This is my HG hands down. I am not a single perfume kind of girl, I prefer to have a fragrance wardrobe. However, this is and always will be an absolute staple for me. It is classy, interesting, unique, comforting, age appropriate, and sexy all at once. It also has great staying power. As much as I wear different fragrances, this is the one that my husband says smells the most like "me". I wore it on our first date and on our wedding day, so it will always invoke happy memories for me. Perfection!

I love this so much - I always get a lot of compliments but for some reason it's not HG... I think it's because the first blast is quite strong and while some people adore it, it seems to divide opinion. I feel very sophisticated and confident with it on, if only I was all the time!

Wowza, I love this stuff!! After searching around and going through a few "fads" I finally realized that the perfect types of perfumes for me are orientals. I went looking for something cedary, light and sweet and found Moschino Couture.

On my skin, I can smell a light cedar, a little citrus, the effervescence of cola (like RC Cola) and some smooth vanilla-floral. It's lovely and very unusual.

This is a beautiful, unusual fragrance! i don't own a bottle, but i gave one to my mother for her birthday last year, and borrowed a little yesterday - its so unusual! an interesting blend, in that it is crisp and peppery, and yet drys down to be buttery, soft and warm. i can't categorise it as fruity, or floral, or gourmand. its very unique. on first spritz, it reminds me of a fizzy glass of coke or dr pepper. its very... sparkling. and talking of pepper, i believe that is one of the notes in this frag... i can also detect the mandarin note, but its soft, not sharp. it dries down to a warm vanilla, with hints of this peppery beginning. its a fascinating perfume, well worth a spritz. the chunky bottle with the heart shaped cap is gorgeous, and this perfume isnt bad value at all.

I really love Moschino fragrances! Couture starts out very soapy-lemony and then morphs into a vanilla-cedar drydown. I dont feel this is classified for only cold weather. It could easily be worn all year around. Its a fragrance that definately keeps me coming back for more!

First, I must say I am sold on the bottle. It is so cute!
I love it. It is actually very hot where I am at right now, and I am wearing it and loving it. So I don't think this is a winter only fragrance. It is very clean and sexy, and great staying power. It depends how much you wear as far as the intencity. I love the cedar/ woodsy notes in the dry down.

I'm not all that great at describing fragrances, but to me this one is very warm and comforting. As many on here have said it seems like it would be perfect for those grey winter days when that's exactly what you need! Makes me feel very sophisticated and mature, but not in a bad way. I got this in a sample and I think I might just have to splurge and buy the bottle!

(EDP) This has been popping up on clearance shelves lately so I thought I might give it a test. On me, this actually smells like an expensive lemon soap, only deeper and richer. One of my first thoughts was that it reminded me of Shalimar but with different proportions. I definitely find this scent pleasing and of good quality, it seemed to be long lasting - but I am becoming rather picky about my purchases lately and don't love it quite enough. No sale for me, but would still recommend.

I purchased this from scentiments.com and I'm so glad I did. I remembered smelling it in a magazine a few years ago and liking it, so since it was pretty inexpensive, I decided to get it. It smells very lemon/citrusy when you first spray it, but the the dry down is more woodsy. This is definitely a fall/winter fagrance and for me has great staying power.

Moschino Couture! Notes include Bergamot, hint of pepper and mandarin orange, yellow poppy, jasmine, pomegranate blossom, poppy seeds, Benzoin, Vanilla & Cedarwood. First sprtiz, not so good smelled a little chemical to me (could be the pepper) - drydown is nice a little powdery and not overwhelming. Lasting power could be better - but overall very wearable - if you can get over the first few minutes.

this is one of my favourite fragrances. it's beautiful in the wintertime when it's dreary, grey, and maybe even drizzly outside. for the first few hours i defintiely get the pepper and mandarine, which smell so amazing together. later on this dries down to vanilla with a hint of cedar. so gorgeous. very elegant, classic yet modern (i sometimes can't believe that this was introduced in 04!)

It saddens me to say this because i absolutely love the smell, but this perfume doesn't last on me at all and just goes weak and vinalla after the initial squirt.

LOVE this stuff! I became hooked thanks to a sample from the lovely Gita1. This is the richest, most delicious and sensual fragrance I have smelled in a long time. I could not stop sniffing my wrist. I detect something fizzy like cola and something soft and delicious as well. My fiance loves it too. The bottle is a must have with the classy square shape and the gold heart cap with the red velvet bow. This is a great cold weather fragrance. I already got my bottle. I would repurchase.

-----This is my one of my favorite cold-weather fragrances! It smells *far* sharper on paper than on skin, so don't judge it by a test strip. Couture has a pronounced, effervescent warmth throughout. Something about it is crisp and bubbly. It's also quite sweet--probably too sweet for some--but not cloying. The top notes are citrus, aldehydes, and black pepper (none of that pink pepper that seems to be currently in vogue). The heart notes are warm, well-mixed, slightly lethargic flowers and vanilla. The latter becomes more prominent as the cedar-benzoin base appears. It's not a gourmand, edible vanilla, nor is it dry. It's vanilla to other scents' vanillin. I consider Couture! to be very likable.
-----I'd say its biggest flaw is that it definitely smells somewhat "mass market," as though they could have made it truly distinctive but reigned themselves in. I'm not a perfume snob, and I'm not suggesting that popular or less-expensive fragrances are automatically bad. By "mass market," I mean a fragrance that smells generic because it is engineered to smell aggressively pleasant to everyone--to the mass market. However, it seems like Moschino tried to make this one out of the ordinary, and I fine that commendable. I believe that the aldehydes and the cedar are what make it stand out. Among Couture's "mass market" peers, cedar is typically reserved for men's fragrances, and aldehydes are often avoided altogether. I just wish the people at Moschino had gone a little further and pushed some more boundaries.
-----Couture is very non-linear, but it's not a mess, either. I've seen it classified as fresh, floral, aldehyde, woods, and oriental--each descriptor apparently referring to a different point in its development. There's a lot going on here, but it's never never comes off as busy or indecisive. Couture smells very true to the listed notes, with the exception of the officially unmentioned aldehydes. These notes are nowhere near the intense aldehydes of Chanel No. 5, and should not scare anyone away. In addition, I don't find any of the listed jasmine in this, but the flowers are very well blended and indistinct.
-----I'd say that this is a medium-weight scent in terms of sillage and lasting power. The top and heart last a total of four hours. I can still detect the base notes after an additional five hours, but it's very faint and I would probably reapply after seven hours total. It's perfect for daytime, although a trifle too casual for night. Couture retails for a very decent price, and *excellent* bargains can be found online.
---Overall, I think this is a pretty good-quality fragrance. More importantly, I like it a lot!

Wanted to love this, but it dries a bit salty, powdery and a trifle medicinal. Tempted to wash it off each time I try it. Would recommend trying a sample first. I won't be buying again.

This smells great. The fragrance is definitely light similar to light blue, but a lot more complex. It makes me smile every time I spray it because it smells so cheery, but not overly fruity or anything like that. It really is the perfect combination of fun and elegant.

On my second bottle. AMAZING!! I get compliments on this all the time. It's so classy, girly... I can't even explain it. I fell in love with it the first time I smelt it. I really think it will be "my smell" forever. I've been using it for 2 and a half years and I am still obsessed. I love how distinct the smell is... nothing else even compares to it.

First of all. the packaging is wonderful. Makes me happy just watching it on the shelf;] .. as for the scent, I would say that it fits a woman who is over the whole "anaïs anaïs, light blue" scene, with the very light girly fragrances. YET! she isn't into heavy scents like Chanel no.5. Elegant and light, the best of both worlds. Will repurchase.

I smell citrus, cinnamon, vanilla, and cedar. Very nice. On first spritz it smelled awful, like soap and grandma. But it settled beautifully and the drydown is soooo lovely--it's my favorite part. This perfume manages to be classy without being old-fashioned and sexy without being sleazy. Love it!
