I just bought the small size of this fashionista tigi shampoo and its conditioner fashionista, ITS GREAT !! It made my hair soft, even tho, I DONT Color my long semi coarse/fine hair, this felt great upon shampooing and conditioning, the smell is grapey scent but I can live with that, I tried ALL of there shampoo lines, and Im impressed with only the fashionista shampoo and its conditioner, I just wish they came up with a cream style large bottle of a leave in cream, that softens and silkens the hair, I recommend this shampoo, the represenative of tigi company recommended me to get this shampoo due to her claiming it does soften the hair considerably, but I didnt listen, and got the other shampoo's which were Horrible, I shall continue to use this, Shucks, i shoulda gotten the liter bottle !!! when i am done with this 8 oz bottle, i may go and get the liter pump size !!

The huge bottle of this I purchased from my hairdresser has lasted me the better part of a year. At first, I found the tart grape soda/candy smell a bit offputting but I honestly barely notice it nowadays. I do think that this shampoo has helped my hair "hang onto" its color; however, I have to echo the sentiment of the reviewer below me -- this doesn't leave my hair feeling clean for very long. I normally use cheap drugstore shampoos, and although I do wash my hair every day I am accustomed to not feeling as though I HAVE to wash it every day. Since I have been using Fashionista, I *really* look like I need to wash my hair by the next day. I don't use any more hair product than before so I think it is due to the shampoo. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to extend the life of their haircolor and doesn't mind washing their hair every day (I know some ladies prefer not to).

I needed a shampoo for coloured hair so after reading all the great reviews here, I bought this. I actually find this not to be a lightweight shampoo at all, my hair doesn't feel freshly washed after using this. It weighs my hair down. I have really fine and thin hair so maybe that's the problem. Maybe I should try alternating this with the Tigi thickening shampoo which is really nice, though that will probably strip my colour faster. My sister seems to find this OK though, so it wasn't a complete waste of money.

I've been coloring my hair for some years now, in browns and reds until I finally woke up and realized that I didn't look good with redish/coppery brown hair. So I went dark, or rather blackbrown. And switched shampoo and conditioner too. I think that some of the shampoos I used, wasn't colorsafe enough because the intensity and shine from a freshly coloured hair didn't last long on me. This shampoo makes my hair VERY shiny and bouncy, detangled and moisturized. The only thing that it doesn't get rid of is my frizz - but nothing does anyway. But hair is really really shiny, and that is the most important thing. Love it. UPDATE: Upgrading to HG status. Makes my hair shiny and bouncy.

This is the best shampoo I have found for my hair so far. My hair is fine but I have lots of it, and I also color and/or bleach my hair on a regular basis. This shampoo leaves my hair feeling silky and I love the smell. It is also very easy to style after. I first bought a small bottle of this (and the conditioner) and then bought the 2L size because I loved it so much. Will buy again!

This has such a rich lather! I love the way it rinses out easily also. As for the smell, I actually like it. It smells like grape tarts. This shampoo gently cleanses my colored and highlighted hair, while not fading the color. Some shampoos for "color treated" hair fade mine, but this one doesn't. I find my hair has some moisture in it after I use this, so I don't have to keep the matching conditioner on long (which I love also)! Would definately buy again.

I've used the Fashionista shampoo and conditioner 3x on my fine strawberry blonde color treated hair. After use, my hair has been easy to detangle (normally a problem) and manageable. It seems to moisturize well. However I LOATHE the smell, it smells like candy and cheap candy at that. I'm taking it back b.c I just can't live with the smell. It lingers in hair for a long time. If it weren't for the smell, this would be a perfect combo for me. Also, Love the pump dispenser.

This stuff does make my hair soft without leaving residue or anything, but there are other catwalk/bedhead shampoos that I prefer and this one isn't my favorite.

I love the scent of this product; kind of like grape bubble yum gum. its sweet smelling. thats pretty much why i like this shampoo, also that its a color safe shampoo that smells great. as for keeping my hair hydrated, it does an average job. its an average shampoo thats color safe and smells good. if youre looking for a great super duper color shampoo that will have more benefits, this is NOT the product for you. its just a shampoo with a great scent.

Cute packaging sucked me into buying this. However, I can't stand the smell! It smells like dimetapp or something...I actually think dimetapp smells better. It cleaned ok, but I loathe the smell. Nothing special about this IMO.

LUV the Fashionista poo & cond. Read my review on the conditioner too. I am a huge TiGi fan & their products are pricey but, WORTH it. Fashionists color safe poo & cond are very easy on the hair. They left my hair soft & super silky. I was using the Catwalk Oatmeal & Honey poo & cond till I tried the Fashionista line. I will rotate the Fashionista into my shower regimen. The packaging is classic girlie & funky. The Fashonista line is lilac in color & smells like tart grape candy. It actually smells really good & the scent is addictive. Will repurchase the Fashionista products. Gotta luv this little purple potion!

I was recommended this shampoo by my stylist for preserving my color. Well, it *seems* to be helping to preserve my color, it's certainly not stripping it. But, I love the shampoo because of it's smell, it makes my hair shiny and bouncy and it's purple! If you're going to wash your hair, why not wash with a purple shampoo? The bottles also look cute in my shower. I will repurchase.

I love the whole Fashionista line. In one word the shampoo is "Awesome". I love the smell & the way it leaves my heavy hi-lighted hair soft and manageable. Will def. repurchase. UPDATE: This seems to be drying my hair out, so I have stopped using it.

I have to say that this is probably one of the best salon shampoos I have ever tried. One of my friends who also is a stylist turned me on to this product. My hair behaves really well whenever I use this...even when I let my hair air dry! Also, the bottle will last me a long time because the shampoo is VERY thick and a little goes a long way. The scent is great too. Since using this shampoo I have had such a taste for grape kool-aid! This shampoo leaves my hair shiney, smooth, and silky. I am extremely fortunate that I recieved this product for free from my friend. I would definetly repurchase when I finally run out.

I like this shampoo! I read the reviews and was initially hesitant due to the comments on the scent. The smell of fake grapes did not bother me and I've been using it now for about 3 weeks. It lathers well and seems to keep my color from fading and gives it lots of shine. I would buy this again.

**Update: 4/9/07**
I finally finished the huge 33oz liter I bought of this shampoo and I still think it's a good one. I'm going to give Pureology a try next just for comparison sake.

Since September when a stylist wrecked my hair with too much color I have been searching for a product like this. I tried two types of Pureology shampoo and conditioner ($81.00 total) and Aveda, and other stuff that was supposedly "good" for my over-processed hair. I stayed away from Tigi because another stylist told me that their ingredients were horrible. Probably about $350 in products later, I decided to try FASHIONISTA. I've been using it for over a week now. No build up, my hair is silky and shiny and doesn't get oily too fast. I HATE the smell and love the shampoo. It smells so fake grape... I prefer fresh light scents and this smells like a scratch-n-sniff sticker! **** But the results are awesome. My hair feels more conditioned and moisturized, the color is not fading and I just touched up with a level 1 which is SUPPOSED TO FADE!, and I can even go to bed with wet hair and it dries fine! Good stuff. I wish I'd bought this stuff in the beginning. I don't think it's expensive. I'm used to paying way more for products that usually do much less.

I have been coloring my hair for...well a long time :) and have always been happy w/ TiGi shampoos but I never knew how nice grape could smell. I like how it was not overtly strong but lasted the entire day without overwhelming me or any one else. Even DH commented on how nice it smelled w/out an artifical note to it. Love how it lathered foamy and rinsed clean away. Very gentle on the hair and have keep my reds going for longer then I expected. One of my favs. I like to get TiGi on sale at Ulta when they pair up the shampoos and conditioner liters both for $19.99 Plus I love the pump action dispenser, so convenient, WILL repurchase.

I bought this on clearance at Ulta. I don't have color-treated hair, but I picked it up anyway since it was such a good deal. This shampoo is moisturizing and does not strip, yet lathers very well. The grape bubble gum scent is strong, and it has potential to get annoying if used daily. This left my hair full and soft, and the smell lingers. I definitely like it!

I've used the entire Fasionista range as my stylist managed to coax me into buying the special price box set with all 4 products in (Smashionista). I've got highlighted fine blond hair and use straighteners regularly.

This product gets best results by massaging and lathering a small amount in really wet hair twice.

The shampoo definately smells stronger than the conditioner, which I (and my boyfriend likes), is down to personal taste.

If used with the fashionista smooth and shine and conditioner and spritiz and shine, you'll have soft shiney straight hair that smells of grape/bubblegum.

Only downside is expensive if you can get the box set or larger bottle works out cheaper.
