This has really helped me. It helps on whiteheads, blemishes, cyst, ingrown hairs... If a blemish is under the skin, it wil be ready to pop after a few applications, or it will shrink in after a couple of applications a day after a few days. Very useful. But be careful how you use it, if you want to use it on larger areas, only do this if you have very oily skin, only once a day, and before mousturizer! Because or else it wil dry out skin and make it really flaky (because it also works a bit like an exfoliator, because the benzoyl peroxide removes the top layer of the skin if you let it sit for a little while).I often use it on my chest, chin or nosetip, because my skin is extremely oily there. It really helps keep the oils and breakouts down. It is an abolute essential for me, since this product alone completely removed acne from my chest! Such a confidence boost! I would definently repurchase! I am so sad, that you can't get it here, but it's just 5 $ in the states, and it is a lot more effective than more high end spot treatments. I would recommend this to anyone in their teens or with acne, body acne, oily or combination skin! If you just get hormonal breakouts around that time of the month, you will just need this product, because you probably don't need a strong cleanser, tonic, exfoliator i.e. for everyday. It will clear your spots up before your period is over! Just great!

I use this after my neutrogena clear pore cleanser/mask and I love it. It can be a bit drying but I have a really good moisturizer so it's ok :) (I use the cetaphil moisture cream, the one in the tub)

This is my acne-related HG. I've tried all kinds of topicals, non-prescription and prescription, and this stuff takes the cake. I'm in my mid-twenties with super oily skin, with birth control related hormone craziness. My forehead and chin will randomly attract little pimple parties. Little pimples, BIG parties. I'll take a dollop of Zapzyt, rub it in really good over the pimple party area once a day (at night only), and in 48 hours the pimples will be little shriveled-up husks of what they once were. If only it were that simple! If course there's a downside. For those 48 hours, my skin will be red as a tomato, INCREDIBLY itchy (think chicken pox itchy) almost to the point of hurting, flaking, and just generally disgusting. It gets worse before it gets better. But on the plus side, the pimples dry up and fall off in a couple of days when my face returns to its normal colour. I prepare myself for Zapzyt days. I try to use it only on weekends or when I won't be in public because of how bad my skin reacts to it. BUT, 100% of the time, it will kill the breakout dead. TLDR; amazingly effective product, but be prepared for possible bad reactions before the pimples clear up, and have a strong moisturizer on hand.

I've been battling with acne for only a few months now and just recently I found Zapzyt on a list of effective Benzoyl Peroxide products and decided to give it a try. After noticing an increase of closed comedones on my left cheek and chin I asked my MD what I could do about this and he recommended using at least 5% Benzoyl Peroxide; when I saw 10% Benzoyl Peroxide I thought, "Wow, even better!" WRONG, my face doesn't seem to be responding to the product - it's only been a week but I notice my pimples are dry but with dark spots and the area feels very rough. It doesn't irritate and burn like other reviews say but it has made my acne worse - I will be discontinuing the use of this product.

I had this at one point. It didn't do ANYTHING for me, but it didn't make anything worse. Since I'm feeling generous, I'll up the score a little.

Lol at the people saying dont buy it, their skin is probably allergic to this or something because, this stuff is amazing!! I am on my 3rd tube. I use this to give acne a big kick in the butt after my acne wash and acne moisturizer (neutrogena pink grapefruit acne wash, clean and clear 2 in 1 salicylic acid moisturizer) and it truly does work. It reduces everything in size and even redness. I'm wearing it now, and it doesn't feel like a burning or anything, just a slight tingle to show its working. Excited for morning to feel my smooth skin!!!!<3 thank you zap zyt.

I've been using this product for over 3 years. I didn't have crazy acne but I did have monthly breakouts on my forehead. Not only has it improved the oils in my skin, I no longer break out badly. I'll get 1-2 spots every month. I don't exactly use this type of brand though. When I first starting using this I expected break outs and dryness from the reviews. Yes -- I did break out pretty bad when first started using but after a month or so, I had acne-free skin, literally. If you start using it, don't be discouraged when the product breaks you out. It's bringing out all the bacteria onto the skin and that is why you break out initially. Over a few months you will see that it truly does do the magic. I love this product.

I bought this hoping for a cheaper alternative to Clean and Clear Persagel 10 (also 10% Benzoyl Peroxide) and this works just as well. I use it morning and night for active breakouts and every other night to prevent. It's slightly gritty at first (like baking soda) and wears better than Persagel. I have moderate bacne (which is clearing up thanks to this) and mild facial acne.

I just bought my second tube of this today at Fred Meyer. I have got to say, this is the BEST 10% benzoyl peroxide treatment I have found to date. It isn't severely irritating on my skin like the Clean & Clear 10% cream, and I have tried Oxy and Acne Free and they just didn't cut it. This stuff is really amazing. I like to leave it on any problem areas I have overnight, it doesn't completely sink into my skin but that's because I like to put a thick layer of it over my pimples because I can feel it working longer, in my opinion. I wash my face every morning anyways, so its really not an issue. I put it on acne i've picked at, small little pimples, etc and it really helps reduce everything! I have this on my face now as I type. It's not a burning like the other creams I have tried, but I can def feel it tingling. I know it's working it's magic :) sure, this isn't a miracle product, but it's the best I've tried out there. def recommended and my boyfriend uses it with me every night :) His skin is more sensitive then mine, and this doesn't irritate his skin whatsoever. There's def a reason I'm on my second tube! :)
