol, though. It's still a good toner that I plan to continue to use.FINAL NOTE: I'm on my third bottle of Vegecol, and this is my HG toner for sure! My skin is still not perfect, but I don't expect it to be. But Vegecol is easy to get by going to aubreyorganics.com and firing off an order, it cleans and refreshes my skin without drying it, the price is very reasonable(about $8.00 USD for an 8 ounce bottle) and best of all it's cruelty-free. Vegecol is The Toner for me.

I really like this toner. I have oily, sensitive, and acne prone crazy skin. This toner even out my skin tone, keeps my face matte longer, and got rid of my acne. I get compliments all the time. I no longer have problematic skin. There is no alcohol, fragrance, or color in the product. You must shake the product well before using it. I will definitely buy again.

Love it, love it, love it! All the toners I have tried in the past had alcohol in them and dried my skin. I wanted a toner that helped even out my skin like a toner should and to help remove and makeup I missed at night when cleansing. This product is great at both of these. It is also not drying to my skin at all! This is my HG toner and it is so affordable!

HG!!!! I have been using this for little over a week and it is the BEST Toner, no drying alcohol. It's mainly aloe and witch hazel, which makes it both toning and calming. Mmmmmm, this is all I use now and I don't bother with much moisturizer for this summer because this allows my skin to moisturize itself w/in a few minutes. UPDATE: this stuff sucks, doesn't do a thing. Lovin' Mychelle products!!!
Reference: combo skin very prone to cosmetic type acne and sensitive. 33 yrs. old, light olive toned
Update: Can be a tad too drying over time, No breakouts though. I'm now in love with the BWC balancing toner ---- FABULOUS!

I was on the hunt for an alcohol free toner with witch hazel in it. I bought this over the thayers because it was organic and had very simple ingredients. I really like it. i only use it at night but it seems to make my skin feel really clean and it calms it also. definitely worth checking out. the other thing i like about it is that it has no chemicals. the preservatives are totally natural so i feel like i am removing any chemical traces left from my cleanser and mask. UPDATE 11/10/06 been using for a long time but just started using during the day and i gotta say i am less shiny/oily. UPDATE 8/25/09 stopped using during the day and took a break from this for awhile but thinking about going back. I still think it is a great toner and I transfer it into a dark blue spray bottle so I can spray onto a cotton pad and bottlw doesn't leak then.
