i just got snow nectar. it's beautiful!! i put it on when my lips were dry and i swear it feels like i'm wearing chapstick. lots of moisture, goes on easy.

I recommend Prescriptives (Px) lipsticks to everyone! They're simply the best, in terms of colour, feel, staying power. It's also fragrance-free. The lipsticks do not dry your lips, despite being long-lasting. I'm a big fan! So far, I have a few shades: Gusto, Snow Petal, Rose, Berry, Trinket, Popular & Superstar. Will definitely get more of these high quality, wonderful lippies!

I bought the Kissmiss set last Xmas and have the mini Incredible lipcolor in Hazel, Champagne, Raspberry, Mauve, Currant and Cherry. This is by far the only lippie that doesn't dry my lips to flake-dom although I still need to prime my lips with a lip conditioner. Almost all other l/s I've tried will dry up my lips in spite of me using both a lip conditioner first and layering a gloss over it. The lack of fragrance in Px lippies could be the reason why it didn't dry up my lips. Definitely found my HG of l/s in Px.
p/s: That said, would still like to try Lancome's new Juicy Rouge. :)

These are my absolutely favorite lipsticks. I own 4: Pansy, Vixen, Spice, and Rosebud. Each has its own unique color and I love all of them! They go on creamy, have no scent, and look great in the metallic container. The containers are also small, but there is a full-size lipstick in each one. In my opinion, Prescriptives is the best. This is the only lipstick I will now wear.

I use this in Hobnob which is from the blue/red family and is a deep red w/subtle shimmer. I'm on my fourth tube and always come back to this. The color suits me perfectly and it wears all day. I've spent$$$$on other lipsticks/glosses,but always come back to this one.

this feels pretty good on my lips and i love the color- kind of a brick red. great for asian skin colors. i had a hard time finding a red before this.

I'm really impressed with the feel of this on my lips. It's soft and light and the coverage is great if you like deep pigment. The packaging is just adorable. EDIT: the pretty rose color I bought went fuschia on me, which I noticed when I got a look at myself outdoors. At my wedding. Removing a lippie.

the lipsticks are fairly standard, but i really love the compact metal tubes they come in. they alone have made me buy a few Px lipsticks which I'll never wear b/c i don't really wear lipstick. sigh.

These lipsticks are very nice and creamy. However, I prefer sheer lipsticks more and this is very pigmented color. This would be a perfect lipstick for someone that wants full coverage.

I honestly don't know why I haven't purchased more Px lipsticks because I really like the one I have. I also don't know why I haven't used the one I have very often -- maybe just due to the sheer number of lip colors I have. I have the color Razzle which is a bright red with pink undertones to it. It's a pretty, vibrant, attention getting color. The lipstick feels very nice & creamy and lasts for quite awhile. I recently received the sample with my gloss.com order, so I'll test that color too.

I have Liasion and I like it. It goes on silky smooth and gives a nice shine to my lips. I like it because it doesn't feel heavy or dry out my lips like other lipsticks tend to do. I would love to try out some more shades!

Generally speaking, Prescriptives makes a damn good lipstick -- moisturizing, long lasting, and, as someone pointed out, you have the advantage of being able to find shades that are suitable for your coloring (if you so choose LOL -- I have them from a couple of different color families). Pricey? Absolutely (at least for me), but they are definitely well worth the investment.
PS -- I didn't detail the colors I have (Satin Slip, Svelte, Avant Garde, Mystery, Posh) as I'm not sure if some may have been discontinued, but if interested in color descriptions, please page me :-).

Got Minx & Gusto as freebies from gloss.com they weren't my kinda colors though too blah and too dark :l however it was nice and creamy... I wouldn't reccomend it though since it costs about $17.50

It's doesn't dry out my lips unlike other lipsticks that i have tried. the shade i have(mocha) gives me just a hint of color, it's as if my lips are naturally tinted :)

I bought the Px lipstick in Mystery and I LOVE this lipstick! It is now one of my favorite lipsticks. It is a pinky mauvey color...definite YLBB! It has a very nice smooth creamy consistencey and it wasn't drying at all! It was $17.50 plus tax and it is worth every penny. I will be hoarding this l/s!

This beautiful feeling lipstick glides on easily for me and stays on. It doesn't cake up and feel gritty for me at the end of the day. I have it in Mystery, a mauve color, which I think is discontinued.

Great lipstick! Nice pigments along with a creamy and long lasting formula. I just got Pansy, one of the new "Fresh Cut" shades and I love it! It's a warm shade in the r/o family. Very natural looking , your lips but better, color. It coordinates beautifully with the Poppy Lippity Split. I'd definitely buy more of these.
