I have repurchased these MAC make-up wipes (100-count) three times because I am obsessed with them! If you do the math out per wipe (price/number of wipes) they end up being 28 cents per wipe which is actually on par with some of the drugstore makeup wipes (which cost less, but have less wipes). I can't say for the smaller count of MAC wipes because I don't buy them in the smaller packs.
I like the scent, and each wipe has enough moisture that I feel like it's effective without being overly soaked in the solution. This product doesn't break me out (however I do not have very sensitive skin) and while it doesn't remove every bit of makeup (especially mascara, even non waterproof) it gets most of it off so that my cleanser can really get the leftover residue and I'm left with a clean face.
When the liquid dries off your face it also feels quite cool and refreshing! I have never had an issue with these drying out before I'm done using them. However, I do use these quite frequently, so I can't say for sure how long these would last if not used for everyday use. I suggest keeping the little metal cover on and using that to help retain any liquid inside the pack.
I only need to repurchase these around twice a year, and these count for Back to MAC which is always a plus!
CONSIDER IF:
- You are looking for bulk wipes that you will use if not everyday, very frequently
- Want another way to add products to your Back to MAC list
SKIP IF:
- You don't wear makeup very often/need to remove it often

Certified Makeup Artist and Combination skin here:
ATTENTION: If you pile on your makeup, please don't expect ANY makeup removing wipe to remove all of the product off of your face with ONE wipe!!!
That settles it. I have tried almost every drugstore brand! But MAC wipes are worth my $$$.
PROS: While they are cost efficient, they do not remove makekup as well as the MAC wipes. Also, drugstore wipes dry out on me. MAC wipes never have dried out on me. The scent is not overpowering, even though there is a scent to them. The snap top to the packaging for MAC wipes, I believe preserves the wipes even longer. The formula and wipes do not scratch or stretch my face. And it removes ALL of my makeup; leaves face feeling moisturized and not dry.
CONS: Price is iffy for the amount, but I've learned you pay for quality. The formula, to me, seems to leave my clean face oily (which produces acne for me, personally).

These wipes REALLY burn my skin and eyes, every time I use them my face burns and my skin goes a little red. Although I do have sensitive skin, so anyone who does have sensitive skin I wouldn't recommend these wipes. They do remove your make-up although in my opinion they're no better than any of the cheaper ones I've had in the past. They are pricey but you do get a fair few in there.
I won't be buying these again, I'll stick to simple wipes!

They do have a strong scent, but luckily I kinda like it. These are the best wipes for me so far, they remove almost everything except waterproof mascara. I just wish they weren't sooooooo expensive.

I really love these, I use them to remove my full face makeup or when I wear studio fix fluid or pro longwear foundation, now here's 2 things I've lernt to get the best out of these.
1. Store the packet up side down, by doing this the remover won't dry out on the wipes and you get a moist one right to the very end (I do this with my bulk wipes and have never had one dry out on me)
2. These are removing wipes not face wash wipes, you use these to remove your makeup then you wash your face with your regular cleanser, I'm fairly certain these contain oils to break down foundations and the such so by not washing it off your tempting fate in the beak out department. I personally have never broken out from these but then I always wash after I use them so they don't really sit on my skin long enough to ever have an adverse effect.
You can also back to Mac the empty package which is a major bonus, I love these and will continue to repurchase

These wipes were very disappointing. I am a huge MAC fan so I figured they would be able to produce a decent wipe to get rid of the eyeshadow I pack on. They were slightly more expensive than my usual brands but they weren't even worth it. These wipes did not work at all. The wipe was pretty dry to begin with and then as I started to use it there was barely any liquid in it. It was like wiping my face with a very slightly damp tissue. After I used like 3-4 wipes I still had residue on my face from makeup. I went to sleep and woke up with a major breakout. I love MAC but will never buy these wipes again. Sticking to over-the-counter brand removers.

Does a decent job of removing eye makeup but is pitiful at removing foundation--I'm tan and have a clairsonic and my cleanser head is stained with foundation even after having scrubbed at my face with the wipes. I have to rewash it twice. These wipes don't sting or make me break out, they just don't do that great a job. If these work for you make sure you don't tear off the foil cover and store it upside-down or they'll dry out quickly. The last few wipes are useless anyway. Always buy the bulk wipes as it's a much better value and take a long time to use up. I'll need to find something better that won't aggravate my skin.

Contrary to popular opinion, I actually enjoy the smell of these. It was one of the big selling points for me. The wipes are great at getting off my makeup, but I noticed that after a few days my skin started to break out badly when I didn't wash my face after using them (I am lazy like that).
Pros:
Great at removing makeup
Smells nice
Packaging is a B2M item
Cons:
Causes breakouts if you don't wash face afterwards
Expensive

MAC Wipes are absolutely terrific at getting off makeup! I don't use them nightly because they're more than i need for my ordinary "face" (eyeliner pencil, lipstick, and light powder). But for heavy eye makeup and full primer, foundation and powder, MAC Wipes really do the trick. They get off waterproof eyeliners that my other wipes barely budge, as well as tough mascara.
.
They are large and moist, and pop up nicely from MAC's minimalist packaging - white with a white plastic seal and black label. I find them non-irritating. They are lightly scented with a fragrance i find relatively innocuous - not my fave, but not as annoying as the stinky cheesy perfume in the Olay wipes i've tried. And if you get the pack of 100 wipes for $28 US, well, that's only $7 per 25, which compares favorably with the price of many drug store brands.
.
They are great for taking off the very full and intensely colored makeup i wear for performances - i don't have to dry my face with scratchy, irritating paper towels. They have earned a permanent place in my makeup kit.

I love these wipes!
They smell so clean and they get EVERYTHING off my face. I don't have to use more than one.
For the price, I HIGHLY recommend buying the bulk size as you get more wipes for your money.
The one thing I dislike about the packaging is that the lid doesn't close all the way. I have to put my bag of wipes in a ziploc back to keep them from drying out.

I'm one that's totally addicted to the scent of these, I love it and I typically don't like fragrance in my skincare. But this was breakout central for me! Soooo many whiteheads all over, especially on my nose forehead and chin. I wish they would have worked but they didn't. So sad as not many products get past my acne Rx but this one did. Not many makeup removing wipes have been good to me though. Clean and Clear and the neutrogena ones broke me out too :(

These wipes work well removing all types of makeup- mascara, eyeliner, and foundation. Most makeup wipes will not remove eye makeup, but these really do work well, and smell amazing as well. They are about the same price as the drugstore brands if you get the 100 count package.

These are the best wipes on the market for those of us who like to wear long-wearing foundation & heavy eye makeup. I was using the Neutrogena wipes & then switched to Beyond Belief wipes. Both of those wipes are quite good, but I find that I can get away with using LESS of the MAC wipes for makeup removal. These wipes are moist & gentle enough to allow eye makeup to easily glide away instead of having to use a bit more pressure as with the other brands. Less pressure around the eye area is very important. The more pressure you use, the more chances of wrinkling the delicate eye area. I also find that makeup removal seems to take a little less time with these wipes as compared to the other 2 brands. Also, these wipes dry to a clean satin finish after just a few minutes, & I happen to have extremely oily skin. I have not broken out at all from these wipes. The last important factor that I'd like to enlighten some MUAs about is the cost efficiency of these wipes. I buy the 100 count bulk wipes for $26.00. That's 100 wipes as compared to the Neutrogena 25 count for about $7.50. The Neutrogena wipes are actually more expensive than the MAC ones if you do the math. Think about it... I'll use an extra 2 more Neutrogena sheets than I would MAC ones, & then I'll go through the 25 sheets in no time. It only makes sense for me to buy the MAC 100 count wipes since I happen to use them every night. I'm really getting more for my money with the MAC wipes, spending less time on my makeup removal, & I'm also using less wipes per removal session. I highly suggest these little suckers, especially if you're an everyday makeup user.

I love these wipes! I find they take my makeup off so easily and leaves my skin clean and soft! I wear A LOT of makeup on my face and eyes, so I am usually afraid that my skin won't be clean and that I don't get my makeup off, but with these I definitely do! They make removing makeup so much easier and faster!

I'm really surprised to see the low average rating on these! I don't think they're perfect, but I definitely think they deserve a higher rating than 3.5.
The first thing I want to say is in response to some of the other reviews - these are makeup removing wipes, NOT cleansing wipes! You do still need to wash your face after using these if you want to avoid residue, stickiness and possible break-outs! I don't mean to put any other reviewers down by saying this - it's easy to make this mistake - I just hope that this might help! I certainly wouldn't like how my skin felt if I didn't wash my face after using them.
One big issue I had with these at first was the scent - it's very strong and it lingers on the skin for ages even after washing my face. I've found that I've become accustomed to the scent, though, and now I barely notice it. But I second comments wishing they'd come out with and unscented or more subtle version!
I have found that these irritate my eyes sometimes, but usually once I've rinsed my face they're fine. Definitely better than using an oil-based formula or cotton pads that leave bits in my eyes! I haven't had any trouble removing makeup (waterproof or otherwise) with these, and actually find them better than most other brands I've tried. I like the cloths as they don't break apart with repeated wiping.
I find that the cloths are huge and I don't need a whole one to clean off my makeup as I don't wear a lot. I cut them in half with clean scissors and this way they last twice as long. At $30 for 100, a package of these lasts me about four or five months, minimum. Not too pricey after all!

I had minimal makeup on including a non-waterproof mascara and I still had to wash my face afterwards. My face felt dirtier after using and I still had on about 25% of my makeup. I would not recommend because there are other wipes on the market that are more affordable and do a better job. I would say spend your money on MACs other products and go buy a drugstore remover wipe.

To let you know i have sensative combination skin (Oily around my T-Zone area and lids. Dry around my cheeks and forhead)
This is my third time buying MAC Wipes. Used to be my holy grail makeup remover.
Although its kinda pricey but its convenient for those days when your lazy to wash off your makeup. However it doesnt remove waterproof or watery mascaras that well since it's not an oil base makeup remover.
When i first used MAC Wipes, I thought it helped moisturize my skin but overtime it left residues on my skin making it look dull and break out on my forehead, and the sides of my face.
Ingredients:-

Same review as for "MAC Wipes" (same thing?)
This takes my makeup off (even eye! - except waterproof mascara) with two swipes... can't beat. Seems a little pricey, but I'll pay for convenience.
