Ugh! Leaves my eye skin powdery and dry! Might be okay as an eye makeup base, but shouldn't be marketed as a moisturizing or anti-aging cream.

I tried a sample of this eyecream. It wasnt near as moisturizing as I thought it would be. I didnt notice any lightening of my dark circles. It didnt do anything bad, no bad reactions, but wasnt overall impressive. There are better eye creams out there!

So so eye cream.
It does keep my eye area moisture, but can not see any other effect.

I only used a sample sachet of the eye balm so I cant say whether its effective in the long term. However, with the sample, I used it for a week and based on the texture and the smell, I just dont think I will repurchase this. The eye balm is gel like and sinks into my skin, but it just wasnt moisturising even though my eye area was silky feeling. My eye area felt and looked nice but it was rather dry and my concealer slightly balled up. It didnt bother me that much.
There was a little smell to the eye balm but its only detectable when its right near the nose. The fragrance is like burnt plastic and usually goes away once its absorbed into the skin.
Just based on one weeks usage, my puffiness and dark circles remain the same

I brought this on a whim and though it would work. It didn't which is really disappointing considering the price. A little goes a long way given the consistency.

Despite the intriguing product description about the "immortal" flowers, this product was a disappointment. The warning sign came when I put it on my eyes, and they immediately began watering. Eventually, it went on to prove nothing of its claims - didn't even moisturize very well. I also don't like how you have to dip your fingers into the pot to get the product out.

I received a sample from the store when I asked for a product that would help me with curing the dark circles and shadows under my eyes. I tried to use this and it had very little effect whatsoever. It moistures pretty well, but had minimum effect on the shadows and I couldn't use it under make up because it would clump. Not a very good product, haven't met my expectations. Also I don't really like the glass jar, it's too heavy, I think.

I know everyone says that it doesn't work but I found the opposite results. I have extremely dry skin (and that is an understatement) and this has provided the area around my eyes with tons of moisture during the winter months. It does not reduce wrinkles or help too much with dark circles though. If you suffer from flaky dry skin around your eyes consider this eye balm. Try going to C.O. Bigelow and see if they will let you test some, that's where I first tried the balm. The price does leave a wallet sad.

This eye balm balls up on me! I had to pick the bits off my eye area after it became dry. Not something you want to do in the morning when you are in a rush. I have never used any eye cream that balls up! I used to be curious about L'Occitane's facial skin care products, but this eye balm, in addition to another disappointing product from the same product line, has really turned me off! I think I will never buy any facial products from this brand again.

This eye balm is quite a disappointment, it only provides very light moisturisation. So far didn't see any results. Won't purchase again.

I don't think this eye cream works at all. It's a very watery consistency. It doesn't moisturise or reduce fine lines...I don't see what benefit it provides at all.

I just bought this yesterday on a whim and boy am I kicking myself. I bought this because I am going on a cruise and a caravan through egypt and was worried about what the sun and climate would do to my sensitive eye skin. I should have been worried about what this cream would do, after using my shiseido skincare line like always last night I applied this balm liberally, I really liked the texture but it pilled wierd, I ignored that and went to sleep. When I woke up I could barely open my eyes, I looked in the mirror and the skin around my eyes were covered in tiny little red bumps and the lids were so swollen I had to tilt my head up to see. I am absolutely ruined! I dont know what I'm going to do now, so much for all those amazing pictures I was going to take. Please just learn from me and do not purchase this eyecream.

I haven't seen any difference in my eye area after using this product for a couple of weeks. However, it didn't irritate my eyes and it seemed to be moisturizing enough for my combination skin- but did nothing for my under-eye lines and puffiness.

Based on the other reviews I expected to hate this, but it wasn't so bad. It did not ball up on me and it did seem to de-puff and firm up my eye area, but unfortunately it's just not moist enough for me.

I usually like to write detailed comments, but I only need two words for this product: It SUCKS. It made the skin around my eyes itch, did nothing, smelled funky, like some lotion gone bad. Would not buy ever again, would stop friends from buying, and will not be even going back to L'Occitane again, it was THAT BAD.

This eye balm didn't moisturize well around my eyes. After I put it on and let it dry, there's a white residue. I didn't want to give up on this, but I can't stand the white residue. I would not buy this again.
