I am rediscovering this color now. I bought it two years ago. Then, I did not like it. I stored in a fridge for a while. But at that time, I did not know how to use it well with my brown eyes. I am loving it now. It's so beautiful!
I apply; 1.Base eyeshadow, 2. highlight under eyebrows, 3. black eyelier, then, 4. yellow shimmer eyeshadow all over, matt brown eyeshadow around my 5. eyelids, add bit of plum color over, 6.jezebel over crease. Then, with a brush, mixt them upper motion towards eyebrows. Then, I use purplish eyeline under and upper eyes.
I am impressed with Stila eyeshadows.

Jezebel is a gorgeous unique copper pink hued shadow that it neither too pink or too orange. It's the perfect middle gound between the two colors. This shadow is what I wanted MAC Motif to be without all that duochromeness and flashing yellow. :O(
I would totally agree that this is one of Stila standouts as far as pigmentation goes. It definitely shows up on my DDD (MAC C7) skintone and blends like a dream. I often pair it with Barefoot Contessa in the crease.

I love this eyeshadow. I bought it after seeing it on Angela Bassett in In Style magazine a couple of years ago. Jezebel is a nice coppery color against my NC43 skin. I wear Jezebel on my eyelids, with MAC Blunt blush in the creases (this is how Angela wore hers too). The shadow has excellent pigmentation and shows up on my skin very well. It is rather soft for a compact eyeshadow, but that helps it to go on so smooth. It's sparkly and makes my eyes sparkle. It lasts on my lids all day.

Jezebel is a warm coppery-amber color that looks amazing paired with Oasis. Its shimmer, like most Stila eyeshadows, is kind of a love/hate thing which I happen to adore. One of my favorite eye looks, and I love that I can buy it for $2 less in pan form and put it into a palette myself.

Stila shadows tend to be beautiful colors with wonderful texture and this is no exception. A very warm gold shade with pink and yellow tones that is warm (but not too much so) and doesn't look orangy. This is one of the most lovely eyeshadows I have ever used and it blends beautifully. For reference, I'm a GGG/NC42.

Jezebel showed up a burnt orange on my lids--very unflattering and made me look tired. Beautiful Stila texture, pigmentation, and lasting quality but this color just doesn't work for me. But for those who can pull it off, it's a hot shade.

This is one of the few Stila shadows that I just can't make work for me. Jezebel turns an ugly orange-red on my lids. This is a definite "try before you buy" shade.

My ultimate crease color for a pop of fresh contrast to my blue-green eyes. Lovely peachy-rust color, yet not too orange as to look odd on my PPP skin. Just a great eye shadow to keep on hand esp. for summer with a nice bronze glow on cheeks (thanks to Chantecaille Capri).

These are my HG eyeshadows. Stila shadows are so wonderfully soft, pigmented, and blendable. Will repurchase again and again.Jezebel is a rosy bronze with shimmer. I use it as a lid color with Barefoot Contessa or Espresso to line, and Kitten to highlight. Really makes my blue eyes stand out.

Medium bronze with the merest hint of orange. Had this for nearly a year before I really fell in love with it; experimented with it once or twice and it just never looked right. However, I tried it again this spring, smudged over the lid, and it looks absolutely lovely while serving to bring out all the green shades in my hazel eyes.

Love quality of Stila shadows...just hate this shade. I'm an NC30 girl and it just looks orange and bleh on my lids. this puppy is going back tomorrow.

I love the texture and pigmentation of Stila eyeshadows, but they always seem to be a miss for me. Too frosty! Jezebel is a medium bronzey-orange-rose shade that looks terrible on my lids and washes me out. I think it's just too warm on me--LLL_MMM, olive neutral, hazel eyes. However, it is a pretty shade, so if you can pull it off, it would look great.

Once again, impressed with the texture and easiness to blend Stila e/s. Not to mention the superb color payoff! This shade in particular is kind of bland. It’s a shimmery orange-toned bronze. Nothing too spectacular, but the richness of the shadow formulation more than makes up for this. The only downside to this is that I suppose this makes the eyeshadows more susceptible to breakage and also quicker depletion since my brush seems to pick up so much color! I don’t know if I would ever buy this particular shade again once I run out, but I’m content that I gave it a whirl.

This looks nice in the pan but just looks orange on my eyelids--and not in a good way. i think it's for warm coloring only.
i'm nw20, dark brown hair/eyes, for reference.

Jezebel is a beautiful color -- peachy copper pinky brown. OK, that was vague, but it really is nice. It's my go-to color when I can't decide, and there's a reason Stila put it in its best-of quad in 2004 (along with Moonlight, Kitten and BFC). Plus, the texture can't be beat.

Love the Stila eyeshadows. Soft textures and long wearing plus the convienance of having pans to make up your own palette's. Jezabel is a great warm light-med shimmery brown.

My favorite Stila shadow! "Jezebel"'s a soft peachy-copper shade (gets more copper when layered). Shimmery, but not as much as "Kitten". I find Stila's shadows overall pretty good, not great, but "Jezebel" is such a great color for me, it's a staple. I wear this almost every day and I think it'll flatter most skintones. Works well with many other colors too. Definitely repurchase.

Like previous reviewers, I also wear Jezebel with Kitten, and my hazel eyes have never looked greener! Both colors are soft, subtle browns, and are perfect for a nice, soft neutral day look. They really make my eyes pop, but without too much obvious color. I think I've found my HG eyeshadows...

As an avid Stila lover--and collector--I REALLY wanted to have this after reading all the rave reviews...and I was not let down! As stated by the previous reviewer and other reviews, this color makes eyes POP! I have green eyes--this rusty coppery color makes my green eyes glowy and gorgeous!
